Detta bidrar till att inköpsorganisationerna erhåller makt i affärsrelationen till deras leverantörer, genom fördelaktiga avtal samt högre krav. Detta medför att leverantören producerar allt större volymer och anpassar sig efter den större aktörens behov.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om press kan uppstå mellan svenska, något mindre leverantörer och stora inköpsorganisationer. Vidare ämnar vi undersöka om det uppstår någon form av beroendeställning samt hur hanterar de etik och makt i relationen.Metod: Vi har analyserat hur pressen av en större inköpsorganisation upplevs av leverantörer genom att genomföra en kvalitativ studie.

This study aims to highlight the activities and needs of students in order to explain how mobile services can provide support and facilitate students on a daily basis. The empirical data is based on discussions with a focus group combined with already existing research concerning the areas of mobile service development, contextual-awareness and ubiquitous computing. The results from the focus group show that students have a need for mobile services to help and support them in their ordinary tasks and activities. The aim of our research in this study, which has a qualitative attempt, is to investigate participation concerning to a few co-workers in the old-age care. The co-workers experience of participation and their definition of participation, and how participation is related to our different themes. Our themes are the present and wanted assumptions, to make participation possible. Further more does this study discuss participation in relation to the themes communication, competence education and to physical and psychic health. The method we used was primary semi-structured interviews and some observations.

The main purpose of this Master´s thesis, is to describe and discuss what constitutes the library collaboration between The Swedish Royal Library and the National Library of Guatemala, but also to analyse which effects the support has for public library work in Guatemala. The data consists of interviews and direct-observations during 2 months of fieldwork in Guatemala, Central America. The analysis is based on literature studies combined with the answers from the respondents and other results from the field work. We have found above all three factors to be of importance in the constitution of the collaboration between the National Library in Guatemala and the Swedish Royal Library: the Swedish library discourse, the Swedish aid discourse and the relationship between the people involved with the project. The library discourse in Sweden and in Guatemala emphasizes different aspects of the work.

Detta examensprojekt är en fördjupning i användandet av tekniken maskinstyrning i ett tidigare skede i projekten som utförs av LKAB. Det innebär att man redan i projekteringen gör färdigt modeller för eventuella schakter och fyll som sedan kan användas av entreprenörerna vid anläggning. Idag görs modellerna av entreprenören först när de får handlingen till arbetet som skall utföras och då är det oftast tidsnöd för att få igång arbetet och det blir hög press på mätansvarig att ta fram modeller för maskiner som sedan skall börja fylla eller schakta.Detta projekt granskar och intervjuar personer i branschen om det skulle finnas någon nytta med att ta fram modeller redan i projekteringsfasen..

The purpose of this report has been to develop an administrative web interface. The web interface is to be used by the company Zidango and it is going to make it easier for them in their daily work of running a web portal. The interface had to be developed so it would fit in Zidangos web portal. This meant the work had to be done in the framwork Struts and mostly in JAVA. Thereforeis a shorter theory chapter included in the report that discusses frameworks.

This thesis analyses the scope of the treaty articles 43 and 48 concerning the freedom of establishment of companies. The interpretations of these articles made by the Commission and the European Court of Justice are analysed to see whether they are consistent. The analysis encompasses the provisions and directives in the field of EC Company Law as well as the essential case law from the ECJ regarding these issues.
