Den lilla gruppen, stödundervisning, eller vad man nu kallar den är ett arbetssätt som en del skolor arbetar med för att ge barn i behov av extrastöd en lämplig form av undervisning. Den lilla gruppen bildas genom att elever från olika klasser samlas i ett särskilt undervisningsrum tillsammans med en lärare/pedagog/specialpedagog. Vilka är då de elever som placeras i den lilla gruppen och är dessa hjälpta av denna undervisningsform? I den undersökning jag genomförde genom intervjuer, fanns det två grupper av elever med svårigheter. Den ena gruppen bestod av elever med invandrarbakgrund och gick i liten grupp för att få svenskundervisning.

The main objective with this study was to investigate so called odd purposes acceptable when registrating property along with how social development affects these purposes, furthermore to investigate how the cadastral surveyors estimates a foreseeable time. Tradition and praxis is used for several obvious purposes such as housing, farming, forests, offices and industry. Praxis is yet to be defined regarding more unique purposes. There is no mention in the law about which purposes are found acceptable to assure the demands on suitability are met. Cadastral authorities are responsible for making sure the division into property units is uniform and rule of law-accordingly.

Fokusera på det du är bra på och ordna med hjälp med det du är mindre bra på. Det är ett genom-gående tema i de svar jag fått på frågan om hur man som individ kan lyckas i karriären när man har koncentrationssvårigheter.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur man med koncentrationssvårigheter kan komma in på arbetsmarknaden, stanna kvar där och ha en framgångsrik karriär enligt sin egen värdering. Frågeställningarna vad kan individen göra själv och vad kan omgivningen göra har varit uppsatsens fokus som har ett tolkande synsätt och narrativ metod. Berättelserna från människor som antingen själva har koncentrationssvårigheter eller arbetar med människor som det har analyserats med hjälp av teorier om motivation, stämpling och normalisering.En slutsats från berättelserna är att positiva stimuli är viktiga för människor med koncentrationssvårigheter så att de jobbar med sådant som de tycker är stimulerande plus att man anpassar miljön och omgivningen efter deras individuella behov. En annan slutsats är att normen i samhället behöver ändras så att människor med koncentrationssvårigheter accepteras som de är istället för att stämplas.

The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the grounds upon which an arbitration clause may be binding in the new relationship between the parties after a transfer of rights and/or obligations. The issue is not regulated by law but instead it has been left to the Supreme Court to regulate. In the Emja-case the Swedish Supreme Court left guidance on the issue. The Supreme Court stated that a third party purchaser of a right where the contract includes an arbitration clause shall be bound by the clause. The arbitration clause is only binding to the remaining part of the initial agreement if no special circumstances exist. The binding effect was justified by the reason that a situation where the purchaser but not the remaining part should be bound to the clause was not sought after and the principle through the 27 § of the Swedish debt instruments act..

The beta value is frequently described in theory and is a well known factor to quantify the systematic risk in shares through the CAPM model. Initially, this study describes the advantages and difficulties with the estimating process and the problematic nature of the assumptions and descisons included in published beta values.An alternative method, Bottom-up beta, to estimate the beta value that probably has not been tested under Swedish circumstances is applied. The problems and decisions that have to be made to derive an alternative value are studied in detail through six separate steps. I have chosen nine companies at the Stockholm Stock Exchange where this method is used. The result showed that the systematic risk were higher at five shares and lower at four, compared to the published values.Finally there is a discussion about the practise, usefulness and opinions concerning how to estimate and interpret the beta value to determine the expected return..

When anyone acquires control over a listed company the mandatory bid rule is triggered. This means that the person who acquires the control has to make an offer to buy the remaining shares in the company. The purpose of the rule is to protect the minority shareholders from the buyers. This rule has been considered to be burdensome and thus it is followed by an exemption rule which under some special circumstances may make the mandatory bid rule void. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze if the exemptions given by the Swedish securities council (in Swedish Aktiemarknadsnämnden) are in accordance with the purpose of the mandatory bid rule and if a review of these rules are needed.To answer the purpose, the Swedish securities councils statements has been analyzed, to determinate if the exemptions are in accordance with the purpose of the mandatory bid rule.

This Master of Science thesis was completed at the Department of Machine Design at the Royal Instituteof Technology in Stockholm in collaboration with Lund Faculty of Engineering, Luleå University ofTechnology and Stanford University. At Stanford University a global product development project wasrealized as part of the course ME310. The project was initiated by the American company ImmerseGlobal whose vision was to develop a new type of Atmospheric Water Generators, a machine that absorbsthe moisture in the air and via a water system transforms it to pure drinking water. The project was partlyfinanced by the Product Innovation Engineering program, a Swedish research and development programfor increased innovation capability in organizations.In parallel with the global project in the ME310 course the product development process was studied inorder to compare it with a product development course at the Royal Institute of Technology, IPU. Thetwo courses are similar to each other in several aspects.

