Purpose: This paper aims to describe the socialization process that audit associates experience within an auditing firm that is included in the Big 4-sphere. Our purpose is also to describe which attributes that characterize the organizational identity, and how these attributes are reflected in the self-image of the associates. Furthermore, we seek to explain how the socialization process has influenced the organizational identification. This subject is of interest since the business of auditing is facing higher demands from regulators and politicians, due to the bankruptcy of HQ-bank among others during the financial crisis in the beginning of the 21st century. Earlier research claims that the socialization process of recruits, especially in the initial state of the employment, has a major impact on their future values and attitudes in their job performance.

Every tenth year a financial crisis tend to interfere with an economy. Price bubbles with an accompanying market plunge are therefore not a new phenomenon. Such market disruptions have been causing problems for centuries, as history has a tendency to repeat itself. The intention with this study is to learn more about the bubble phenomenon and increase the knowledge in this area in order to, if possible, prevent such a thing from happening again. The purpose of the essay is to identify factors that significantly affected the development of the so called IT-bubble in Sweden and Finland during the years of 1995-2000.

Titel:Ledarskap i krissituationer ? att vara chef inom den privata äldreomsorgen 2011-2013.Huvudsyfte:Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur chefer inom den privata äldreomsorgen ser på sitt ledarskap i krissituationer. Huvudfrågan för undersökningen har varit: förändrar chefer i den privata äldreomsorgen sitt ledarskap vid krissituationer, och i så fall hur?Huvudsaklig metod:Semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med fem chefer från tre olika organisationer inom den privata äldreomsorgen.Huvudsakliga resultat:Det råder delade meningar bland de undersökta cheferna om huruvida branschkrisen 2011 innebar förändringar av ledarskapet. Överlag visar mitt resultat att de flesta av cheferna kan peka på faktorer i sitt ledarskap som förändrats i krissituationer.

The purpose of this study was to illustrate how cuts as a result of the economic crisis in 2008-2013 affected the newcomers' situation and the possibilities to reach the requirements for knowledge, based on the area manager, principals' and teachers' perspectives.The material we used for the study was made up of semi-structured interviews. We interviewed a psychologist, an area manager, principals and teachers. Most of the interviews were face to face and were recorded on a Dictaphone which we later transcribed and analyzed. During the process, we focused on the following aspects: acceptance and introduction support for new pupils, local opportunities and work material opportunities, school organization and employment structure, and reaction in the form of protests and demonstrations on restructuring the affected schools as a result of the cuts.The result that has emerged is that the teachers' main problem was the large increase in workload. The supervisors took no account whatsoever of protests and demonstrations organized in the affected area.

Background: With the increased globalization food prices went down for a while, only to skyrocket to new levels. Prices of organic food, which already were more expensive than conventional, are now even more expensive. The current financial crisis results in reduced consumption which creates a threat to the smaller grocery stores. Bakgrund: Hemsjukvård har bedrivits i Sverige sedan 1970-talet. Inom den somatiska vården ser man detta som en vårdform som stärker patientinflytande. Trots att psykisk ohälsa utgör den största orsaken till sjukskrivning i Sverige ser man inte samma utbyggnad av hemsjukvården inom psykiatrin. This essay is about a deserted medieval habitation called Skyttsie Hage which is located in the south of Sweden in the Scania province where it lies on a moor on the Falsterbopeninsula. AbstractTurkey has emerged as a major actor in the Middle East over the last decade, since the ruling party AKP came to power in 2002. Turkey is now playing a mediation role in regional conflicts and has been speaking out loudly on sensitive issues such as the Iranian nuclear program and the Palestinian- Israeli conflict. Furthermore, Turkey has established close ties with the Arab world which has suffered the relationship with its long-time ally Israel. This new presence in Middle East has been criticized by Turkey's allies in west. Critics argue that the country is about to abandon its former western relationship and strengthen their ties with the Arab world instead.This thesis has two main purposes.

Detta examensarbete har utförts på SNA Europe i Bollnäs där en ny produktionscell för märkning, montering och paketering av handsågar planeras. Den främsta anledningen till uppkomsten av detta projekt är arbetsrelaterade problem orsakade av manuellt arbete vilket ger värk och besvär i skuldror, rygg och nacke hos operatörerna. Ett annan skäl är märkmaskinen, som med stigande antal stillestånd och ett växande behov av underhåll och reparationer, snart behöver bytas ut. Målet med arbetet var att ta fram ett förslag på en kostnadseffektiv halvautomatisk produktionscell med ett förbättrat arbetsmiljöförhållande jämfört med den nuvarande situationen. Projektet begränsas till att ta fram övergripande funktionslösningar.

The world economy of today is in an extensive financial crisis which has lead to the fact that people seek well placed investments and securing of capital, something that by many people can be found in forest investment. The price of forest estates has increased with 90 % during the last 5 years and marketing polls indicate a positive belief in the future among forest owners. The development of timber prices has not increased to the same extent as the forest property prices which implies that the property price not only reflect the yield value from the forest but also that the lumber value does not have such a meaningful role in the pricing of forest properties as proven earlier. This fact means that forest owners either invest their capital in forest in a speculative point of view or that the purchasers of forest properties invests in non monetary benefits that lacks a direct yield value. The purpose with this degree thesis is to increase the understanding of the pricing of forest properties with focus on the above mentioned fact.
