Chapter 1. 1 § jordabalken (1970:994) defines property as land that includes area, which is divided into properties.A three-dimensional property must be firm with a closed volume where top and bottom are specified. The property boundaries are described clearly according to Chapter 4. § 27 fastighetsbildningslagen. A three-dimensional property can undermine a traditional property, as well as a three-dimensional property.

The production of oilseed rape is an important issue in Sweden and those who never have grown oilseed rape (OSR) are now willing to try. It is always a risk to grow oilseed rape, specially winter OSR, because of outwintering. This risk increases as you go north and therefore establishment and autumn growth is very important. These are some of the reasons that I have chosen to write about the establishment of winter oilseed rape in Middle Sweden. There are many factors that influence the outcome of the establishment, e. g.

Tree fiber lengths controls properties like strength and smoothness in paper and other wood products. For forest researchers it is of interest to be able to determine the fiber lengths in standing trees. Mo?rling et al. (2003), among others, have developed methods to estimate fiber length distributions in standing trees without damaging them.

Background: Stroke is one of the leading causes for longlasting sequelae, among themloss in cognitive function, like aphasia. Aphasia effects the patients ability to understandand express themselves in speaking and writing. To be able to reach a good level of care,the careproviders and patients ought to have the same goals and values. This requires agood communication between the careproviders and patients. Which can be problematicfor the caregivers when they don't feel secure in their way of getting close to these patients.Aim: The purpose of this study was to illuminate caregivers experience of caring forpatients with the diagnosis aphasia following stroke.Method: This is a literature study where nine studies, with qualitative design, has beenanalyzed and compiled.

This paper presents a study of Scandinavian Airlines? (SAS) frequent flyer program, EuroBonus. The study describes the transfer pricing of award seats between EuroBonus and the airlines within SAS. Furthermore, it aims to determine what effects market-based transfer pricing would have on EuroBonus, the airlines within SAS and consequently on the SAS Group. We have found that the existing transfer pricing does not provide incentives for the airlines within SAS to satisfy EuroBonus? demand for award seats.

Periods of hypoxia are a recurring issue in Brunnsviken. Main factors that trigger hypoxia in Brunnsviken are eutrophication  due to anthropogenic emission of nutrients, stratification in the water column due to salinity and temperature differences  that prevents mixing and a sill inlet that prevents water exchange. As an attempt to improve the oxygen levels, bottom water is pumped from Brunnsviken causing aerated surface water to flow back into the basin.  The objective of this Master?s thesis was to study the change in dissolved oxygen levels due to pumping.

The New National Elevation Model (NNH) is a new high-resolution digital elevation model (DEM) of Sweden from airborne laser scanning. It creates many new opportunities, particularly in the area of flood mapping. NNH is provided by Lantmäteriet in two formats, both in raw LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data and in grid format with two meter resolution. These alternatives have advantages and disadvantages and the aim of this thesis research is to identify these. One of the focuses of the study is data storage and thus data structure analysis, resolution and storage facilities. The research questions are:Why and in what context the different NNH-products from the National Land Survey are used (DEM 2+ or point cloud)?What constraints and opportunities are created by the different options, mainly in terms of different software, resolution, and data storage?The study area is Kärsön in Ekerö municipality located in Stockholms län and has an approximate area of 25 square kilometers. The study is divided into two parts. The first objective is to identify the consequences of using different software to create DEM from pointcloud compared to the DEM2+ model. Height models with a two meter resolution are created in FME and ArcGIS. The models are then compared with the grid from Lantmäteriet, created in TerraScan. The second objective is to examine the impact of the change in resolution, both the storage aspect and both the accuracy aspect. Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) is an interpolation method which in previous studies proved to have the best results on high resolution LIDAR data. This model was tested and compared with a model from FMEs built-in function and the model from Lantmäteriet wich are based on triangulation (also proved a good method in previous studies). The grid created in TerraScan has good properties such as accuracy.

Purpose: To contribute to the understanding of the relationship between private labels and the retailer brand in grocery retailing. Methodology: We use structured interviews as a cross-sectional method for quantitative data collection. The existence of the relationship is tested through correlation analysis and regression analysis. Theoretical perspective: Perceived quality of private labels and of retailers are the main theoretical concepts for this thesis. Additionally, we introduce the concept of loyalty to show the benefits of a positive consumer image.

I denna studie har vi undersökt hur 10 högstadiepojkar med utländsk bakgrund reflekterarkring sitt val av fotbollsprofil. Vi genomförde semi-strukturerade intervjuer och analyseraderesultatet utifrån Bourdieus begrepp habitus och kapital.Respondenterna i studien hade alla en utländsk bakgrund och majoriteten hade föräldrar sominte var födda i Europa. Nästan samtliga respondenter berättade att de bodde i segregeradeområden. Uppsatsen kommer fram till att respondenternas uttalade motiv till valet av att sökasig till och delta i fotbollsprofil under skoltid var bland annat för att de tyckte om att spelafotboll. Men även en annan faktor var att de via den utökade träningsmängden i skolan kundeförbättra sina förutsättningar att lyckas som fotbollsspelare.

