Bedömning förr och nu : En studie i bedömning genom grundskolan
AbstractAimThe aim is that by using the curriculumcodes, analyze and compare four curriculums in physical education. The study begins in the elementary school introduction in 1962, and then makes three more strikes in 1980, 1994 and 2011.The questions that are addressed in this paper are,Which expression of competence code can be found in the different curricular?What are the expressions for performance code can be found in the different curricula?Is there any change regarding which code teachers use when they assess the students?Method  As a basis, the four curricula Lgr 62 Lgr 80, Lpo 94 and Lgr 11 in physical education are used. These four curriculums are studied and compared for similarities and changes in the assessment uses comparative content analysis. A number of publications in the curriculum codes are used in the analysis of the curriculum.

Forming teacher teams is currently the standard way of organizing teachers in Swedish Compulsory Schools. This is the result of a process that started in the 1970s.Traditionally the culture of teaching has been one of isolation. Once the door to the classroom is shut, what happens behind the door is up to the teacher to decide. Over the past thirty years a lot of time has been dedicated to making fundamental changes in the way teachers interact with their colleagues. Today the idea of teachers forming teams is generally accepted but still the core of a Swedish teacher?s job is that of a lone worker.
Pedagogiskt ansvarig : en kvalitativ studie om förskollärares tankar kring sitt pedagogiska ansvar
In the previous curriculum for the preschool Lpfö 98, the educational responsibility was documented belonging to all the team members. On the 1st of July 2011 a new curriculum was introduced to the preschool, Lpfö 98/10, where it is documented that the educational responsibility now belongs to the preschool teachers. According to curriculum experts at the Swedish school board this educational responsibility is not new, just a clarification of the preschool teacher?s educational responsibility.This study is a qualitative study and the purpose was to interview the preschool teachers about their thoughts concerning their educational responsibility. The purpose was also to examine if their educational responsibility has affected their role in the team at the preschool and if they believe that this has any significance for their profession.My result of the study shows that the educational responsibility of the preschool teachers now has been clarified and that they should take a leading role in the team towards the goals that are set for the preschool.

Since 1998, the Swedish preschool has its own curriculum and with this the preeschool became the first step of a lifelong learning. The aim of this study was to explore how preschool teachers perceive their work before and after the Swedish curriculum was inserted. A qualitative method was used in this study. Four different in-depth interviews were conducted with preschool teachers, all experienced working at least before 1993. The curriculum theory and curriculum history were used to analyze the empirical data.

Revised was translatedto Swedish and compared with the Swedish aphasia test A-ning, partlyto compare content and partly to see how sixteen people aged between 22and 92 with aphasia performed on the tests. The subtests did not correspondcompletely and the type of items included varied a lot.
Mellan tummen och pekfingret : En studie av 2010 års straffmättningsreform avseende straffvärdebedömning för allvarliga våldsbrott, försvårande och förmildrande omständigheter samt gradindelning.
The first aim of this study is to examine what the differences are between the Classic directive (directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on the coordination of procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts) and the Revised Classic directive (directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC) when it comes to social considerations in public procurement. The second aim is to examine if the revision of the directive has solved the prior existing problems regarding social considerations in public procurement. In this paper a traditional European legal method is used. The examinations show a number of things, including the Revised Classic directive involving codification of case law, references to other sources of law and some clarified rules as well as new provisions. The regulations regarding reserved contracts, technical specifications, and selection criterion are satisfied in the Revised Classic directive.
Inventering av kvävedioxidhalten i Luleå centrum
Under vintrarna år 2010 och 2011 har kvävedioxid (NO2) mätts i Luleå centrum. Mätningarna är gjorda med diffusionsprovtagare och det är under månaderna februari till mars som de utfördes. Diffusionsprovtagare mäter halter veckovis och syftet med mätningarna är att försöka kartlägga veckomedelvärdet av kvävedioxid i Luleå centrum. Vidare har resultatet från diffusionsprovtagarna jämförts mot Luleå kommuns fasta mätstation där kvävedioxid mäts kontinuerligt. Miljökontoret i Luleå kommun ansvarar över kontrollen av luftkvaliteten i Luleå och detta arbete är grundat på luftmätningar som gjorts via miljökontoret.

