Skolan har fÄtt i uppdrag att implementera hÄllbar utveckling i undervisningen. Enligt skolverket ska hÄllbar utveckling genomsyra all utbildning. För att undersöka hur lÀrande i hÄllbar utveckling har implementerats i undervisningen intervjuade jag sex lÀrare pÄ en gymnasieskola. LÀrarna som intervjuades arbetade som naturkunskapslÀrare, fysiklÀrare och samhÀllskunskaps-lÀrare. Studien visar att de intervjuade lÀrarnas syn pÄ vad hÄllbar utveckling i undervisningen innebÀr varierar.

Det nya grÀnssnittet skulle ocksÄ minska olycksrisken och göra anvÀndarna tryggare.

This bachelors thesis was made forWallenius Water AB to develop a basisfor an Airpurifier prototype. Wallenius Water isone of the world's leading environmentaltechnology companies engaged inchemical-free water treatment based onUV-radiation. The thesis aim was toproduce a basis for a prototype that canbe used in three applications:Standalone, RAS systems and ventilationsystems. The work includes anintroductory description of the theorybehind AOP technology based on aliterature review on the subject. Asurvey of products currently on themarket and a product specification hasbeen used as the basis for thepreparation of a number of concepts inthis report.

I did my degree project together with Universeum AB. The project had the work title: children?s world and the aim were to give children between 3-8 years old a place that was especially made for them. With their interests and needs in mind the area should trigger play but also learning through a well planned pedagogical environment.I did this project because I thought this was an excellent opportunity to really practise my new gained skills I had learned during my two years in CCD (Child Culture Design). It also gave me the opportunity to actually see how well my knowledge was working when it was put to the test, and I did learn a lot from this.Together with a crew of 6 people I developed and designed the area.

The thesis aims to be an informative study for landscape architects and hopes to contributeto an understanding of ways water can be used and managed at sites lacking open, greensurfaces.The title "intelligent water design" should evoke the reader?s thoughts concerning intelligentaspects of water. Text, images and the design proposition give hints about these aspects.In the first part of this thesis, various examples of water design are presented. The chosenexamples are all applicable in urban environments with a high percentage of impervioussurfaces.The second part examines Gjutarplan, an urban square in the centre of KallhÀll, in JÀrfÀlla,north of Stockholm. Gjutarplan is first framed in a geographical and historical context.

Föratt enklare integrera anvÀndbarhet i utvecklingsprocesserna för dessa produkter ochsystem, anvÀnds ISO-standarden för anvÀndarcentrerad design.Syftet med denna studie Àr att undersöka huruvida Monitor ERP System AB bedrevanvÀndarcentrerad design i utvecklingsprocessen av deras mobila applikation - MonitorMobile. Som hjÀlp i denna utredning anvÀnds ISO-standarden för anvÀndbarhet ochanvÀndarcentrerad design. För att besvara problemformuleringen, har jag genomfört enretrospektiv studie och intervjuer med bestÀllare och utvecklare. För att sluta sammanutredningen har jag ocksÄ skickat ut en enkÀt till anvÀndarna.Resultatet visar att Monitor Àr villig att arbeta nÀra anvÀndarna, men de introducerardem inte i processen.

The data acquisition system COMET developed by Saab AB contains a unit for signal conditioning and A/D conversion, called KSM. The varieties in signal conditioning constitutes of a number of specific PBAs and maintenance as well as reconfiguration of these are complicated not to mention costly. This thesis has aimed to investigating whether the signal conditioning circuits can be replaced by a general purpose, programmable solution. If so, how can this be done? The development has been carried out by evaluating ideas through the use of a laboratory environment and has resulted in an analog design for laboratory purpose.

The company Pilotfish has developed the system MIVEO which is used by car-sharing to wirelessly monitor, book or otherwise manage a fleet of cars. In a car pool the system has three different types of users with varying degrees of eligibility. These are end users, administrative and service personnel. We have chosen to focus on opportunities to streamline the administrator and service personnel work with a mobile service, as these users of MIVEO often are movable and mobile. From this position we have in the study attempted to answer the following question: How can mobile services used to streamline administrative tasks? This study is about developing a mobile application that will contain the same features as the existing system, but must be mobile suit.

