Den här studien beskriver kritiska händelser och vad som påverkat läroprocessen i en reflektionsgrupp för ledarstöd, ett samverkansprojekt mellan två olika förvaltningar och landstinget i en medelstor svensk stad. Åtta erfarna chefer från olika arbetsplatser träffades vid sju tillfällen under perioden nov 2004 ? juni 2005 under ledning av en processledare. Det övergripande syftet med studien är att ur deltagarperspektiv belysa och analysera processen i kompetensutvecklingsinsatsen och söka svar på vilka brytpunkter deltagarna upplevt i termer av stödjande och hindrande händelser under läroprocessens gång samt vilka effekter av kompetensutvecklingen deltagarna själv ser i sin profession som ledare i den dagliga praktiken.Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och kritiska-händelse-metoden, CIT (Critical incident technique) har använts för att samla in och analysera data. Åtta djupintervjuer med samtliga deltagare och en djupintervju med processledaren har legat till grund för analysen, som resulterade i sju kategorier; Engagemanget och motivationen, Tryggheten, Kommunikationen och interaktionen, Perspektivvidgandet, Samhörighetskänslan, Energitappet och Självkänslan.Följande slutsatser mynnar i studien ut i en diskussion mot bakgrund av teorier om lärande och då i synnerhet vuxnas lärande;? Den strategiska styrningen av kompetensutvecklingsprogrammet har öppnat lärandeporten och lagt grunden för deltagarnas motivation? Det operativa ledarskapet har haft mycket stor betydelse för lärprocessen och skapat förutsättningar för kommunikationen, kunskapsutbytet och därmed kunskapsbildningen.? De respektfulla relationerna i gruppen har gett en känsla av samhörighet, som i sin tur legat till grund för det viktiga erfarenhetsutbytet i kunskapsbildningen? Reflektionsgruppen har bidragit till autonomi.

The purpose of the study is, through literature and interview studies, to analyze and draw attention to critical mindedness regarding news features in a multilateral way. In the interview 16 participants got to see three SVT news features with lack of criticism. Great importance was given to the spontaneous reasoning of the participant. The study is explorative and has given a number of hypotheses and ideas for further research concerning the subject. Among other things the study shows that previous beliefs affect the critical mindedness of the individual, that individuals have the ability to think critically if reminded and that the trust of the source and medium affects the critical mindedness of the individual..

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine and understand how teachers of younger children view the concept of critical evaluation of information and how their interpretations of the concept relate to their teaching. The need for the development of children?s ability to critically evaluate has been emphasized through research as well as the need for collaboration between teachers and librarians in order to help pupil?s process information into knowledgeThe study has a socio-cultural perspective and the material was collected through observations and qualitative interviews with teachers. The results of the study indicate that many teachers experience uncertainty when it comes to the area of critical evaluation and that they do not teach the subject to any substantial extent.

I forskningen har organisatoriskt lärande uppmärksammats, men inte institutionaliserats. Det organisatoriska lärandet påverkas i stor grad av nyckelpersoner vilket ledare och mellanchefer är. Organisatoriskt lärande styrs av det individuella lärandet vilket därför har en stor betydelse i sammanhanget. Ansvaret för det individuella lärandet läggs oftast på organisationens ledare och för ledares individuella lärande är reflektion och erfarenhet en avgörande faktor. Därför var studiens syfte att bidra till forskningen genom att undersöka hur kritiska situationer påverkat ledares lärande och bidragit till det individuella och organisatoriska lärandet.

In this master?s thesis the problem of simulating conditional Bernoulli distributed stochastic variables, given the sum, is considered. Three simulation methods are considered, namely the acceptance/rejection technique, Bondesson?s method and the Markov chain Monte Carlo method.To compare the three methods the bias and the standard deviations of the simulated variables are evaluated. The results of the simulation study shows that the Markov chain Monte Carlo method is not the best method for this type of simulation.

The purpose of this study is to find out what preschool teachers think about antisocial children's literature. Based on five qualitative interviews with teachers at a preschool that works with a standard critical approach. In order to fulfill my purpose with this study, I focused on how these teachers felt that it was important to use the standard critical children's literature in preschool. I wanted to find out what the teachers' thoughts were on the concept of standard critical children's literature and how and whether they use it in their daily activities. When I analyzed the results of my interviews I used the queer theories that include standard critical pedagogy and literature in preschool.

Academic research indicates that critical publicity can have a detrimental effect on brand attitudes. The negative effects have been showed to be buffered by cognitive bias elicited by strong favourable attitudes, commitment, brand certainty and brand identification. It has been proposed that the influence of such bias in a news reporting context should be studied, something that also is interesting from a brand perspective. The study therefore investigated whether a well-publicised scandal in one period can lead to increased critical publicity in the coming periods. A case study of Swedish grocery chain ICA was conducted.

This report describes a new foundation method and compares it with a traditional founding of concrete. This new method is called the Koljern technique and uses cellular glass which is called Foamglas. The Foamglas is compounded to founding elements by lightweight steel beams. Foamglas is an insulation material with high compressive strength, and is rot, insect, vermin and acid proof. The cellular glass is also fire proof and watertight, which makes it a very good construction material.The report contains a study of a number of cases for which the Koljern technique is compared with a foundation of concrete.

Vocal technique and interpretation are the key elements of voice training. Thepurpose of this article is to investigate what vocal technique and interpretation meanto teachers and students and how they would describe the relationship between thetwo. The questions at issue, intended to be answered in this article, are the following:What is the relationship between vocal technique and interpretation? How should theteaching be structured for the students to experience progress on the musical plane?What role does the teacher have in the musical development of the student?This is a qualitative survey and the methods of investigation are semi-structuredinterviews and classroom observations. Presented in the article are a number ofresearchers and writers whose thoughts on the subjects have gained great importanceto vocal teachers and students, as well as leading the research on the voice and itsfunctions forward to higher grounds.

Au sein de la direction informatique RENAULT (DTSI), la plupart des chaînes d?assistance pour les utilisateurs des systèmes d?information, sont modélisées à travers un outil de gestion d?incident (ARS/GII-v2). La majorité des ces incidents est créée par le service des Centres d?Appels, Téléphonie et Visioconférence (DTSI/DSO/CATV). Selon leur complexité ou leur caractéristique, les incidents suivent un cycle de vie qui fait intervenir plusieurs équipes des chaînes d?assistance.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka ambulanssjuksköterskors upplevelser av arbete på skadeplats med en till fyra drabbade personer. Metod: Fyra män och fyra kvinnor, med en erfarenhet mellan två och elva år av ambulanssjukvård, deltog i studien. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes och data analyserades med innehållsanalys. Resultat: Sju kategorier identifierades: Kommunikation, Ledarskap, Medicinskt omhändertagande, Rutiner och riktlinjer, Organisation, Personlighet och relationer, samt Samverkan. Skadeplatsarbetet sker utanför sjukhusets kontrollerade verksamhet.