This essay has it purpose to view the assessment and grading in physical education in the Swedish school. Recently published reports from skolverket prove that boys have higher grades in the physical education than girls. Some mean that the reason of this is that the teachers don´t follow the curriculum. The problems we chose to examine are how much do teachers know how to use and connect the curriculum to their teaching? How much of the information and criterion in the curriculum do the teachers use to grade their pupils? And most importantly we wanted to examine why boys gets higher grades then girls, when the curriculum doesn?t seem to suit boys any better than girls.We have interviewed teachers in a certain district and our study shows that the teachers have good knowledge about the curriculum.
Nedskrivningar av goodwill efter krisen
Bakgrund- och problembeskrivning: Sedan introduceringen av IFRS som normgivning för svenska börsbolags koncernredovisning ska inte goodwill, den restpost som kan uppkomma vid företagsförvärv, längre skrivas av. Istället ska goodwill årligen nedskrivningsprövas, något som baseras på av bolagsledningen valda antaganden. Under finanskrisen 2008-2009 genomfördes mindre nedskrivningar än vad många förväntat sig. Möjligtvis kan dessa nedskrivningar inträffat under åren 2010-2011 som en konsekvens av de incitament som finns i och med att nedskriven goodwill aldrig får återföras.Syfte: Att studera huruvida finanskrisen 2008-2009 har fått fördröjda effekter i de svenska börsbolagens räkenskaper i form av nedskrivningar av goodwill under perioden 2010-2011.Avgränsningar: Studien avgränsas till de 141 bolag noterade på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm som har goodwill under år 2010 till 2011 och har kalenderår som räkenskapsår. Studien behandlar inte direkt företagsförvärv och allokering av köpeskillingar utan fokuserar på årliga nedskrivningsprövningar.Metod: Studien har genomförts genom att insamla data från bokslut och noter i årsredovisningar för år 2010 och 2011 från bolagen i urvalet.
Den reviderade Kodens effekt på informationsgivningen i svenska bolags årsredovisningar
As of 1 July 2008 the revised Swedish Code of Corporate Governance applies to all Swedish companies whose shares are traded on a regulated market in Sweden. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate whether the introduction of the revised Code has affected the disclosure practice among Swedish companies. We investigate a sample of 43 small and mid cap companies listed on the OMXS Exchange that has previously not been covered by the regulation. We develop a disclosure index, measuring the disclosure level in annual reports before and after the introduction of the Code. The results from the study show that disclosure level has not increased after the introduction of the Code.

Skrivdiskurser i kursplanen för Svenska A i gymnasieskolan
The title of this monography is Discourses of Writing in the Curriculum of the A-course in Swedish. The aim of this monograph is to find wich forms and discourses of writing that are emphasized and premiered in the curriculum for the first course in Swedish during secondary education in Sweden, grades 10-12. What kind of writing are presented to the students and what potentially miss due to the selection? Is any form of writing presented more thoroughly or as more important than any other in the curriculum?The professor of linguistics, Roz Ivanic, has formed different discourses of writing that she has found being used in education of writing. With these discourses of writing I have applied them on the curriculum and then been able to see wich forms of writing that are premiered.
Pedagogisk dokumentation : Förskollärares attityder till pedagogisk dokumentation i förskolan och ramfaktorers påverkan
In the Swedish Curriculum (Lpfö 1998, revised 2010) pedagogogical documentation constitute a big part. It is important that the childrens development and learning are documentated properly, both for the child itself, but also as an quality review and evaluation of the work that is made at the Preschool.In this study we have examined preschool teacher?s attitudes towards pedagogical documentation and how they work with it and use it in the daily work at the Preschool.We have also examined their own abilities to implement pedagogical documentation. For whom is the documentation made for? We also wanted to see if the children had any opportunity to influence the work.We have used a qualitative method and our study is based on six semi-structured interviews with six preschool teachers.
