En värld i brand : - En pressundersökning om vad som skrevs om krisen i Polen 1939 och Norge 1940 i två svenska dagstidningar
Background and aim: Media development and digitalization has expanded the PR industry's working area. More participants are on the media market and it is becoming more and more difficult to define what PR really is and what the PR agencies/departments really do. Is PR marketing, information, event marketing or maybe propaganda? We believe that the complexity to define the term PR can lead to a loss of critical approach to the business, especially among young people. Has the PR industry managed to eliminate their negative image among students in upper secondary school and what do they associate with PR today? The aim of this essay is to examine what a selection of students associate with the term PR and if they are critical to the PR industry or not.Method/Material: The method is a quantitative survey.

Arkeologernas tolkningar av riter i Uppåkra
The content of this essay is the critical treatment of ritual research in Uppåkra during the Iron Age in relation to Charlotte Fabechs research. From what has been concluded for Uppåkra a condensed chart of Uppåkra's rituals is produced. This chart is compared with what Fabech has put forward for Southern Scandinavia. Fabech's categories and theory have been widely used by the researchers of Uppåkra, and this is critically examined. The most important conclusion is that the similarities between the Uppåkra research and Fabech picture are not great. This source critical point indicates that the massive use of her research in order to explain the rituals in Uppåkra can have been misdirected. The mismatch is mainly due to the fact that places like Uppåkra is of extraordinary character..

Gud är inte skaparen : Svenska nutida nazister och nazistmyten
This essay is about the modern Swedish Nazi movement in relation to the German Nazi movement before and during the Second World War. The analysis is made using the Nazi Myth theory as described by French philosophers Philippe Lacoue-Labarthe & Jean-Luc Nancy. Theory and method are aimed at analysing the Nazi movement as a religious one. In this essay I have identified five main Nazi Myth elements required to realize Nazi ideals and embraced by original German Nazis. Through text analysis I have studied how Swedish Nazis use and reproduce these elements. The result will show that the main elements are well represented in modern Swedish Nazi texts and must be considered as central and bearing in modern Swedish Nazism. However, modern Swedish Nazism is also different from original German Nazism in some ways, for example in view of race, land and art..

Physiological (heart rate and cortisol concentration in saliva) and behavioural responses in horses to four reactivity tests compared to the trainer's opinion about the horses? temperament
When performing studies that test the reactions of horses in different situations, important information
may be available about the horse?s reactivity level. With information from these tests, accidents and
dangerous situations may be prevented. When the behaviours from tests are compared with race performance it may be possible to evaluate if some behaviours are more desirable at the race track than others. The aim of this study was to see if behavioural responses correlated with physiological
parameters (heart rate, cortisol), the trainer?s opinions and actual race performance.
Media has the power to influences society. Some call them the third power of a state. Through amongst others, the agenda setting theory and the framing theory, this report seeks to understand how media describes the swine influenza and how it uses its power to influence people to vaccinate. As this report will show, there is no doubt that media has had an impact on the Swedish population of which 60 per cent followed through with the vaccination. Media used an information discourse and attempted to present its articles in an impartial manner and used governmental authorities and experts to support its arguments.