Syftet med denna studie är att förklara varför konsumtionen av ekologiska kläder haft en svag ökning sett utifrån konsumenternas perspektiv. För att kunna besvara syftet har en kvantitativ metod legat till grund för denna studie. Data har samlats in med hjälp av enkäter för att undersöka om det föreligger något samband bland konsumenter. För att kunna presentera ett mer djupgående resultat har den kvantitativa metoden kombinerats med en kvalitativ metod vid analys av data.Teorin i denna studie har använts som utgångspunkt för att bättre förstå konsumenternas köpbeteende samt betydelsen av varumärken. Studiens empiri består av den data som samlats in genom enkäter.

Inadequate data quality has a negative effect for organizations, however utilization of modern technology and data analysis may shape new values for organizations. Our research has found that the quality of information in field reports for error reporting varies significantly. In many cases, the information in the field reports are deficient in such way that the field report need additional information from the sender, thus risking prolonging lead times in the error reporting process. More efficient use of information has become possible with today?s technology.

Att ta tillvara på de erfarenheter och kunskaper som genereras i enorganisation är något som, enligt oss, bör ses som en självklarhet. Vårt syftemed uppsatsen är att ge Siemens Enterprise and Communication AB (SEC)en teoretisk referensram på hur man gör detta, samt att vi som författareskaffar oss en djupare förståelse för detta problem.SEC är en ganska nybildad organisation då de för inte allt för längesedanbröt sig loss från kontoret i Köpenhamn och skapade ett eget kontor iMalmö. På grund av att deras organisation är så pass ny har SEC uttryckt ettintresse om vad teorin säger om erfarenhet och kunskap inom organisationer.Vi har intervjuat tre avdelningschefer på företaget för att få en bild av derasnuvarande arbete med kunskap och erfarenhet, samt vad de har förförhoppningar på framtida kunskaps- och erfarenhetshantering.Då vi tycker att Knowledge Management (KM) är den teori som liggerproblemet närmst om hjärtat är det utifrån den vi valt att bygga vår uppsatskring. Till hjälp har vi valt att använda en berättelse om hur det kunde ha gåtttill när SEC implementerar KM i sin organisation. Berättelsen hjälper till attbelysa problemområdet samtidigt som den avslöjar hur organisationen äruppbyggd.Uppsatsen kommer inte visa någon färdig mall för hur erfarenhets- ochkunskapshantering skall gå till utan tenderar snarare till att, med hjälp av ennarrativ ansats, lyfta fram de punkter som KM litteraturen håller somviktigast..

Sweden is the country that has got the largest amount of elderly in the adult population in the world. The physical activity level decreases as we grow old and we experience muscle mass loss and a bone density reduction. This leads to an increased risk for falls and subsequent fractures. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether an exercise program could affect muscle function and balance ability to prevent falls. 17 women (age 64-79) participated in this study and was assigned to a control group (n=7) and an intervention group (n=10).

Statistics indicate an increase in online shopping. This indication could result in the loss of safety factors for the customer, for example the possibility to physically examine the product, interact with professional store personnel and try the product before purchase ? factors which all could support the customer in her choice of company and product. The purpose of this study is to increase the theoretical knowledge regarding strategies in the area of trust-development between customers and companies. We have chosen to investigate what strategies web based companies apply and how they are perceived by their customers.

Bakgrund och problem: Fastigheter och fastighetsföretag har med jämna mellanrum blivitaktuellt, ibland ser man att de agerar till synes olika. Det vore intressant att såförutsättningslöst som möjligt studera vad ett antal av de svenska fastighetsföretagen gör.Ett sätt att göra det på kan vara genom att ta del av deras årsredovisningar ochsammanställa informationen som visar vad man har gjort samt hur företaget är strukturerat isyfte att underlätta för fortsatt studier av företagen. Det har utmynnat i följandefrågeställningar:Vad gör ett antal av de stora svenska fastighetsföretagen?Samt:Hur kan man gå tillväga för att använda insamlad data i vidare studier för att beskrivaföretagen?Syfte: Att ställa upp informationen på ett sätt som gör att läsaren kan skapa sig enöversiktlig bild av ett antal företags struktur samt beteende under 2009. Att samla in ochställa upp data som ett underlag i syfte att bereda för fortsatt forskning.Avgränsningar: Studien omfattar endast svenska stora fastighetsföretag vars primäraverksamhet är att äga och förvalta fastigheter.
