Syfte och frågeställningar Vårt övergripande syfte är att undersöka lärares syn på att testa elever i behov av stöd, elevernas upplevelse av att bli testade samt hur testanvändning kvalificerar sig i ett specialpedagogiskt relationellt perspektiv. Våra frågeställningar är: Finns det något samband mellan förekomsten av professionellt lärande mellan lärare och sättet på vilket lärare väljer att kartlägga elever i behov av stöd? Ger testresultat den information man behöver för att hjälpa elever i behov av särskilt stöd? Hur väljs tester ut? Hur används resultatet i det fortsatta lärandet? Kan det uppstå några etiska problem i samband med testning och i så fall vilka? Teoretisk förankring Vi kommer att utgå från ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, i vilket språkets roll är av stor vikt vid lärande och utveckling.

In November 2006 and July 2007, changes were made to the Social Services Law and the Criminal Injuries Law, defining children who have witnessed domestic violence as crime victims. The objective of our study is to examine if these changes have affected how social workers responsible for child protection inquiries interact with children who have witnessed domestic violence, and to what extent these children?s need of support are taken into account. Qualitative interviews have been carried out with five social workers, with the aim to evaluate how they meet and become aware of these children. Our problem-formulation is based upon the question how social services implement the recent changes to the law.

Several studies has identified the locker room experience as a potential deterrent for participation in physical education. Both psychological and physical issues arise due to several factors. Psychological issues include different kinds of verbal and physical violations, comparisons between pupils, feeling of vulnerability along with a stressful schedule. The physical environment can contribute to negative experience for pupils in terms of filthy premises and cold showers. These factors may contribute to higher absentee rates in physical education.

The environmental work of companies has become an incredibly important factor in achieving reduced levels of environmental pollution. For companies the work on environmental issues began in the 1980s. During this time companies also began to show interest for the personnel, an interest that was shown in the form of attempts to disclose personnel information in economics. Earlier this information was separated from the financial information, despite the fact that the revenues are created by the employees.The purpose of this paper is to examine how well companies with a notification or a permit today account for environmental- and personnel information in their director?s report.

The aim of this masters thesis is to examine how daily encounters between the Danish public libraries and the library-users called ethnic minorities are described within the public library field. Danish public libraries have been assigned to play a larger role in societys strive towards integration of immigrants and refugees. Within Danish politics I find an emphasis on the importance of maintaining Danish culture, but it is rarely expressed if ethnic minorities are, can or should be a part of it. Theoretical and methodological starting points are hermeneutics and text-analysis. My theoretical framework is research about international migration and ethnic relations IMER.

The aim of this study is to investigate which management control mechanisms evolve in companies that receive funding from Venture Capital companies and why the management control systems evolve in the way that they do. A case study was performed on three Swedish high technology companies, that all received funding from Venture Capital companies for the first time in 2006. Merchant?s framework, defining all management control mechanisms as either, results control, action control or personnel control, was used to structure the study. Results show that the companies that received Venture Capital all increased the use of management control mechanisms within results control, action control and personnel control.

Denna rapport behandlar ett examensarbete som genomförts på Luleå kommun. Socialförvaltningen på Luleå kommun ansvarar för leverans av mat och varor till personer som behöver hjälp med detta. Socialförvaltningen behöver ett verktyg med GIS- och logistikfunktioner för att planera och följa upp transporterna. Idag finns ingen befintlig utvärderingsmall som kan användas för att jämföra olika programvarors funktionalitet. Det vore önskvärt att en sådan generell mall fanns tillgänglig för att anpassas till den aktuella verksamheten när behov uppstår.

Tidigare empirisk forskning förevisade samband mellan optimism och hälsa, likaså mellan self-efficacy och hälsa. Föreliggande undersöknings syfte var att utifrån könsskillnader mellan kvinnor och män undersöka hur op­timism och self-efficacy samverkar med deras självskattade hälsotillstånd. Deltagarna var 190 högskolestudenter, varav 113 kvinnor, i Mellansverige. Statis­tisk analys utfördes genom t-test, multipel linjär regressionsanalys och jämförelse mellan korrelationskoefficienter. Mätinstrumenten Life Orientation Test?Revised, General Health Questionnaire och General Self-efficacy Scale, samt ett påstående om fysisk hälsa användes.

Uppsala like many other Swedish cities is affected by heavy housing shortage, in terms of too few existing flats and residents within the city limits. Every semester thousands of new students are facing the same problems of finding themselves adequate accommodation. The waiting lists for flats and student-dorms are getting longer for each year, and the situation is just getting worse. Simultaneously, Uppsala?s ambition is to increase its population and expand as a Swedish metropolitan, according to the Swedish governmental environment goals. This paper investigates and analyses the possibilities of expanding a city?s population by building high-rise buildings.

Inom den kraftigt växande E-handeln råder stark konkurrens. Metoder att öka marknadsandelar och sälja mer produkter är viktigare än någonsin. I denna studie utvärderas metoden att presentera produkter med hjälp av stereoskopisk 3D. En fördel som kan konstateras är att kunderna får en mer verklighetsnära uppfattning av produkten än med traditionella bilder av tvådimensionell typ. Den tydligaste förbättringen är kopplad till upplevelsen av djup.

This study aims to evaluate the waste management in Norrbottens municipalities in key areas such as possibilities to reach the two national waste goals, information to the public, the effect of legislation, future of waste management and differences in geographic- and demographic areas. The Waste Framework Directive (WFD) issued by the EU and incorporated into Swedish law plays a major part in waste management by defining a hierarchy in five steps how waste should be treated. Interviews conducted with each of the fourteen municipalities aimed to find out what step in the hierarchy they are at and what effect the implementation of EU-legislature into Swedish law has had. Based on the interviews a diverse range of answers was found in relation to the questions asked, generally the more populated municipalities saw a more positive future of waste management, mainly because more developed infrastructure to handle waste is already in place. However the smaller the municipality is the harder it is to allocate resources for waste management and problems arise in the form of expensive transports of waste.

Resultatet från ett flertal vetenskapliga studier indikerar på att en god kosthållning har en positiv inverkan på idrottsliga prestationer. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det fanns några skillnader i kostintag, daglig fysisk aktivitet och intermittent uthållighet hos elitsatsande fjortonåriga fotbollspelare vid fotbollsakademier i Sverige och i Sydafrika. Testpersonerna bestod av nio sydafrikanska fotbollspelare och fjorton svenska. Samtliga spelare var pojkar födda år 1999. De tränade fotboll fem gånger i veckan med sina respektive fotbollsakademier.

The horses? natural behaviour is easier to satisfy in a loose-housing system than housed in a traditional box. Law?s and science suggest that we should house horses in loose-housing, which improve the horse possibility to perform natural behaviours, to interact socially with other horses and to have more possibility to movement. It?s more timesaving in a working population aspect and a economic gain in materials. We noticed that it?s different opinions about what people in the horse society thinks about having youngsters housed in a loose-housing system.

The purpose of this study was to gain insight into refuges experience of traumatic events such as torture, political persecution, war, natural disasters and other trauma. For the study used theories which, inter alia, deals with many of the refugees coming to Sweden is influenced by various psychological trauma and may be accompanied by torture, political persecution, war, natural disasters and other trauma. To this study, a survey with 40 participants, 17 women and 23 men. There was also an interview on the Internet with a refugees consultant within the Red Cross. The men had higher average than women in all the perceived problems.
