Nyckelfaktorer vid exportetableringar i Tyskland : - En studie gjord på fyra norrländska företag

A common assumption in marketing is the wider variety of product a corporation has, the better for the consumer: more product - more choices. Companies often develop a line extension to broaden consumer range through product attributes including quality, function and design. These developed attributes within the product are not always optimal for the consumer. As a result, companies often become entangled in having a price higher than the cost and benefit of the products. This essay aims to analyze the consumer value of line extension products and how these evaluations relate to extended line product pricing.

ELEKTRONISKA KUNDRELATIONER : En teoristudie

Denna uppsats syftar till att kartlägga hur elektroniska kundrelationer skildras av marknadsföringslitteraturen inom klassisk-, direkt- och relationsmarknadsföring. Kartläggningen har även för avsikt att undersöka eventuella mönster i litteraturens skildring av den elektroniska kundrelationen.De senaste 50 åren av teknisk utveckling har medfört en avgörande innovation för utvecklingen av elektroniska kundrelationer - nämligen datakommunikation. Tekniken bakom datakommunikation har legat till grund för vad vi idag kallar Internet, den kanske mest betydelsefulla uppfinningen inom modern informationsteknik.Utvecklingen har även påverkat relationen mellan företag och kund. Mycket av den direkta kontakt som tidigare fanns har idag ersatts av elektroniska relationer. Den elektroniska marknaden som skapats tvingar även företag att ta den elektroniska kundrelationen på allvar.

Marketing is a broad subject with many different areas. Part of the marketing that has been of great importance is the 4P:s also known as the marketing mix. Marketing mix is included in one of the traditional marketing approaches. In recent years there have been some changes and have begun looking at new ways of looking at marketing. One of the ways is entrepreneurial marketing to the effect that the company tries to use its resources optimally.

Vägen till tillväxt : En kvalitativ studie om innovation sett ur ett jämställdhetsperspektiv inom svensk ishockey.

Denna studie behandlar jämställdhetsaspekten inom Svenska Ishockeyförbundet och några utvalda underliggande divisioner. Ämnet jämställdhet är ständigt ett debatterat ämne i dagens samhälle på alla olika nivåer och arbetet kring frågan är både aktuellt och viktigt. Det finns en önskan att genom denna studie skapa ett intresse kring ämnet ur ett nytt perspektiv, och att visa en nyanserad bild än den negativa bild som idag ofta förmedlas. Jämställdhet och det arbete som krävs för att utveckla det förmedlas många gånger som en börda och något problematiskt. Samtidigt förmedlas inte fördelarna med jämställdhet i förhållande till de förbättringar det kan leda till inom alla organisationer.

Method: Data is collected thru a number of semi constructed interviews. A first telephone interview was followed by an interview made face to face that was also followed up by interviews performed over telephone. E-mails have been used to clear and correct collected data.

Aim: This paper aims to produce a serviced office concept adjusted to Statens fastighetsverk. The concept will make SFV:s properties more attractive for renting. Method: Information has been collected from interviews with 13 different serviced office companies, one serviced office agent and eleven government authorities. Also litterateur, reports and internet have been used in gathering information.I will use following questions:¨      How is the serviced office concept designed?¨      Which customer segment should SFV direct to and what need does the segment have?¨      How shall a marketing plan look like for the concept?¨      How should a concept designed for SFV look like? Result & Conclusions: Serviced office space is a company that letting functional workspace with access to shared facilities e.g. reception, office machines, internet, phone and more.

Lojalitet genom bonusprogram, en framgångsrik strategi? : En studie av servicenäringen

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka värden som på längre sikt har avgörande betydelse för att engagera en kund med avseende på lojalitetsprogram.Metod: I studien användes en kvantitativ metod där en enkät med stängda svarsalternativ skickades ut till ca 30 000 respondenter. Till enkäten användes ordinal- och nominalskala för att möjliggöra Spearman?s rho korrelationsanalys med hjälp av statistiska mjukvaran IBM SPSS. Analyserna användes sedan för acceptera eller förkasta de hypoteser som deducerats från teorin.Resultat: Resultatet visade att trots en pågående negativ trend för lojalitetsprogram så skapar de engagemang och är betydande för kunden. Det värde som visade sig ha signifikant betydelse för engagemanget var kundens mervärde.

This report describes the development of a high-voltage connector at the request of Scandinova Systems AB in Uppsala. The development process is described from the making of a customer demand specification, to the making of drawings for the manufacturing of prototypes. Scandinova develops high-voltage modulators, hence the need for connectors that can handle very large power pulses. Their current connector has several weaknesses that may cause the connector to melt or catch fire. The development began with a number of studies that included the modulator structure and the current connector structure and functions.

The Swedish timber market is very competitive and to achieve long-term success focus on the customer, in this case private forest owners, is a prerequisite. SCA Skog AB Jämtlands forest management administration is dependent on the acquisition of timber from private forest owners to fulfil their mission to the supply of SCA's paper and sawmills in Sweden with raw material. To be able to develop the cooperation with private forest owners, the administration investigates their quality management by measuring the customer satisfaction index (CSI). The purpose of the study was to identify a practical and systematic method to handle deviations and suggestions for improvements to achieve a higher customer satisfaction.

CSRD och det offentliga : En analys av svenska kommuners anammande av CSRD

The European Union's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) aims toenhance and standardize sustainability reporting to support the green transition. While the public sector is expected to lead in sustainability, the application of CSRD within Swedish municipalities is fragmented. Many municipally owned companies fall below reporting thresholds individually, creating a transparency gap despite the municipal group often exceeding these thresholds collectively. This discrepancy raises moral and strategic questions regarding public accountability and the effective utilization of the framework. This thesis investigates the rationale for the proactive adoption of CSRD principles bySwedish municipalities, irrespective of formal legal requirements.

Effektiv Planering enligt Lean Production : En fallstudie på Sandvik Mining and Construction

Due to a constantly increasing competitive pressure it is of great importance to constantly strive for improvements in order to gain competitive advantages. Lean Production is a concept that has been introduced with the aim to minimize waste and increase profitability. The purpose of this report is therefore to investigate how to perform effective planning according to the principles of Lean Production, in companys with customer exclusive products, through a case study at Sandvik Mining and Construction (SMC), and to investigate how SMC kan improve their planning of drifting rods at the production unit in Sandviken.The study started by creating a theoretical framework, to describe the subject planning and planning based on Lean Production. This frame work constituted the base for the case study which took place at Sandvik Mining and Construction, and also for the model and planning tool that has been introduced.The result of the study is partly a general model with factors that contribute to a more effective planning. These factors has beed identifed as SMED, which focuses on reducing set up times and in the end to facilitate the planning.
