The study was conducted at a business in the social service. The purpose was to examine how the business works with human resource planning. In order to answer the purpose two questions was formulated, which human resource planning strategy does the business use? And, how do businesses need to act according to the theory of strategic manpower to achieve human resource planning? Survey data collection was done through a qualitative research design, where interviews with five employees in the business took place.The study shows that the business is using a own made strategy in order to achieve human resource planning. The strategy consists of two steps, in step one they do an background analysis and step two a needs analysis where a goal- and responsibility description are designed and then a set of requirements.

In modern health care, the quality registry is anexcellent tool to monitor everyday work. Collected data forms a foundation, presented as online reports, from which local work efforts to refine care quality can be performed. All reports are coded manually by specially trained developers. This is a tedious process and hence becomes a bottleneck in the strive for improvement.This thesis evaluates whether an extended way of dealing with reports can fit into the existing work situation, with main focus on the idea of creating custom reports directly within a quality registry. It provides a set of conclusions regarding today's usage of reports as well as the users' general and specific needs within the area.

Dagens trend av industriell tillverkning och konsumtion är av linjär karaktär. Material utvinns, blir produkter och hamnar sedan på deponi. Detta examensarbete har tillsammans med Industrial Development Center AB syftat till att skapa en mer hållbar industriell tillverkning inom Skaraborgsregionen, genom att forma en produktutvecklingsprocess i enlighet med cirkulär ekonomi. Cirkulär ekonomi förespråkar att avfall inte får förekomma och att produkter och material ska cirkulera i kretslopp. Projektet bestod därför av en bred förstudie för att samla och utvärdera ett stort område med teorier, processer och företagens ansvarsroller.

Worldwide consumption of cheese has increased over the years. The average Swede consumes somewhere around 20 kilograms of cheese per year, which is an increase of a 100 % over the past 50 years. One of the most popular kinds of cheese during the past decades is mozzarella, due to its? use as pizza cheese. Flavor and consistency differ between the traditional kind, made out of buffalo?s milk, and the industrially made kind, made out of cow?s milk.

The Swedish model for developing the national infrastructure is based on increasing the cooperation between municipalities, government and businesses. The method to establish the infrastructure in Sweden is the geodatastrategin. The effort to implement the geodatastrategin has resulted in an interaction model, Geodatasamverkan. The purpose of this study is to alert municipalities and to investigate the usefulness of their participation in Geodatasamverkan. The study also presents examples of different applications where geodata can be used within a municipality. The report is based on literature reviews, surveys and interviews. Online Surveys were sent to some of Sweden's municipalities to get an overall idea of ??how they make use of geodata and their general attitude towards Geodatasamverkan.

Tillverkning av kemikalier för bl.a. pappers- och massa industri är en väsentlig del av Wibax koncernens verksamhet. En ny produktionsanläggning för framställning av flytande aluminiumsulfat, WiAL, togs i bruk i december 2004. Trots att framställningen av aluminiumsulfat inte är särskilt komplicerad, bör den ändå vara vältrimmad för att vara lönsam för företaget självt och ge en produkt av bästa kvalitet för Wibax kunder. Eftersom anläggning var helt ny saknade den historia och det fanns ett behov av att kartlägga processen och studera hur den uppförde sig.

Sveaverken is a company who manufactures products and equipment for the modern farm enterprise within grain, pork and horse businesses. A large share of Sveaverken's turnover depends on the role as a subcontractor for Delaval within the areas ventilation, manure handling and feeding systems. Sveaverken wants to investigate the possibility to increase sales by establishing new sales channels, for example e-commerce This thesis is an analysis of the Swedish farmers use of internet, attitudes towards e-commerce and Sveaverken's interest within this area. There is also a minor economic analysis of the cost of establishing the e-commerce site. The study focuses on farmers who are potential customers to Sveaverken within Sweden. To examine the farmers opinions about internet and e-commerce a questionnaire was developed and sent out in November 2006, to 500 farmers of which 45% answered. The results show that the average age of the farmers was 42,5 years.

