This phenomenon occurs in those working withconfidential information as it is handled by a number of rules and safety regulations.Based on a set of rules and requirements, we have looked over the possibility of sending sensitiveinformation electronically over the internet. The aim was to find general guidelines for howcompanies and organizations should manage and send sensitive information over insecurenetworks. This led us to our research question: How can information be exchanged betweenactors in geographically diverse areas be categorized and encrypted so that it can be transportedover the internet without security or integrity deficiencies?To answer the question, there was a case study at a defense company.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka den emotionella upplevelsen av ett nytt tillvägagångssätt att minska personal i en offentlig verksamhet. En förfrågan om att frivilligt lämna sin tjänst mot en viss ersättning kommunicerades ut till alla medarbetare inom en specifik förvaltning i en svensk kommun. Tre fokusgruppintervjuer med nio av de medarbetare som fick ta del av erbjudandet och de fyra PA-konsulter som genomförde processen ligger till grund för studien. Data analyserades med induktiv tematisk analys och huvudresultatet visar en mycket positiv upplevelse av omställningsarbetet både hos PA-konsulter och tidigare medarbetare. Detta tack vare den goda kommunikationen från ledningen, frivillighetsaspekten och medarbetarnas arbetströtthet. En slutsats är att information, delaktighet och upplevd kontroll leder till positiva emotionella reaktioner, i meningen att verksamheten kan undvika mycket av den oro som skapas vid organisationsförändringar och därmed behålla en god arbetsprestation hos medarbetarna under tiden för förändringen. .

Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur arbetsterapeuter inom primärvården kliniskt resonerar om individer med stressrelaterad ohälsa. Sju arbetsterapeuter verksamma inom primärvården deltog i studien. Data samlades in genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer och insamlad data analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Som stöd för vår analys jämförde vi befintliga teorier inom områdena information samt data warehouse, med tillämpning i verkligheten genom vårt referensföretag. Undersökningen har utförts genom skriftliga intervjuer samt enkäter, där två olika undersökningsgrupper ingått. Den ena gruppen har utgjorts av SALSAs utvecklare och den andra av SALSAs användare. Den hypotes som vi arbetat med är "SALSA tillgodoser användarnas informationsbehov" med underfrågorna "Vilka krav kan användarna rimligen ställa på SALSA?", "Vilken information saknar användarna att få fram från SALSA?", "Vilka förslag på förbättringar gällande SALSA har användarna?" samt "Räcker användarforum för att framföra användarnas synpunkter på SALSA?".

Den klassiska institutionella teorin saknar empiriskt underlag, varför detta är en empirisk studie av institutionell teori i en svensk kontext. Ett område på vilket institutionell teori är tillämpbart är det svenska uppsägningsförfarandet.Studiens syfte är att öka förståelsen för hur legitimering av institutioner går till i praktiken. Detta uppnås genom frågan ?hur bidrar parternas argument till att institutionen reproduceras?.Frågan besvarades genom kvalitativ data, hämtad från intervjuer med representanter från de parter som debatterar LAS.Denna empiriska undersökning visar att LAS legitimeras genom att tillskrivas normativ värdighet och kognitiv giltighet, samtidigt som kritiker av LAS tillskrivs normativ ovärdighet och kognitiv ogiltighet.
