This project practise methods used in the interaction design discipline to Develop a concept related to the Swedish Guinness World Records Magazine. This project is a challenge to accommodate both the users? and client?s needs. We focus on interaction and the experience, which is acquired through the use itself, and how to connect it to a theme from a client. The aim of this project is to create a meeting place for children where they can interact with technology.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the role of regional Development planning concerning a regional perspective of green structure and to reflect on its future role. The target group of the study is foremost practitioners but also students of regional planning and Development. Three questions are examined. 1) What view concerning green structure has the regional planning body of Stockholm County Council (RTK) communicated through the years? 2) Has this view contributed to generating a common understanding concerning green structure among the actors in the county? 3) Has this common understanding been referred to by actors in discussions concerning how this green structure should Develop? The empirical material consists of documents from rtk, the County Administrative Board, the municipalities of the county, a network of ngo:s, as well as interviews with representatives from the above mentioned organizations.

This master's thesis deals with how a school class of 19 students that are 12 years old,perceive the conception of the library and its activities, and how this can be studied by usingfour different approaches: analysis of the children's drawings, analysis of the children'sessays and analysis of their answers to questions in an inquiry and in interviews. Theories ofhow children learn, Develop and perceive the world are briefly presented, as we11 as theorynecessary for the analysis.The four different techniques produced in general the same result; the children displayed thesame thoughts, knowledge and values in the drawings, in the essays, in the inquiry andduring the interviews. A dilemma often met by entrepreneurs is whether or not to share information about their business ideas in order to increase the probability for success. The reason for sharing information is presumed to be an increased ability to Develop the business idea, whereas the reason for maintaining secrecy would be to protect the idea from being stolen. Common as this dilemma is in practice, it is not very well covered in the entrepreneurial theories. The purpose of this thesis is to elaborate the theories in this subject by investigating an entrepreneurial case. The case shows that one possible solution to the dilemma is a situation-based information sharing.

My essay is about me and my colleagues who have come to realize that maybe we are stuck in old habits when it comes to preschool indoor environment from a gender perspective. The insight has enabled us now face the challenge of how to deal with and move forward with gender issues and the indoor environment. The reviews between us educators differ greatly, making it difficult start of a process of change, or Development, of previous work in the preschool. The difficulties of working with gender in preschool is that we do not know how teachers influence or shape the children. We educators controls many times the children, both consciously and unconsciously and sometimes benevolence tend to instead become a takeover.

This thesis has been carried out in collaboration with LEDtec International AB. LEDtec focuses on innovative solutions in LED screens. Everything from large advertising signs to welcome signs in cities, to screens indicating speeds or warning of heavy traffic. The task was to was to help them Develop a new version of the control board that is used in some of their products. The reason for this is that their old control board is obsolete and the components that are on it, is no longer manufactured or in need to be renewed.

A technique that has taken hold and is now widely used is responsive design. Developing responsive design means adapting the layout to the viewing environment; the screen size. It?s important to remember the human, social and environmental aspects when designing a shelter for disaster relief. Each group within the population has to be able to use the shelter and benefit from it.

This master thesis has been performed at the department of Machine Design at KTH, The Royal Institute of Technology. Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet substance that prevents blood coagulation in the arteries. It is an inactive pro drug that becomes activated after first-pass metabolism by the liver. The active metabolite of clopidogrel is 2-oxoclopidogrel, which is unstable therefore pharmacokinetic data is obtained by measuring the inactive metabolite clopidogrel acid in plasma. Clopidogrel is taken orally in tablet form. The aim of this project was to Develop a LC-MS/MS method for quantification of clopidogrel and its metabolite in plasma. The method has been Developed by optimizing the sample preparation.

The student project Elba at KTH started in 2011 and is a project where a battery driven prototype car is Developed. The vehicle competes in Eco Shell Marathon in Rotterdam, Holland. In this competition the vehicle that travels a certain distance including several starts and stops with the lowest energy consumption wins. To minimize the consumption is therefore very important, which requires knowledge of the vehicles energy losses.A vehicle's energy losses depends on several factors and can be divided into the powertrain efficiency and the driving resistance. The driving resistance can then be divided in to rolling and air resistance, if smaller losses like vibrations are ignored.

This study is generated from a European Union project founded Barcelona, Spain and contents a questionnaire that is the same in the different studies, but with different questions or thesis in each of them. Our question is if there is an identity creation in the meeting with other people and if so, how that identity creation is constructed. The identity-creation-meeting in the study is a fictive love relation story. Two high school classes in the Stockholm area have participated in the inquiries.The work of Bjerrum-Nielsen & Rudberg (1991) shows that the two sexes differ in their opinion about what is desired in a relationship. The result of our study points out that both young men and women mostly prefers the same qualities in a relation in spite of that gender socialisation directs the informants towards stereotypical roles.

This Thesis in Military Technology deals with experiences drawn from the forced introduction of Weapons Station 01, 2009. The work aims to identify the experiences regarding the forced procurement of military equipment to see how they can Develop normal and fast procurement of equipment. To value the risk and opportunity for our production in Sweden it is necessary to understand the marketing Development for beef cattle production in the world. We have chosen to look at the Brazil beef cattle production. They are one of the biggest producers, have good opportunity to Develop further and have a big affect at the world market. The method of our work is to gather information from experts of beef cattle production, located in Brazil. We have also gathered information through studies of literature. The factors that will have a big influence at the Brazil beef cattle production during the upcoming years is more efficient land use, lower age of slaughtering and extended use of feedlot-system. Our conclusion is that the Brazil beef cattle will have a sharp increase during the next five years. The amount of pasture will not change during that time.

The purpose with this masters thesis was to model the scanner in a system for laser bathymetry. The model was then used to Develop a controller for the scanner so a good search pattern was achieved. Two different types of models have been tested, a physical model and a Black Box model of Box Jenkins type. The physical model has been derived from Lagranges equations. Identification experiments have been used to compute the Black Box model and to find the unknown parameters in the physical model.