Transcending sound design is possible. There are unseen possibilities and a great potential for improvement and development in sound and music design ? but there is a great difficulty penetrating the obstacles that lies in the way for such development to take place and to exist. The difficulties in being negotiable and productive lies more within the limits of the audience it has to gain, than in itself. It is as though music and sound design has to evolve very slowly, in an almost evolutionary style; one step at a time, to be accepted.

This thesis is the result of the author?s interest in music and electronics, namely the design and manufacturing of a stereo sound system with an active crossover. In short it can be stated that an active crossover has many advantages over its traditional passive counterpart. The active design naturally results in a more complex system comprised of a multiple number of components. This report deals with the theoretical aspects of preamplifiers, crossovers and power amplifiers as well as power supply and control.

This paper is based on observations made in the classroom, interviews and studies ofliterature.The observations that I made during my practical training period made me believethat pupils with writing and reading problems succeeded more often with the methodsof teaching used in media education than with more traditional teaching methods.Through this study I hope to specify and define the factors that were the reasons for this. In doing so I wanted to show that you could adapt the teaching methods to reach more pupils with different kinds of learning styles.I have come to the conclusion that the following factors made the pupils with writing and reading problems succeed more often in subjects related to media education:Variety, time spent, the pupils? interests and the equipment used..

Background: Commerce over the Internet has exploded in recent years. For many companies it has become a necessity to offer their products overthe Internet. This new market ought to change the conditions for relations between customers and suppliers. Purpose: Our aim is to describe and analyse the factors that influence the relations between customers and suppliers, from a customer view, when commerce is conducted over the Internet.Delimitations: The study is limited to B2B commerce with IT-products. Methodology: The thesis is based on a study of the company IMS, their e-commerce site and organisations that buy IT-products over the Internet.Conclusion: Internet opens up new possibilities for custom designed offers.

Under 2009 bildades såDynaMate Industrial Services AB (DIS), där detta företag idag erbjuder specialkompetens inomautomation, el och mekanik. Med stöd av företagets kompetenser och erfarenhet av produktionsstödlöser de kundens problem från idé till färdig maskin.I Scanias regi har DynaMates uppdrag oftast vilat på enskilda konstruktörer, som då agerat bådeprojektledare, genomförare och slutförare.

Detta examensarbete består i en översyn av en robotcell för programmering av målningsrobotar hos Meritor HVS AB i Lindesberg. Företaget är verksamt inom fordonsindustrin med tillverkning av fram- och bakaxlar för tunga fordon.Förslag till åtgärder för minskat antal stopp i måleriet och förbättrad målningskvalitet i anläggningen presenteras, liksom förbättringsförslag för programmeringscellens layout och programmeringsverksamhetens organisation..

Vi har i detta examensarbete tagit avstamp i våra egna hantverksmässiga snickerierfarenheter för attutöka vår kunskap om träbearbetning i större skala. Med oss har vi haft tankar på egna framtida verksamheter och hur vi där skulle kunna kombinera småskalighet med storskalighet. Genom att lära känna delar av den svenska träindustrins tillverkning av möbelkomponenter har vi velat utvidga våra kontaktnät såväl som öka vår kunskap om deras utrustning och arbetssätt.Vi har valt att utgå från en produkt, vilken vi formgav för uppgiften, för att på så vis begränsa vårt område. Vår idé har varit att jämföra tillverkningen av delar till denna produkt mellan ett litet snickerioch småskalig industri. Vi har delat in tillverkningen i olika tekniker och inom var och en av dessa sökt upp specialiserade företag, att samla i en lista samt att besöka under arbetet.Vi anser att vår undersökning visar att det finns goda möjligheter för det lilla snickeriet att nå framgång både genom att lära av och samarbeta med den småskaliga träindustrin.
