The aim of this thesis is to find out how users and libraries are constructed at public library websites in Sweden from a web 2.0 perspective. We discuss the development of public libraries in Swedish history and the change from an system oriented perspective to a individual oriented perspective and how these perspectives correspond to needs of the library user. We also discuss the concept of web 2.0 and library 2.0. These concepts are open for different interpretations. Some writers believe that web 2.0 and library 2.0 is something radically new and that it will change the public libraries, while other writers claim that these concepts is just a marketing plan.

Bristande information angående läkemedelshantering kan vara en orsak till att patienter läggs in på sjukhus med läkemedelsrelaterade problem. En välinformerad och kunnig patient minskar risken för fel i läkemedelshanteringen. Patientinformation bör ses som en viktig del i patientens omvårdnad. Syftet med studien är att belysa betydelsen av sjuksköterskans roll i informationen till patienten för att få en säker läkemedelshantering. Metoden utgörs av litteraturstudier och vetenskapliga artiklar söktes i databaserna CINAHL, PubMed och ELIN under perioden september och oktober 2007.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate the presences of open-ended problems in the textbooks of high school Mathematics A. For practical reasons the study was limited to three textbooks and two topics, Fractions and Area & Volume. The Essay also describes the theory behind open-ended problems and why they should be used. I identify three criteria as a definition for open-ended problems. The study found that only 7,6% of the investigated tasks qualified, and met at least 1 criterion.

This qualitative study is about the differences and similarities between the organization Friends and schools? methods to prevent bullying. Aggression, bullying and discomfort in schools result in that many students do not dare to go to school because of their fear that they might get attacked and become systematically bullied. Bullying is a universal and persistent problem. In this study the reader will receive a better understanding and get an insight into the problems that teachers and students experience and struggle with every day in dealing with bullying in schools.

Bakgrund: Ordinationer med dosering som innebär att tabletter skall delas förekommer på 10 % av alla recept i Sverige. Ordinationer med delade tabletter kan upplevas som ett problem hos patienten. Detta kan leda att följsamheten till sin medicinering påverkas negativt. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur apotekskunder upplever sin medicinering med delade tabletter.Metod: Intervjustudie med apotekskunder, >18 år, som har en ordination med en dosering som innebär att tabletterna behöver delas.Resultat: Av 412 inkluderade apotekskunder uppgav 30 % av studiepopulationen att de upplevde problem med delningen av tabletterna. Vanliga problem var att tabletterna var för hårda och svåra att dela, att det blir olika stora delar, att tabletterna går sönder/bli smulor/smådelar.

I syfte att undersöka om och hur lärarens inställning till problemlösning och undervisning förhåller sig till elevens tänkande har vi vänt oss till tre klasser i skolår 3. I vår teoretiska förankring har vi ur ett konstruktivistiskt perspektiv utgått från vad, hur och varför. I undersökningen fick eleverna två problemlösningsuppgifter som de skulle lösa individuellt och semistrukturerade intervjuer gjordes med lärarna till klasserna. Resultatet visade att klassen med problemlösande undervisning hade sämst resultat men störst variationer i lösningarna. Utifrån vårt analyserade resultat och tidigare forskning ser vi betydelsen av en variation i undervisningen, både när det gäller problem, metod och arbetsform för att nå den viktiga djupa förståelsen..

The image of ?the problem child? in governmental committees).   This study focuses on the image of the problem child as it appears in two texts (from the 1940s and 1970s) of governmental committees on Public Health (SOU) and the new school law (Ds 2009:25, will be implemented in July 2011).

