This essay is a study and analysis of the funnel beaker pottery at Gullarve 1:13 in Väte parish. The purpose of the study is to analyse the chronology of the settlement by determine the distribution, stratigraphic context and the ornamentation of the pottery. Another purpose is to discuss the geographical location of the settlement in the landscape.In this essay a short review of the pottery and the funnel beaker culture as well as a description of the pottery from the archaeological excavation from 1984 at Gullarve 1:13 is presented. Since the documentation of the archaeological excavation from 1984 is missing or is very inadequate, no spatial analysis can be carried out. The distribution of the pottery can?t contribute to the result of the essay, though if possible it probably would have provided some interesting results.

Syftet med examensarbetet är att planera hur Schenker Coldsped ska arbeta för att möta kundens krav, i detta fall Burger King, på att använda regelverket EFSIS ? European FoodSafety Inspection Service. EFSIS erbjuder oberoende inspektionsservice designat för mat, dryck och närliggande branscher. Den standard som Schenker Coldsped AB överväger att certifiera sig emot är EFSIS tekniska standard för lagring och distribution av livsmedel.Coldsped är en del av Schenker Sverige AB. Företaget arbetar med helhetslösningar för transport och lagring av kylda och frysta livsmedel över hela Europa.

I denna studie har jag använt mig av de ämnesdidaktiska principerna som en teoretisk modell för att möjliggöra förståelsen för hur lärare i ämnet samhällskunskap använder sig av digitala medier i sin undervisning. Det empiriska materialet i studien kommer ifrån sex intervjuade lärare som arbetar på tre olika högstadieskolor. Två av de intervjuade lärarna i studien arbetar även som IKT inspiratörer. Två av skolorna i studien som de intervjuade lärarna arbetar på bedrivs av kommunal regi medan en är en friskola. Resultatet som jag har kommit fram till i studien visar att lärarna använder olika former av digital media i sin undervisning.

Analysmodellen kommer att appliceras på TV-branschen.Metod: Vi har konstruerat en ansats till en generell teoretisk analysmodell som vi har applicerat på TV-branschen för att försöka förklara hur företagens affärsmodeller påverkas av externa faktorer som bidrar till förändringar i branschen. I vår undersökning har vi valt en kvalitativ metod, och vi har huvudsakligen använt oss av teori inom branschutveckling, värdekonstellationer och value migration teori. Vår primärdata utgörs av intervjuer med personer som arbetar inom digital-TV området i någon av de tre distributionsplattformarna. Sekundärdata har vi erhållit från artiklar, remisser samt annat material från olika instanser inom området.Slutsats: Vår ansats till analysmodell utgör en grund för att studera hur affärsmodeller påverkas av branschförändringar.

People play games now more than ever before. While the digital gaming industry dominates the market, boardgaming has been living in its shadow. Board games offer a physical tangibility and a social experience that can be found in few digital games. How do we create a tool that further builds upon those strengths? The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of developing a service that consists of an mobile application and board game events to promote social face-to-face interaction. Focus has been on the social face-to-face interaction in the context of a board game session.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, where joints are attacked by the own immune system, leading to chronic inflammation and destruction of bone and cartilage. Inflammation is a complex process, controlled by many different substances. One of them is adenosine, which has anti-inflammatory properties. In this project, three polymorphisms in different genes, involved in synthesis and signaling of adenosine, were genotyped for 188 patients with RA and 362 controls without RA. The results shows that for the polymorphism in A2a, a gene coding for an adenosine receptor, there was no significant difference in genotype distribution between the groups.

Erythropoiesis is a complex and carefully controlled process which is mainly regulated by erythropoietin. Using flow cytometry cells in a blood sample can be analyzed one by one. ADVIA 2120 using flow cytometry for analysis of red blood cells (RBC) and reticulocytes. Red blood cell distribution width (RDW) is a component of the RBC method. RDW indicates size variation on erythrocytes and is measured as a percentage of the mean cell volume (MCV). By measuring the RDW anemia can be divided into makrocytic, microcytic or normocytic. Reticulocytes refract light more strongly than red blood cells because they contain some cellular debris. The number of reticulocytes in the peripheral blood reflects erythropoiesis in the bone marrow. The purpose of this project was that by approved methods to establish reference ranges for the parameters, RDW and reticulocyte counts.The individuals who participated in the study, n=124, were considered healthy and had varying ethnicity. Reference subjects had not donated blood the last six months and participation in the study was voluntary.The statistic evaluation includes examination of distribution, and reference ranges for both men and women were established using the 2.5:t and 97.5:t percentiles. The calculated reference interval for RDW was between 12.0 ? 14.3% and the calculated reference interval for reticulocytes was between 38.0 ? 112.8 x109 cells/L. The results showed a significant difference between males and females for the parameter reticulocytes was seen. The difference indicates that different reference ranges should be established for men and women (p<0,0001). No significant difference between males and females were seen for RDW (p=0,74) indicating that the same reference ranges can be used for both men and women. .

The music distribution in Sweden and the world is rapidly changing. The music industry, however, has been reluctant to change the way they distribute music. The consequence has been that illegal music files have been available for downloading to anyone with an Internet connection. Because of the illegal downloading a new law have been implemented in an attempt to stop this behaviour. Our theory is that in implementing the IPRED-law, the sites that were hosting most of the illegal material will experience a severe decrease in traffic.

Ny nationell höjdmodell är ett projekt som utförts av Lantmäteriet på begäran av regeringen sedan år 2009 och beräknas vara färdigt år 2016. Datainsamling sker med hjälp av flygburen laserskanning. Syftet med studien är att kontrollera noggrannheten av laserdata som ska användas för framställning av ny nationell höjdmodell i Sverige. Noggrannhetskontrollen utfördes på området Årsunda ? Ockelbo (syd ? nord) och Storvik ? Forsbacka (väst ? öst).

The work has taken place at Ångströmslaboratoriet and tests have been performed at Scania AB Södertälje.Today?s society consumes enormous amount of energy. In both economically and environmental view, it is important that the processes are effective, with high power factor. There are many ways to measure power in the industry, what they all have in common is that the installation is advanced, requires time and planning.

Sammanfattningen syftar till att ge en övergripande bild om vad arbetet handlar om, för att skapa en nyfikenhet till att läsa hela arbetet.Studiens syfte var att analysera alternativa distributionssystem för petroleumprodukter från Gävle Hamn. Där vi har valt två slutdestinationer, norra Stockholmsregionen med Brista som ett alternativ och det andra alternativet är Västerås. De faktorer som vi har utgått från när vi har analyserat distributionssystemen är ekonomiska, miljömässiga och tekniska möjligheter.Den metod som användes var kvalitativ och det empiriska materialet inhämtades genom intervjuer. I studien har nio respondenter intervjuats, vi anser att de personerna har varit relevanta för studiens syfte. Resultatet har analyserats med hjälp av tidigare forskning och teorier inom ämnet.Resultatet visade att det skulle vara ekonomsikt, miljömässigt och tekniskt möjligt att starta upp petroleumtransporter till norra stockholmsområdet.
