Att sälja grönt är skönt - En studie om att öka försäljningen av ekologiska varor
The interest for organic food has grown a lot over the last 15 years. Even so, only 3.5 % ofthe share of wallet in Sweden goes to organic food. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe how retailers can get consumers to buy more organic fruits and vegetables. The study was carried out by visiting six Coop Konsum-stores, of which three performed poorly and three performed well in organic sales. We conducted interviews with the department managers, customer surveys and in-store observations.

The purpose of this study is from a case study develop a model that aims to cost effectively improve productivity in a manufacturing production process. The study highlights the importance of having knowledge about customer needs and using a holistic process perspective when improving productivity to identify the relations between the process stations and by this find problems that cause waste and losses in productivity. Tools and methods used to make production more efficient such as single minute exchange of die, spaghetti diagram, 5s and master production schedule is presented an applied in the model to see how these effect costs, productivity etc.Maintenance effects on quality and productivity in a manufacturing company will as well be covered in this thesis. The results and conclusions finally reveals how the process improvement tools, maintenance and production planning for example effects each other and why it is important to establish an attitude in the company where continuous process improvement should be emphasized..
Förskollärares reflektioner kring föräldrainflytande. Strategier och villkor i ett högresursområde - Pre-school Teachers' Reflections on Parental Involvement. Strategies and Conditions in a High Resource Area.
Syftet med min studie har varit att få insyn i hur förskollärare verksamma i ett högresursområde reflekterar kring föräldrars inflytande i förskoleverksamheten. Jag har velat få syn på hur det blir i de sammanhang där förskollärarna är de som i förhållande till utbildning och lön har lägre status än föräldrarna. Vems ord väger då tyngst och vem har makten över den pedagogiska verksamheten? Empirin utgår från intervjuer med åtta stycken förskollärare verksamma på en förskola i ett högresursområde. För att få syn på ett djupare resonemang hos informanterna har metoden kvalitativa intervjuer använts.
Mässa tur och retur : En intervjustude, enkät och observation
This paper deals with the question of why companies choose to go on trade fairs and exhibition examines how the media works. The essay's main focus is on stand contractors and why those hired to produce other company stands. The study is based on three interviews, a visit to a trade fair and a questionnaire survey. Together with the relevant literature is given a clear picture of how companies are thinking in their choice of attending the fairs, but also why stand contractors are involved in the process. We concluded that some companies do not know why they participate in fairs and many feel compelled to contribute to not be forgotten in the market.
Att blogga biblioteket - en kvalitativ undersökning om marknadsföring av folkbibliotek via bloggar
The aim of this Master's thesis is to examine how blogs are used by public libraries for marketing purposes, and how librarians who blog perceive their blog as a marketing tool. The thesis is based on a qualitative study conducted using asynchronous e-mail interviews with librarians representing eleven different library blogs. The theoretical framework and concepts are taken from marketing theory, including Kotler's marketing mix, relationship marketing, and theories on the marketing of non-profit organisations, knowledge organizations, the Internet, and blogs. Our results and analysis reveal that libraries use blogs because they are an easy tool to use, they represent a new way to inform users about the library, they are a way to improve contact with the users and a way to reach potential users. According to the librarians we interviewed, blogs can be used to market libraries in a number of different ways: by disseminating information on the library and its various media and events, by providing a forum to demonstrate the skills of the librarians, and as a way of changing the image of the library.

It will also increase the employees understanding of the organisation and motivate them to reach the strategic targets.Purpose: To evaluate and describe employees opinions of a Balanced Scorecard that has been created by the management group from a management point of view. From that, our aim is to recommend our case company, Swedish Tissue, how to implement their Balanced Scorecard. We will also give more general recommendations on how to implement a scorecard.Method: The conclusions in this thesis are the result of a case study.