Syftet med denna studie är att belysa hur man på en skola arbetar med elever som har olika neuropsykiatriska diagnoser. Vidare är det av intresse att undersöka hur dessa elever bemöts av andra på skolan. De neuropsykiatriska diagnoserna som kommer att presenteras är, ADHD, Autismspektrumstörningar (Autism och Aspergers), tvångssyndrom (OCD), Tourettes syndrom, inlärningssvårigheter (dyslexi) samt DAMP. Fokus kommer att ligga på den neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningen ADHD som är den vanligaste. Stämplingsteorin har använts i studien då den är högst aktuell på grund av att man än idag stämplar individer utifrån vad man anser vara normalt eller avvikande.

This report deals with prefabricated bathrooms and the advantage, during the production process, they have compared to ordinary produced bathrooms.The work is done together with the building company JM. The common task is to investigate if the manufactures, in spite of standardized design can meet the concept of JM, i.e. high flexibility and adjustment towards the customer. Syftet med vår undersökning är att titta närmare på diagnoserna ADHD/DAMP, vilken betydelse den kan ha för det enskilda barnet samt för den pedagogiska verksamheten. För att få en djupare inblick utfördes fem stycken kvalitativa intervjuer där frågorna var halvstrukturerade. Intervjudeltagarna kunde utifrån denna struktur föra fram sina personliga tankar, åsikter och erfarenheter. Intervjudeltagarnas arbetslivserfarenheter varierade, de jobbade på olika ställen i Västerbotten samt hade olika professioner. Detta var ett medvetet val då vi ville få ett bredare perspektiv angående diagnosernas för- och nackdelar.I resultatet framgick det att diagnoserna kan innebära både för- och nackdelar beroende på hur de vuxna i barnets omgivning väljer att tolka vetskapen om en diagnos.

Background: How a young woman approaches an abortion and how she handles its emotional impact is influenced by many factors. Mixed emotions about terminating a pregnancy are common to women of all backgrounds and circumstances. Aim: To illuminate young women´s experiences of abortions. Method: The study wasbased on literature from online databases and printed materials and involved the analysis of ten articles and one thesis. Result: Women contemplating abortion experience mixed emotions before, during, and after an abortion.

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka pengarnas möjliga negativa påverkan på studenter och hur studenter resonerar om pengarnas värde i vardagen. Empiriskt behandlar uppsatsen varför studenter skulle kunna försöka lura den statliga myndigheten Centrala studiestödsnämnden (CSN) på låne- och studiebidrag. Två fokusgruppsintervjuer har gjorts för att samla in material. Intervjuerna har kodats enligt grounded theory-metoden. Resultaten visar att pengar har en stor inverkan på informanterna ? både på ett negativt och positivt sätt.

I dagens samhälle har barngruppernas storlek och därmed belastningen på förskolepersonalen ökat. Studier visar att det idag finns cirka 10 % barn med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar. Oftast är vårdnadshavare inte medvetna om att deras barn har speciella behov men det finns en möjlighet att fånga upp dessa barn redan i förskolan. Studier har visat att tidiga interventioner ger en markant skillnad på dessa barns totala utveckling. Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka på vilket sätt förskolepersonal i en kommun säger sig uppmärksamma och hantera barn med neuropsykiatrisk funktionsnedsättning i förskolan samt hur förskolorna involverar vårdnadshavarna.

This article seeks to examine the effects alcohol abuse have on the growth of women and how, as adults, their lives are affected by this. It tries to encourage a better understanding and knowledge of these experiences and how instances of support and help have influenced the subject?s life, from childhood through to adulthood. Through 10 qualitative interviews of adult women, all affected by childhood alcohol abuse, the article tries to get a better understanding of how these women coped under these circumstances. The article attempts also to better understand how the women?s experiences of support during childhood have benefited them and how they feel as adults today..

The recent globalization has to some extent reduced the importance of specific cultures and instead creates a focus on the variation these different cultures provide. Under these circumstances the leader must adapt his leadership to face these new circumstances. The organisations today have to face these new leadership challenges which the global expansion brings. This is a prerequisite for organizations if they want to succeed and be more competitive in a more demanding environment.There are still big differences between the business cultures. There are also differences in the companies? home arena, between groups in the society and all the way down on a family level.
