Detta kandidatarbetet är utfört på ett bolag som verkar i telekommunikationsbranschen. Operatörerna på kundtjänst arbetar med att ta emot samtal från Telekombolagets kunder, hjälpa dem med att lösa problem och ge tips och råd. En viktig del av arbetet är att operatörerna gör en analys av kunden för att kunna ge bästa möjliga råd. Rapporten behandlar hur en del av ett textbaserat program kan omarbetas till en grafisk applikation. Etnografiska metoder, i form av observationsstudier och intervjuer, och designtekniker, i form av mockup- och prototypmöten, har använts tillsammans med användarna av programmet.

Uppsatsen syftar till att analysera politiska aktörers agerande för att framställa sin hållning inför folkomröstningen om kärnraften 1980 som trovärdig och rationell. Studien undersöker historiska källor i form av informationstätt opinionsmaterial samt statliga utredningar och propositioner med anknytning till folkomröstningen. Undersökningen är baserad på den teoribildning inom teknik- och vetenskapssociologi som kallas science and technology studies ? STS. Det analytiska verktyg som källmaterialet analyseras utifrån är begreppet energisäkerhet.

Uppsatsen behandlar våldtäkt som krigföring och hur fenomenet kan förstås med ett intersektionellt perspektiv. Detta har vi gjort utifrån fallstudien som metod då vi har låtit en dom från the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), vilken behandlar en rad händelser i staden Foca, Bosnien-Hercegovina, stå som det huvudsakliga empiriska exemplet. I analysen utgår vi från denna dom samt tidigare forskning för att komplettera empirin, men även för att föra vidare teoretiska diskussioner om våldtäkt som krigföring utifrån vårt intersektionella perspektiv. Detta innebär att vi visar på hur olika maktstrukturer samverkar och vad de har för betydelse för det granskade fenomenet, något som den tidigare forskningen har saknat hittills. Utifrån de socialt konstruerade kategorierna kön, genus, "ras"/etnicitet, religion, nationalism och sexualitet erbjuder uppsatsen förklaringar till användandet av våldtäkt som krigföring, vilka alla går ut på att "de andra" skall nedvärderas samtidigt som den egna identiteten uppvärderas.

Political realism is a general theory within political science focusing on the principle interest defined as power. The theory?s mutual standpoint is that states are inspired by power politics meaning that military and economic power or security stands in the centre while moral and ethics are placed in the periphery. This Masters thesis concerns epistemology in Knowledge Organization KO, as a field of study in Library and Information Science LIS. Using a theoretical model by Birger Hjørland and foucauldian discourse analysis as springboards, this study analyses three epistemological discourses in the practice of KO. The aim of the study is to show how these discourses are constituted and demarcated in relation to KO, as well as to examine how they fit into Hjørlands model. A brief historical outline of some epistemological trends in LIS is sketched, as well as examples of how different epistemological schools influence different parts of KO, e.g. information retrieval, indexing- and classification theory.

"Infiltration of Waldheim" är ett spel gjort av David Lindell (grafik), Andreas Persson (programmering) och Mathias Jönsson (ljud och musik). Målet vi hade med projektet var att ha en spelbar bana med minst en vapen typ samt fiender att eliminera, allt ackompanjerat med pampig musik och en massa ljudeffekter. Jag kommer i denna rapport beskriva arbetets gång samt reflektera över vad som har fungerat och vad som varit mindre bra under projektets gång. Mina planer för spelet var mest att lära mig mera om framförallt AI samt arbeta mera i 3d. Spelet ska mest vara för mig själv, men med lite putsning och mera innehåll eventuellt användas vid jobb ansökningar i framtiden..

Blockader används för att tvinga fram kollektivavtal med småföretag, även om arbetstagarna på företaget varken är intresserade av det eller är med i facket. Huvudregeln återfinns i regeringsformen 2 kap 17 § vilken lyder: ?[f]örening av arbetstagare samt arbetsgivare och förening av arbetsgivare äger rätt att vidta fackliga stridsåtgärder, om annat ej följer av lag eller avtal?. Här intar småföretag ingen särställning gentemot större företag. Traditionen är stark när det gäller parternas möjlighet att själva reglera villkoren och utveckla mönstret för stridsåtgärder på arbetsmarknaden.

