The goal of this project was to make the requirement process at the Swedish Coastguard more effective. The first step to achieve this was done by locating bottle necks in the process with value stream mapping method. The result of this study showed that the biggest restriction in the requirement process was while examining older requirement documents to understand what elements were suitable for the particular project. This was followed by a study of literature, interviews and theory of Lean Production with the ambition to investigate how the requirement process was handled on other companies and how to improve the process on the Swedish coast guard. This led to a number of potential enhancements of the process which later was evaluated.

Det här examensarbetet har utförts på Volvo CE Components AB. Analysen har gjorts på en befintlig målerianläggning i Eskilstuna med hjälp av diskret händelsestyrd simulering. Analysen har presenterats på PLAN:s forsknings- och tillämpningskonferens och har i artikelform publicerats i konferensskriften. Artikeln är en del av denna rapport. Undersökningen behandlar variationen på måleriets uteffekt genom att undersöka effekten av att måla komponenter i en viss cyklisk sekvens.

Networking is an important part, for organizations, in the recruitment process. This since the emergence of Internet networking has become more common and the organizations finds that networking is applied more frequently in the recruitment process. Organizations have noticed that networking often is a more cost efficient option compared to traditional recruitment. Since networking in the recruitment process has increased, we intend to investigate if and how it affects the composition of organizations. This thesis aims to examine networking in the recruiting process, and aims to make no differences between networking offline and online.

Requirements written by different people in different organizations were analyzed in order to sort out if there were some similarities? which could be used as standard elements in a future standardization of the process.

Denna studie behandlar begreppen process och produkt. Syftet är att genom ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv undersöka några bildlärares syn på begreppen process och produkt i bildundervisningen på högstadiet. Tidigare har fokus legat på elevers färdiga produkt men idag är bedömningen i bildämnet mer fokuserad på elevers process (Skolverket, 2012:3). Undersökningen genomfördes genom  kavlitativa intervjuer. Intervjufrågorna är förankrade i Lindströms (2002:4-5) process- och produktkriterier.

The study aims to illustrate how women victims of male violence in intimate relationships are treated during the legal process and with professional perspective describe what women?s experiences considered to be in the legal process. The study also aims to draw attention to the interventions for abused women during the legal process.The results are based on interviews with professionals in the justice system, and on observations in the courtroom. Overall our results show that abused women are in need of a great quantity of help and support before, during and after the negotiation. The legal process is very stressful for the women.

Mapping a process enables a greater understanding of the work, and is standard to evaluate and improve a process. This thesis is conducted at Test Bed Mechanical Design at Scania in Södertälje. Test Bed Construction is a complex process, characterized by a large amount of creative work, technical challenges and coordination between different people and different organizational functions.The aim of the thesis was to identify the Test Bed Construction Process and to develop a visual model of the workflow that also served as support for the engineers in their daily work. During the mapping process, comparisons were made with previous research in lean product development to identify process improvement.A literature review on process mapping and process visualisation resulted in a method for process mapping. The study showed that research on process visualisation is neither structured nor well defined.

Den syftar vidare till att bidra med att belysa villkoren f?r matematikgruppens kunskapsproduktion och bepr?vande av erfarenheter genom kommunikativa och demokratiska arenor. Som studiens teoretiska ramverk anv?nds Teorin om praktikarkitekturerna (TPA), f?r att analysera matematikgruppens villkor genom s?gande, g?rande och relaterande, samt identifiera de arrangemang som m?jligg?r och begr?nsar matematikl?rarnas gemensamma kunskapsproduktion. Pragmatismen och Deweys kunskapsteori anv?nds i studien f?r att analysera och diskutera resultatet utifr?n att se l?randet som en aktiv, erfarenhetsbaserad och social process. Aktionsforskning som studiens metodologiska ansats bidrar till att f?r?ndringar iscens?tts och studeras systematiskt i syfte att matematikgruppen tillsammans n?r en djupare f?rst?else och kunskap om ?sexualitet, samtycke och relationer?.

The purpose of this paper is to describe methods to computerize a library and to compare theory with a process in a school library. The case study is based on a school library called Sunnerbogymnasiet which is situated in Ljungby. My questions are;- Which methods are parts of the process to computerize a library?- Which methods are used in the process in Sunnerbogymnasiet?- What does the practical process look like compared to the methods described in theory?In the paper I present the methods in the process according to the studied literature and compare these with a process at Sunnerbogymnasiet. The most significant result is that cooperation between the school library and the community library was the most important reason for the choice of library computer system.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the organizational buying behaviour in the purchase of travels abroad. We have conducted a case study of two companies, one medium sized and one larger. Our empirical studies have shown that the companies? buying process is divided into two types, the process of recruit a new travel supplier and the process of a straight rebuy of a regular travel service. In the recruiting process we found that the evaluation process of the purchase is an ongoing process that contradicts estab-lished theories.

I denna uppsats undersöker vi i vilken utsträckning som marknadsföring anpassat för cykliska branscher används inom byggbranschen och vilka av dessa metoder som skapar överlägset finansiellt resultat. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en enkät som baseras på en tidigare studie och skickades till Sveriges största byggföretag. Resultatet visar på att företagen använder sig i varierande utsträckning av de marknadsföringsmetoder som enligt tidigare forskning är lämpligast under konjunktursvängningar. Exempel på en aktivitet som de prioriterar är relationsmarknadsföring medan exempelvis försök att ta marknadsandel inte anses lika viktigt. Vi finner vidare att det finns tydliga indikationer på att en del av marknadsföringsmetoderna som undersöks påverkar det finansiella resultatet, men ingen av denna påverkan kan statistiskt säkerställas.

Syftet med denna studie är att studera på vilket sätt modellen Learning Study kan användas i gymnasiesärskolan. Med utgångspunkt i variationsteorin ämnar vi studera hur vi med lärandeobjektet måttsatsen kan utveckla kunskaper hos elever med funktionsnedsättningen generell utvecklingsstörning att använda den i praktiken. För vår datainsamling väljer vi metoden Learning Study. Orsaken till val av denna metod är att den öppnar upp ett mönster för variation som hjälper eleverna att lära sig måttsatsen. Den underlättar för eleverna att förstå de generella principerna kring användandet av den, det vill säga att måtten har olika storlek.

Att personer saknar eller har nedsatt arbetsförmåga skapar effekter på såväl individ, organisations och samhällsnivå. Arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering genomförs för att personer ska återfå sin arbetsförmåga och i Sverige omfattar denna process flera aktörer från olika organisationer och professioner. Dessa måste därför samverka för att rehabiliteringen ska få ett bra resultat.Detta har i tidigare forskning visat sig medföra flera olika typer av utmaningar för de involverade personerna. Syftet med föreliggande studie är studera samverkan mellan personer som tillhör olika organisationer och professioner utifrån ett förhandlings-och nyinstitutionellt perspektiv. Studien har genomförts utifrån grundad teori och baseras på sju intervjuer med personer som på olika sätt arbetar med arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering.
