The purpose of this research was to find how supervisors in the care of elderly experience their leadership in everyday work and their view on the factors which are important for their leadership. In the research a qualitative method has been used to do interviews with six supervisors and to do analysis of material. By the help of literature studies, I explained leadership. Result of the study indicate that leadership concerned supervisor should prepared to do the right thing in every situation and to find best solution of different situation that come up on the work. The way to do all this is important to create leadership.

When a person of the older generation in a family owned company wish to transfer his ownership to a person in the younger generation this can be done through a succession of generation. There are two situations which causes a gift to be equivalent to a testament. The first situation arises when the gift is given by the giver right before his death, on his deathbed so to speak.

Syftet med vår studie var att se hur stor andel elever som enbart hade problem med matematiken och komma i kontakt med dem för intervjuer. Genom intervjuerna ville vi ta del av elevernas syn på sin situation: vilka problem de upplevde, hur de ville bli bemötta samt i vilken miljö eller situation de arbetade bäst. Via en enkät, riktad till matematiklärare som undervisade år 5-9 vid två skolor, täcktes ett elevunderlag av ca 800 elever in. Genom lärare som sade sig ha elever med svårigheter i matematik kom vi i kontakt med elever som sedan intervjuades. Eleverna tycker att matematik är ett viktigt ämne, de vill lära sig trots de svårigheter de har i ämnet.

Syftet var att undersöka om människor empatiserar olika med individer med ett känt kriminellt förflutet jämfört med de utan. Deltagare var 218 högskolestudenter från Mellansverige. Undersökningen bestod av berättelser där huvudkaraktären antingen var tidigare kriminell som begått vålds- eller skattebrott, eller icke-kriminell och befann sig i en svår eller lindrig situation.

COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) is one of the most widespread lung diseases today and is a growing cause for suffering and mortality worldwide. I dagens medielandskap lever många människor en stor del av sitt liv genom digitala medier, något som även påverkar skolvärlden. Denna studie undersöker den digitala utvecklingen i relation till lärarrollen och svenskämnet. Det empiriska materialet består av kvalitativa intervjuer med lärare som arbetar med medie- och informationskunnighet (MIK) inom svenskundervisning och skolutveckling samt en kompletterande intervju med Statens medieråd. Syftet med studien är att genom svensklärarnas upplevelse av att arbeta med MIK försöka förstå den digitala utvecklingens betydelse i relation till svenskämnet. Min hypotes är att dagens lärare behöver öka sin medie- och informationskunnighet för att kunna möta elevernas behov och kunna utföra sitt allt mer komplexa demokratiuppdrag.
