Syftet med uppsatsen är att diskutera om rekordårens bebyggelse kan med hjälp av en DIVE-analys betraktas som en del av kulturarvet. En kvalitativ metod har använts där observationer och historisk såväl som samtida litteratur varit grunden till empirin. Detta i enlighet med DIVE som undersökningsmetod. En kvalitativ analys med ett etnologiskt perspektiv har sedan gjorts. Uppsatsen utgår ifrån Grundad teori och behandlar således tidigare forskning kring kulturarvet, som begreppets karaktär och kulturarvets värden, i det avslutande kapitlet.

Purpose/Aim: To create a communication strategy for PADI Nordic with the intention of getting Swedish DIVErs, who have been certified abroad, to Swedish DIVE centers.Material/Method: The study is based on a number of personal interviews conducted with a) DIVErs who are active in Sweden, b) DIVErs who are not active in Sweden and c) representatives from PADI and PADI affiliated DIVE centers.Main results: The main reason that people who have been certified abroad do not DIVE in Sweden is that they regard it as being too complicated, too cold, too expensive and with nothing interesting to see. These might partly be misconceptions that can be corrected through a communication strategic effort. The best way to change this perception is by two different forms of communication. One will go from PADI Nordic straight to the DIVErs through an email. This will have the purpose of getting their attention, making diving sound interesting and raise their awareness in preparation for the other part of the process.

På fastigheten Nornan 13 i Tingsryd, Kronobergs län, finns idag en mangårdsbyggnad från mitten av 1800-talet. Då ett flertal ekonomibyggnader på fastigheten tidigare förstörts i en brand, funderar fastighetsägaren på att komplettera tomten med nya byggnader i form av flerbostadshus. Denna rapport utreder möjligheterna och förutsättningarna för nybyggnation på Nornan 13, samt ger utifrån dessa villkor förslag på hur sådan byggnation bör och kan utformas. Förslaget presenteras med hjälp av ritningar, illustrationer och beskrivningar.Eftersom samtliga byggnader på Nornan 13 och närliggande fastigheter är av äldre karaktär bedöms området som känsligt för ny modern bebyggelse. Av den anledningen genomförs en områdesanalys för att kunna identifiera områdets kulturhistoriska värden, samt undersöka hur nybyggnation kan tillvarata dessa.

The aim of this study is to investigate the needs and wishes of 10-13- year old children, so called tweens, when it comes to their local library. What kind of library do the children want? How does the mission and different functions for the children's library of today correspond to the needs of the children? Children of this certain age have been interviewed in focus groups where they have had freedom to ?create? their own library and discuss what they consider important in a library. Skot- Hansen, Rasmussen & Jochumsen's model (2011) with four important spaces for a library - performative space, learning space, inspiration space and meeting space has been part of analyzing the result. These four different areas for the library have been divided into threefunctions: a place for being, a place for learning and a place for creating.The result of the thesis shows, among others, that even though many of the aims of the libraries and the results of research correspond to the ideas and needs of the children, one of the most important functions for the children is the library as a place to relax, a quiet room, where they can DIVE into their books and other media, which has not been discussed in the research I have taken part of.

During the last decade research in leadership has escalated and newleadership styles have started to prevail. This study intends to examinewhether a leaders increased level of motivation in turn can motivateemployees. A major company included all employees in a leader position inan exhaustive intervention with the purpose to increase the leaders?motivation in order for them to motivate their employees. After theintervention, which ended in spring 2012, interviews with six differentemployees at the company were made to see if their level of motivation hadincreased.

This research overview examines what research says about upper secondary school students' difficulties with complex numbers. The three main areas covered are general difficulties with complex numbers, how to teach the subject, and whether the history of complex numbers can be beneficial in this teaching. A historical deep DIVE into the history of complex numbers is also included to further investigate this idea. The results show that upper secondary school students struggle with complex numbers in various ways. The name of the subject creates a negative connotation, as it is initially perceived by students as fictional and complicated. Furthermore, a consequence of the inherently abstract nature of complex numbers is that gaining a comprehensive understanding of them is challenging.

Detta examensarbete handlar om att ge ett gestaltningsförslag för Odinslund i Uppsala, med hänsyn till det sublima. Valet baseras på intresset för gestaltning samt viljan att uppmärksamma och skapa funktion på det centralt belägna platsen. För mig känns Odinslund sublim och känsloladdad i och med den starka kulturhistorian samt att platsen karaktäriseras av trädrader som bildar en pelarsal. Genom inventeringar och analyser ökar förståelsen för platsen. Ett program, visioner samt ett koncept utvecklas, vilket vidare resulterar i ett gestaltningsförslag med hänsyn till den sublima aspekten. Syftet med examensarbetet är att ge ett gestaltningsförslag för Odinslund.
