Bakgrund: Internet och sociala medier är idag en naturlig del av människors vardag och företag lägger allt mer av sin marknadsföringsbudget på att synas i digitala plattformar. Sociala medier har blivit en viktig marknadsföringskanal för e-handelsföretag, vilket har visat sig innebära både möjligheter och hinder. Vidare har tidigare forskning lyft fram goda kundrelationer som en viktig komponent för företags framgång. Samtidigt som det har framkommit att det finns en skillnad mellan hur e-handlare gentemot den traditionella butikshandeln kan skapa relationer med sina kunder, då köpare och säljare aldrig får möjlighet till att mötas ansikte-mot-ansikte.Syfte:Avsikten med denna studie är att analysera hur e-handelsföretag använder sig av sociala medier och huruvida dessa medier möjliggör för e-handlarna att skapa och utveckla kundrelationer. Syftet med studien är även att bidra med rekommendationer för hur e-handelsföretagen kan skapa och utveckla kundrelationer via sociala medier, samt att identifiera och analysera de hinder som begränsar e-handlares användning av sociala medier.Metod:Författarna för denna uppsats har valt att använda sig av en kvalitativ forskningsmetod för att generera en djupare kunskap och analys för forskningsområdet.

The aim of this study was to examine differences between happy and unhappy people, with respect to individuals interpretations, their attributonal style and in what way the priming effect is related to their attributional style and well-being. The participants were 74 senior high school and 21 undergraduate college students. Participants were asked to read a short story, some words were in bold type, and thereafter for their subjective perception of the words in bold type loading and memory of them in a recognition list. Attributional style was operationalized with an own constructed instrument. The results show that happy individuals interpreted more words as positive than negative in comparission with unhappy individuals.

Mitt projekt Wo lai zi ruidian (Svennebanan i Taiwan) handlar om att göra en kollektion mönster som beskriver min fem månader långa vistelse i Taiwan. Mönstren ska ge känslan av ett annat land där målet är att människor i Sverige ska kunna föra in element av, eller känslan av Taiwan i sitt hem. Mönstren appliceras på produkter som för tanken till ett vardagsliv i Taiwan; digitaltryckts bomullsvara uppsytt till sittpuffar och stickade filtar. By reading three 21st century books am I trying to see how the female friendship is described in literature of our days. The books are Rebell med frusna fötter by Johanna Nilsson, Lutherska badet by Unni Drougge and I närheten av solen by Hanna Wallsten. They are all written by Swedish authors and taking place in Stockholm in the early years of 2000. I am doing a critical reading against the roles of ?heteronormativitet? as the word is described by Tiina Rosenberg and Fanny Ambjörnsson trying to see how the characters are following or breaking these roles.

Because of my interest and experience within the field of children and teenagers with an antisocial behaviour and who are acting out I wanted to devote my essay to researching these children through the perspective of the teachers. In this essay I, therefore, interviewed 4 teachers with 4-16 years of experience within this occupation. The method I've chosen can be described as qualitative interview with semi-structured questions to enable the teachers to thoroughly describe their answers without diverting from the original question. The questions that form this essay are: What strategies do the teachers possess to enable stability, a safe work environment and enabling knowledge-sharing for the children that are acting out? What kind of tools do the teachers use when they work with children who are acting out? The results were analysed through the theory of socialization, which simplified can be compared with upbringing.

The big change is a project where I created patterns on fabric. It is a collaborative project with Lotta Niemi. She studied fashion and textile designers and tailors from the Swedish School of Textiles in Borås and University of Technology in Sydney. The collaboration was to create designs on fabric for her upcoming clothing line for women, Fall / Winter 2013. The clothes will be sold online, in stores in Sweden and Japan.For Lotta Niemi?s clothing line, I wanted to create exclusive designs, rich patterns that worked out handmade and digital.

The problem, which I want to highlight in this essay, is about my fear of losing face in conversationwith the parents of my text. I'm going through different approaches to find out what is happening inmy meetings with parents. I will also see if the knowledge that I get will help me to get deeperunderstanding of my reactions in different situations and if this opens up new possible ways ofhandling them.In my text there will be two stories where the conversation with parents has been difficult. Theyboth illustrate my uncertainty concerning the unpredictability of conversations with distressed orstressed parents. Inom den anknytningsteoretiska forskningen har individers interna arbetsmodeller avseende anknytning i tidigare studier undersökts via mer medvetna metoder, såsom Adult Attachment Interview (AAI; George, Kaplan & Main 1984/1996). I ett försök att nå mer implicita och automatiska representationer utav anknytning och även omvårdnad rekryterades 78 deltagare i syfte att undersöka hur olika individers skript för trygghet i detta sammanhang ser ut i jämförelse med deras interna arbetsmodeller för anknytning och omvårdnad. Två mätinstrument i form utav ett experimentellt reaktionstidstest utvecklat för undersökningen samt en berättelsekompletteringsuppgift (Story Completion Task; Waters & Waters, 2006) användes. En rad jämförelser mätinstrumenten emellan visade på ett svagt negativt samband mellan de två mätmetoderna, vilket föreslogs förklaras utifrån en påverkan från en majoritet otrygga individer med upprepade avvisande anknytningserfarenheter som tenderade att idealisera sina anknytningsrelationer. Denna idealisering antogs resultera i en försiktighet gentemot anknytningsladdade stimuli..

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate how seven homosexual men in the age between 18 and 26 years experience openness with their sexuality in Stockholm. We wish to investigate how these men experience and handle their everyday life in a community characterized by a heteronormative foundation. We will focus on how they handle their openness in an urban environment and if they experience any limitations dependent on the situation or surroundings they live in, and also how they handle these situations. The study is hermeneutically inspired where seven life story interviews are analyzed within the theoretical frameworks provided by Connell, Goffman, Foucault and Queer theory.The results show that the respondents? openness varies depending on a variety of factors where surroundings, situations and previous experiences are influential.