I den interpersonella teorin menar man att varje människas framträdande relationserfarenheter finns representerade i något som blivit denna persons latenta relationsmönster eller schemata. Är dessa interpersonella mönster inkongruenta kan det leda till interpersonella problem och psykisk ohälsa. Enligt denna teori kan stimulerande relationer, som t ex i en gruppbehandling, leda till bättre kognitiv förmåga och mer kongruent interpersonellt mönster, vilket på sikt underlättar relaterande till andra. Uppsatsens syfte var att beskriva interpersonella mönster och problem hos ungdomar i en gruppbehandling i termer av två instrument: Central Relationship Questionnaire (CRQ) och Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (IIP). Resultaten visade hur ungdomarnas interpersonella mönster och problemprofiler såg ut före och efter behandlingstiden.

Since Sweden became a member of the European Union (EU) several constitutional reforms has been taking place. During this time, Sweden has also changed its view on democracy,from a collective to an individual perspective of democracy in the politics. A reasonable hypothesis and the purpose of this essay is to investigate if the Swedish government has beendeveloped towards an Europeanization.The Swedish state audit changed in a pioneering way after the EU- entry, with the formation of Riksrevisionen. Another constitutional change is that the Swedish EU- membership is being instituted in the Swedish constitution. The role of Swedish courts has also changed since the EU- entry.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine librarians attitudes and values when it comes to the question if a new media, video games, should be introduced at the library or not. Video games are here seen as media primarily for youths. In our study we also wanted to study the discussions of quality and purchase, when computer games were introduced at the library. In order to answer our questions we conducted nine interviews with librarians working with children and youths, in eight libraries. By analysing their statements, using Maj Klassons theory where she defines the librarians role in three different strategies, we could demonstrate how the librarians reason when it comes to video and computer games, youths, quality and purchase.

My purpose in this essay has been to gain an understanding of why we treat children differently and analyse the underlying causes. The method of choice was to reflect on some significant events that occurred at my preschool and to use relevant literature as a basis for analysing these events. Society is constantly changing and my focus has been on what happens to the children at preschool if we are not sensitive to this development. There is a need to highlight the underlying social and human values, in order to ensure that children are treated on equal terms. As educators we need to understand the impact of our lack of legal knowledge for children in the development of their understanding of their rights and obligations in a democratic society.

Through a sociocultural perspectivethe purpose of this study is to investigate how preschool teachers look at quality development in preschool and how they perceive their participation in this development.I have used a qualitative method based on five interviews with preschool teachers from three different parts of Sweden. I used an interview guide with open questions. The interview answers were categorized in themes based on the responses which were most frequent. In the result I have been using an analysis based on these themes. The result showed that the preschool teachers consider that the leadership style affects their work.

The share of problem gamblers increased for men between 18-24 years old during the period 1999-2009, while the share were steady or decreased for other classes of population. This study examines the relation between this development of problem gambling and the Swedish gambling market. The factors that are studied are the functioning of the market with a focus on the new Internet market for gambling, the games and the underlying risk factors in those, the marketing and other factors outside the gambling market. First a large literature review was made to map the development as detailed as possible. After that a qualitative analysis of the content in television commercials was done to see if they were made for the problem group.

I denna studie analyseras Göteborgs kommuns miljödiplomeringsmodell, dess tillämpning,problem och möjligheter. Syftet var att studera vad företag och revisorer accentuerar på, vilka problem och brister som förekommer samt hur miljöprestanda och miljökommunikation uppfattas i certifierade respektive diplomerade företag. Ett annat syfte var att studera vilka orsakerna är bakom att en del diplomerade företag hoppar av sitt diplom och andra avvaktar med att diplomera verksamheten..

Under vårt sista år var vi intresserade av att ta reda på de problem som vi kan stöta på i våra yrkesroller som fartygsingenjörer. Arbetet tar upp de tekniska problem som uppstår p.g.a. de allt strängare kraven på minskade svavelutsläpp från fartyg. De tekniska problemen härstammar från de olika bränslekvaliteternas vitt skilda egenskaper. Som svar på dessa problem har det utvecklats tekniska lösningar varav två stycken har tagits upp i detta arbete.För att ta reda på vilka tekniska problem som kan uppstå tog vi del av den berörda utrustningens tillverkares erfarenheter enligt empirisk modell.