Vad är vinkvalité? : En studie om uppfattningen av kvalité som koncept och hur den förändras med ökad kunskap
Vin har konsumerats i 8000 år och idag är bedömningen av dess kvalité mer utbredd än någonsin. Men begreppet är inte definierat på ett tillfredställande sätt ännu och uppfattningen av kvalité är även beroende av engagemanget för vin. Syftet med denna studie är därmed att undersöka uppfattningen av begreppet vinkvalité hos personer med stort engagemang för vin samt att undersöka hur uppfattningen av vinkvalité förändras med förhöjd engageringsnivå. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av två fokusgruppsintervjuer vars deltagare var första- och tredjeårsommelierstudenter vid Örebro universitets Restaurang- och hotellhögskola samt en intervju med en Master of Wine där deltagarnas uppfattning av vinkvalité utforskades. Resultatet visade att en större kunskap om vin möjliggör en mer ingående och detaljerad beskrivning av hur vinkvalitet bedöms något som kunde iakttas mellan alla grupper.

AbstractAs a young offender in Sweden today you can be sentenced to juvenile care within the social services. Within the juvenile care it may be an option for these young offenders to undergo an affect program. That is a collective name for several types of structured programs that can include everything from conversations to visits. The purpose of this study was to create an understanding of which arguments there are for why these affect programs for young offenders is being used in three municipalities in southern Sweden. We authors found this interesting because of the lack of evidence for these affect programs.
Grön marknadsföring : En guide till grön framgång
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze green marketing and green brand building from a managerial perspective, with the intention to create an implementation guide for companies in the Swedish consumer market. The essay is based on a qualitative approach with a mixture of inductive and deductive elements. We have interviewed five people with close links to green marketing. We have during the study identified a number of touch points to be particularly important in the process of incorporating green marketing. These findings are presented in full in chapter five. We have found that the framework of green marketing is established during the company?s choice of green strategy.
Föräldraengagemang i ett mångkulturellt samhälle / Parental involvement in a multicultural society
Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka och beskriva kuratorers arbete med döva och hörselskadade klienter. Frågeställningar som undersöktes var:
- Hur beskriver kuratorerna sitt arbete med döva och hörselskadade klienter?
- Vilka arbetsmetoder används av kuratorerna i arbetet med döva och hörselskadade klienter?
- Vad innebär en kulturkompetens och en bikulturell kompetens enligt kuratorerna?
Författaren ville belysa ämnet utifrån ett perspektiv där den professionella är teckenspråkig då hon anser att detta perspektiv saknas i litteraturen. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med tre kuratorer som är teckenspråkiga och verksamma inom dövområdet. Resultatet visar att kuratorernas arbete består av praktiska åtgärder och stödsamtal.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att analysera och utvärdera vilken marknadsföringsstrategi möbeltillverkare använder sig av. Det problem vi avser att belysa i denna uppsats är vilka strategiska faktorer påverkar den långsiktiga överlevnadsförmågan hos underleverantörer i möbelindustrin?Möbelbranschens underleverantörer påverkades hårt av nätverkens upplösning och att många storkunder valde att lägga produktionen utomlands till ett billigare pris. Designens betydelse har blivit allt mer påtaglig och människor idag är designmedvetna. Företag har fått upp ögonen för vikten av design och att skapa värde genom att integrera design i organisationen.
En Djupdykning i Kommunikationsstrategi : om konsten att locka folk till svenska dykvatten
Purpose/Aim: To create a communication strategy for PADI Nordic with the intention of getting Swedish divers, who have been certified abroad, to Swedish dive centers.Material/Method: The study is based on a number of personal interviews conducted with a) divers who are active in Sweden, b) divers who are not active in Sweden and c) representatives from PADI and PADI affiliated dive centers.Main results: The main reason that people who have been certified abroad do not dive in Sweden is that they regard it as being too complicated, too cold, too expensive and with nothing interesting to see. These might partly be misconceptions that can be corrected through a communication strategic effort. The best way to change this perception is by two different forms of communication. One will go from PADI Nordic straight to the divers through an email. This will have the purpose of getting their attention, making diving sound interesting and raise their awareness in preparation for the other part of the process.

This master thesis concerns the subject of a reference service named Book-a-librarian. The service makes it possible for the library-user to indulge in a subject with the help of a librarian after having made an appointment in advance. The main purpose of this thesis is to study the function of it. The methods used are a mix of literature and empirical studies to be able to comprehend and explain the practical nature of the service as well as placing the service in a theoretical framework. The empirical study is performed by a questionnaire, where librarians working with the service are asked to participate.
