Syfte: Att studera vilka faktorer kunder tycker är viktiga vid val av bank och försäkringsbolag. Att se hur väl företagen känner till kundernas preferenser vid val av respektive tjänsteföretag samt att se vilka likheter och skillnader det finns vid val av 2 tjänsteföretag inom den finansiella sektorn.  Metod: Undersökningen gentemot kunderna genomfördes med hjälp av en enkätundersökning och personliga intervjuer vid respektive tjänsteföretag. Enkätundersökningen har redovisats i form av diagram och tabeller medan intervjuerna har redovisats i löpande text. Resultat & slutsats: Kunderna ansåg pris, räntor, ett bra bemötande och engagemang samt personalens kompetens vara viktigast vid val av både bank och försäkringsbolag. Bankkunderna ansåg att närhet till banken och att ha en bra relation till banken var viktigare än vad försäkringskunderna tyckte.

The model will be specific for credit applicants of the OKQ8 bank, becauseit is based on data of earlier applicants of credit from the client (the bank). The final model is, in effect, functional enough to use informationabout a new applicant as input, and predict the outcome to either the good risk group or the bad risk group based on the applicant?s properties.The prediction may then lay the foundation for the decision to grant or deny credit loan.Because of the skewed distribution in the response variable, different sampling techniques are evaluated. Abstract: The world in which companies are acting today offers challenges in the sense that it is rapidly changing and that a vast amount of information is available. In order to ensure the competitiveness and survival of the company, an effective and efficient environmental scanning is essential to the company. Our aim with this Master's thesis is to investigate what factors constitutes important and basic conditions in a well functioning environmental scanning and how companies strategically can go about to achieve this. In order to highlight and specify how these factors can be applied on a specific company Thule has been our focal point. Thule.

Our purpose with this research is to highlight that there is a scope for increased value creation in the experience room during concerts, and how value-enhancing strategies can be a competitive advantage for different venues. In our investigation of this we have worded the following research question: How is the perceived customer value affected during a concert in the experience room and its physical environment? With the background in this question we have identified three key concepts that we believe are the influence of the total concert experience which are; sensory experiences, interaction and identity. From these concepts we have drafted a number of propositions to test the reality by our empirical data collection. .