I denna empiriska studie behandlas miljöundervisningen för en hÄllbar utveckling, utifrÄn fritidspedagogers och fritidshemmets perspektiv. Syftet med studien var att undersöka fritidshemmets syn pÄ begreppet hÄllbar utveckling och lyfta fram hur fritidspersonalen arbetar med hÄllbar utveckling. En kvalitativ intervjustudie lÄg till grund för data insmlingen och resultatet visar att fritidspedagogerna i sin miljöundervisning frÀmst ser begreppet som naturvetenskpligt dÀr de i praktiken arbetade med kÀllsortering och Ätervinning. En viktig del i fritidspedagogernas arbetssÀtt var att arbeta utifrÄn ett socialt perspektiv, dÀr undervisning skedde i diskussion och dialog med eleverna. .

I denna studie har författaren undersökt hur ett medelstort företag gick tillvÀga vid framtagan-det av ett produktionssystem och jÀmfört processen med de teorier och riktlinjer som finns för anvÀndarcentrerad systemdesign.Studien har genomförts baserat pÄ litteraturstudier och semistrukturerade intervjuer.Intervjuobjekten har utsetts tillsammans med handledaren, tillika linjechef för utvecklings-gruppen, pÄ företaget för att redovisa olika perspektiv pÄ utvecklingsarbetet.I resultatavsnittet presenteras utvecklingsprocessen med en modell av flödet tillsammans med en beskrivande text. Genom interna instruktioner för utveckling av datoriserade system anslu-ter företaget bl.a. till olika teorier inom anvÀndarcentrerad systemdesign. I det studerade ut-vecklingsprojektet var olika anvÀndare inledningsvis med informellt och allteftersom systemet vÀxte sÄ fick de vara med och göra acceptanstester och utvÀrderingar innan nya uppdateringar skulle slÀppas.Slutsatsen av studien Àr att flera inslag av anvÀndarcentrerad systemdesign applicerats i ut-vecklingsarbetet i företaget vilket sammantaget gör att anvÀndarnas synpunkter tagits tillvara. Dock följer företaget inte nÄgon speciell metod inom omrÄdet vilket sannolikt skulle förbÀttra utvecklingsprocessen i framtida projekt..

e-Me projektet Àr ett innovativt forskningsprojekt dÀr tillvÀgagÄngssÀttet co-design anvÀnts för att framstÀlla en elektronisk assistent. e-Me realiserades i januari 2007 som ett pilotprojekt vid Högskolan i BorÄs. Den elektroniska assistenten Àr en artefakt som ska förenkla det administrativa och elektroniska livet för studenter. MÄlet med den hÀr uppsatsen var att öka förstÄelsen kring co-designs grundidé, praktiska moment samt de kritiska roller som kan urskiljas i co-designprojekt. Studien Àr av intresse för alla som vill utvidga sin kunskapsbas inom bÄde co-design samt e-Me.

This thesis was carried out at Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems. The purpose hasbeen to develop a design tool to be used for development of new electric motors for AtlasCopcos electric nutrunners. The focus of the thesis has been to increase productivity bydecreasing the power losses in an electric tool. The productivity is defined as themaximum number of tightenings a nutrunner can perform without becoming too hot.Before starting the development of this design tool an existing Matlab script, whichcalculates the losses in a slotless electric motor, has been studied and modified torepresent the real losses in a better way. The modification has been made by performingpractical studies of different losses and then adjusting existing parameters in the Matlabscript.Because design changes in one part of a mechatronic system can lead to a decrease inperformance of another part the choice of parameters that can be changed has been madeso that other parts of the system is affected as little as possible.A study of the existing tools efficiency during an entire tightening has been made toincrease the understanding of when and where the different losses appear and to comparethe modified Matlab script with the measured values.The design tool was formed so that it executes the Matlab script, that calculates thelosses, for a number of different design options and stores the alternative which producesthe least losses.

The computer consultant company Create in Lund AB wishes to facilitate their invoice routines, as it at present is required that the administration finds and compares information from two different systems.The purpose of this thesis is to develop an invoice management system that simplifies the invoice management process for the administration at Create. During the development of the system, I have chosen to follow the software development process Unified Process and also tried to find design patterns that can be applied to the integration.The result of my project is a self-contained application developed using the Java programming language that communicates with the databases of the other two systems and presents relevant information to the user as a set of invoices. Of the 23 design patterns I studied, I used four of them in the invoice management system. However I couldn?t find any connection between any design pattern and the integration of systems.
