The essay begins by asserting that the theoretical approaches of men?s violence against women are just as important to study as its extent. The purpose is therefore to analyse and compare two theoretical approaches which is done by a comparative text analysis of two texts written on the subject. The essay attempts to answer two questions; what the theoretical approaches are and how they can be understood in light of feminist theory.Previous research on men?s violence against women discuss especially three theoretical aspects.

ResuméUppsatsen behandlar det processuella sakägarbegreppet enligt 16 kap 12 § 1 st. MB eller mer precist vem som kan överklaga beslut och domar som meddelas enligt miljöbalken. Ända sedan miljöbalkens tillkomst har frågan om sakägarbegreppet diskuterats intensivt bland miljöjurister. Bakgrunden är att de lagar som gällde innan miljöbalken använde olika sakägarbegrepp och att lagstiftaren vid skapandet av miljöbalken efterstävade en enhetlig och generös tolkning av det processuella sakägarbegreppet med miljöskyddslagens definition som utgångspunkt. Detta innebar ett avsteg från äldre praxis som utvecklats under till exempel vattenlagen.

The report contains three parts. The first part is a summary and overall presentation of thermalcracks and preventing measures against such cracks. Entrepreneurial failure is probably a subject that is not well understood. This might have to do with the methodological difficulties of screening out failed entrepreneurs. In this thesis a tool is developed for analyzing supposed entrepreneurial failure. In this model entrepreneurs are surrounded by different stake holders. By using the failure deconstruction model to analyze my own entrepreneurial effort I find that it has neither been a successful project nor a disastrous one.

 This degree project aims at developing a concept for how to use solar energy to pump up water. The target audience is people living in areas where the functioning of the electricity and water network is absent. In these areas, the hand-powered water pump is the most common technology. The degree project's goal is to find an economically viable alternative to the time consuming hand-powered water pumps. The power comes from solar energy.

I denna studie belyses ungdomars rådande attityder som rör gränssättning kring en önskad sexuell akt och våldtäkt jämfört med den juridiska definitionen. Vidare undersöks även kamraters eventuella påverkan till ungdomarnas gränssättning utifrån den sociala inlärningsteorin.Tillvägagångssättet var av kvantitativ art där data samlades in i form av enkäter.Respondenterna bestod av N=210 ungdomar i 15 till 16 års ålder (årskurs nio)från åtta stycken grundskolor, inom en radie av åtta mil från studieorten. Den insamlade datan analyserades med statistikprogrammet SPSS.Ungdomarna i studien påvisade relativt goda attityder i förhållande till den juridiska definitionen av våldtäkt. Något samband mellan kamraters påverkan och rådande attityder som rör denna gränsdragning kunde dock inte fastställas..

Bipolar disorder is a severe, affective illness which causes a person to alternate between episodes of pathologically elevated mood (mania) and depression ? in between these episodes the mood is normal. The length and intervals between the episodes are highly variable among the ill, as are the severity which is divided into two major subgroups: bipolar I and II. Bipolar I disorder is the most severe because of the patient?s inability to realize that he or she is currently in a manic phase, in the case of bipolar II disorder, the patient is aware that he or she has an abnormally raised mood, a state which is called hypomanic state instead of manic.

The aim of this study is to describe the characteristics of right-wing populist parties in Europe. The three parties included in the study are the Swedish Democrats (SD), the British National Party (BNP) and the National Front (NF) in France. The study includes a definition of right-wing populism based on previous research and from that an ideal type of a right-wing populist party has been created. The material used in the study to verify how well the parties were consistent to the ideal type and what similarities and differences the parties in the study have are the parties? political programs and policies.

Background: In Sweden about 19000 people fall victims of sudden death every year. This covers around 20% of all deaths. Relatives are those who are closest to the patient, regardless of the type of relationship. When a patient suddenly dies this affects the relatives and they can suffer from high risk of complicated grief reactions or crises. Being the nearest professional contact in these situations, the nurse has an important role in supporting and guiding the relatives.Aim: The aim of this literature review was to nominate the relatives' needs of support from the nurse when a loved person suddenly dies.Method: The literature review was based on seven articles with a quality approach.Results:The analysis resulted in four themes; "to be seen and confirmed", "information", "take farewell" and "follow-up ".To be able to give support both mentally and physically, it is important for the nurse to give proper attention to the relatives.

Traditionally, it has been argued that companies are only responsible towards their shareholders, to maximize the profits. But lately it has changed into another way of responsibilty. It has become of great importance to demonstrate sustainable long-term values for stakeholders to identify with. This thesis aims to clarify the banks? definition of responsible investment and what criteria they assume when talking about such kind of investments.

Rapporten behandlar synen på elevinflytande och elevdemokrati, i skolan i allmänhet och i förskolegruppen i barnskolan i synnerhet.Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att studera vilka uppfattningar det finns om elevinflytande. I den empiriska delen av arbetet studerar vi hur några pedagoger uppfattar orden elevinflytande och elevdemokrati. Vi har också studerat vad eleverna uppfattar att de har för möjlighet till inflytande i skolan.Resultatet bygger på intervjuer och observationer hos förskollärare i barnskola, och intervjuer med deras elever i sexårsgruppen. Vi har funnit att pedagogerna anser att deras lyhördhet för eleverna och dessutom elevernas möjlighet att säga vad de tycker är en definition på elevinflytande. De uppger dessutom att inflytande handlar om respekt för varandra och att även möjligheten till delaktighet i beslut är av vikt när vi talar om elevinflytande och elevdemokrati.

Ocker är en företeelse som har funnit i alla tider. Redan i bibeln finns uttryckt att det är något förkastligt som inte bör få finnas. Då definierades ocker som tagande av ränta. This degree project has been performed along with Classic Garden in Gothenburg andBallongfirman Far & Flyg in Stockholm. Together we have developed a sun- wind- andrain protection. The protection is permanently assembled and mainly intended for publicenvironments as restaurants and outdoor cafés.The design on the sun protection was already done so our task has been to develop theconstruction and to build a prototype in scale 1:4 and one in scale 1:1. The look of thesun protection is approximately as the name implies, equal an igloo. The lamellae aregoing to fold out in different steps all the way down to the ground and the both sides willbe independently of each other.The first stage in the project was to develop differently principle proposal on how thefunction will work when folding in and out the protection.