Religious phenomena, such as prayer, have more or less always interested and engaged people, but most likely for different purposes. Since the early 20th century, starting notably with Edmund Husserl and especially Martin Heidegger, phenomenologists have taken an interest in understanding and expounding the meaning of religious phenomena. The attention of such a discourse have not ceased but is rather current, and also of importance seeing that religious themes, such as prayer, still occupy a great extent of human life and practice.Phenomenology of religion is not a science of religion: the former approaches religion in terms of its meaningfulness, whereas the latter as an object of inquiry and in the same manner as an economist approaches economical indicators in order to understand and explain how the whole economy functions. In other words, phenomenology of religion expounds religion, as it were, from within, while science of religion does it from without or externally.When approaching prayer phenomenologically, it shows itself to be a process or structure through which the one praying empty himself in order to be able to receive the valuable presence of the other. The value that is received from the other will also be reflected by the one praying and in that sense effect his surroundings and fellow humans..

Sammanfattning Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda de två begreppen inom skadeståndsrätt: uppsåt och oaktsamhet. Om författningar och andra föreskrifter inte ger ett tydligt svar huruvida en handling skall anses uppsåtlig eller vårdslös, gör domstolar en fri bedömning. Denna uppsats redogör för gällande praxis. Uppsatsen analyserar i mindre utsträckning hur de två begreppen tillämpas inom försäkringsrättsliga och straffrättsliga sammanhang. Enligt ny försäkringsavtalslag som gäller sedan 2005 försvinner begreppet grov vårdslöshet.

Youth crime is a subject widely discussed in media as well as in the academic field of criminology. One of the topics within the research field of youth crime discusses how to effectively help young people leave a criminal lifestyle behind. It is within this topic that the focus of this essay lies. This qualitative study examines a community based program in the Swedish city of Malmö called Nya Vägvalet (The New Choice of Path, own translation), which works with juvenile delinquents and the issues that surround the youths lifestyle. The aim of the essay is to explore the foundations and methodology of the program, how the methods of the program are put into practice and how these methods compare to what current research findings claim to be effective factors in successful interventions.

Det började faktiskt redan hösten 2004, när jag satt och arbetade med ett av de otaliga projekt man gör under sin skolgång. Projektet gick ut på att skapa en hemsida med en digital katalog, och voilá, där föddes idén. Sedan fortsatte jag att fundera, vända och vrida på idén, ett system för att skapa digitala kataloger och mindre presentationer som vemsomhelst skulle kunna använda. Just detta att inte exkludera de som inte kan ?Flash? från de som skall kunna redigera systemet har varit en av mina stora grundpelare, ett slags digital demokratitanke. För att skapa systemet har jag använt ?Macromedia Flash MX? och dess inbyggda programmeringsspråk ?ActionScript?. Programmeringsspråket är inte ursprungligen tänkt att användas för att göra system, men jag tycker personligen att jag lyckats bevisa att det fungerar även för det ändamålet.

Physical activity is required for a good health and science shows a clear connection between exercise and a lower risk for disease. Still, the physical activity among the population is far from good. It is the individuals own responsibility to exercise, but the society also has a responsibility to give opportunities to exercise for the population. The aim with the study was to investigate what motivated the group of physical active people to use the Central hospital in Kristianstad?s health program.

Today, youth crime is a topic that recurs daily in the news and politics; the subject arouses motions both within the professional community and among private individuals. The purpose of this study was to shed light on how social workers reason and work with young people aged 15 and above who are in criminal environments. We also shed light on how motivation can contribute to young people accepting the voluntary interventions that social workers have available. The study helps draw attention to the potential challenges that social services face when motivational work is insufficient, and the concern is not sufficiently high to warrant the use of coercive interventions. Our empirical material was collected using semi-structured interviews with social workers who have a degree of Bachelor's degree in Social Work, whose work is to carry out investigations of young people who, due to their own behavior, may be in need of support or protection from social services.

Abstract One of the essential conditions of the co-operating within the EU is that homogeneous conditions of competition prevail within the entire common market. The competition policy in the EU should guarantee that the competition is not distorted in a way that would prevent or create difficulties for the free mobility of goods and services between the member countries. The policy of competition should also guarantee that no new protectionistic obstacles will be formed, regardless of if it is being done by actions taken by member countries or as a result of actions taken by companies in order to set limits to the competition. Companies putting to an abuse their dominant position on the common market, or on a substantial part of it, is irreconcilable with the idea of the common market in case it could interfere with the trading between member countries, and is thus prohibited. The purpose of this dissertation is to describe the collective dominance from the view of the commission's interpretation of the practice of article 82 in the EG - treaty.
