Liquid Media är ett litet företag lokaliserat I Stockholm, Sverige. Dom har en rik historia med flera spel produktioner i sin merit lista. Jag fick som uppgift att skapa ett flertal visuella föremål till några av deras mindre projekt. Jag har här sammanfattat mitt arbete om hur jag gick till väga för att lyckas med detta. Mitt arbete på Liquid Media involverade flera olika delar av spelkonst produktion. Liquid behövde olika kläd- och hudtexturer till deras spel karaktärer, dom behövde modeller för ett andra spel projekt och dom behövde även omorganiserade uv-mappar till några klädtexturer i förebyggande syfte så att användaren i framtiden ska kunna byta kläder på rätt sätt. För att klara av dom olika uppdragen som jag åtog mig bestämde jag mig för att använda olika program för olika ändamål.

Jag har bedrivit en studie där elever fick försöka lösa en problemlösningsuppgift i matematik. Baserat på hur eleverna hanterade uppgiften har de delats in i olika kategorier. Eleverna hade många olika tillvägagångssätt både beräkningsmässigt och till hur de hanterade hela frågeställningen, deras problemlösningsförmåga vid det aktuella tillfället varierade också. När en problemlösningsuppgift i matematik skall lösas sker det på olika sätt beroende av hur innehållet i uppgiften uppfattas och vilken eller vilka delar som uppmärksammas. Olika individer kan använda olika metoder och tankeredskap, det kan också skilja sig för samma individ vid olika tillfällen.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to examine the information needs and behavior of Swedish theater students. The aim is to get an increased insight into how theater students search and use information as they create their character roles and also to examine how the information seeking is integrated in the creative process. The findings of this study have been made through qualitative data gathered from five interviews with six theater students who are studying at the Swedish Theater Academy. These students studied between autumn term of 2014 and spring term of 2015. To analyze the result of the interviews four different theories? have been used, Carol Kuhlthau?s information search process model, Lars Höglund and Olle Perssons model of four domains, Lars Höglund and Olle Perssons information search barriers and Tom Wilson?s model of information behavior.

This study illuminates one part of the mathematic teaching in school, which is mathematical problem solving in groups. It examines teacher?s and student?s ideas about what conditions it takes to be able to learn in groups. Further on, it studies the importance of group structure when it comes to working with mathematical problem solving in groups from a process focused and/or a product focused learning. Through observations of student groups and interviews with the students and the mathematic teachers, the material has been compiled and analysed under three different headings: conditions for learning in a mathematical problem solving situation, importance of group structure in a mathematical problem solving situation and process versus product.

The recent development in society, such as the increased digitalisation, has brought new terms for both production and consumption within the cultural field. One of the main goals within Swedish Cultural Policies today is that everyone should have the same opportunities to practice and participate in cultural activities, with the right to develop their creative abilities. The cultural policies also contain the possibility to encourage spontaneous culture practice. The question is how to reach this goal.During the spring of 2012 I have been examining the term ?spontankultur? (spontaneous culture practice) as it appears in the discussion around participation in cultural activities and its connection to creativity.

My essay is an attempt to describe how complicated it can be to follow the rules and maintain boundaries without obstructing the children in their creative development. The aim is to highlight my approach and emphasize the importance of growing up in a kindergarten with standards and values which may not always coincide with their own opinion.I begin my essay with two stories about Emil five years, defying the rule of not climb up the climbing frame roof and Emma for three years, who are keen to spin on the swing, but followour rule and refrain. I wonder what it is that drives some kids to go against the rules and stretch the limits while others do not have any problem doing that we decided? I also tell about the time I as a newly-qualified nanny was rebuked by a colleague when I acted "recklessly". I would handle the situation differently today? In the last story, I praise a child for being "mischievous", which makes me proud.

Uppsatsen ger en beskrivning av olika lärares resonemang kring hur man organiserar matematik- undervisningen under skolår 7-9. Ingår gör också lärares resonemang om vilka moment/förmågor i matematik som olika elever bör ha med sig efter avslutad grundskola. Den tredje frågan som behandlas i uppsatsen är vilka moment/förmågor inom matematiken som undervisningens organisation ger eleverna möjlighet att lära sig. Dessa frågor besvaras med hjälp av observationer på tre olika skolor och intervjuer med sex lärare på dessa tre skolor. I uppsatsen ingår en analys av de läromedel som skolorna använder sig av inom matematikundervisningen.

Today many children have limited experiences with the outdoors or nature. In most suburbs where people originate from many countries and have various ways of understanding nature is it perhaps in preschool that several children for the first time experience nature.This survey is qualitative and the main research methods are participant observations and interviews. The theories used in this study are mainly based on the thoughts of Dewey and Vygotskij as well as on ideas from outdoor education and different ways or ideas of understanding nature.The purpose with this study is to make clear in what ways nature is used by the teachers in preschool activities and how this work is done in preschools in multicultural suburbs. Questions at issue are: What way of understanding nature are the teachers trying to convey to the children? How is nature used in the ordinary outdoor activities by the preschool teachers? What are the teachers experiences of success and problems in this work?The conclusion is that nature is used in preschool activities in many ways.

Ett fenomen som blivit allt vanligare på senare år är instiftandet av ?bounties?. Med ?bounties? menas att en belöning utfästs i form av ekonomisk kompensation till den person eller de personer som utför utvecklingsarbete inom fri och öppen programvara (F/OSS). Syftet med undersökningen är att studera upplevelser och känslor kringanvändningen av ?bounties? från ett utvecklarperspektiv.

I skolan anses matematiken vara ett viktigt ämne och den upptar en stor del av skolans undervisningstid. Däremot har det märkts en trend bland eleverna i grundskolan att de mer och mer ifrågasätter varför de över huvud taget måste lära sig matematik. Ren matematik som de läser i skolan kan det många gånger vara svårt att se nyttan med. Påföljande matematik blir då sedan svårare och svårare att ge bra motiveringar till varför man bör kunna.  Många elever och vuxna känner även en ren ångest när man pratar om ämnet matematik. Vad är egentligen matematik, var används den och till vad? Var kommer matematiken ifrån? Hur uppstod den? Är det intressant och relevant för elever att få kunskap om detta? Har matematikundervisningen följt den snabba samhällsutvecklingen och vad behöver vi egentligen lära oss för matematik i grundskolan? Behöver alla få undervisning i matematik? Matematiken finns överallt omkring oss och synen på matematiken eleverna erhållit har formats av hela samhället.

In the nineties, policy makers highlighted the importance of creativity in education in order to nurture entrepreneurs in our society, thus the purpose of this study is to investigate high school students´ experience of creativity in psychology classes. The results are based on qualitative data from four semi-structured interviews with Swedish high school students who study psychology. The conclusions are that the respondents perceive psychology as a very creative school subject in which they can give personal experience as examples, they can give alternative explanations and solutions to problems, and that there are no right or wrong answers which means that they feel encouraged to self-reflect. The teacher is important as the respondents experience her as open, tolerant, and moreover, that she varies the classes, which contributes to a good classroom climate. The respondents also experience a certain degree of freedom when they feel involved and are allowed to influence their education.

The intention of this essay has been to investigate how the new digital technology has affected the tourism industry and marketing, as well as how travel agents and tour operators adapt to this. We also aimed to get a broader view of how the future might look like when it comes to marketing and virtual service landscapes. We decided to base our research according to these following four questions:? What affect travel agents? way of adoption to the technical development?? What purposes do the travel agents have for building up their virtual service landscape?? How much does the travel agents emphasize on digital marketing?? What can travel agents do to better adapt to the technological development in the future?We have chosen to use a qualitative research for this essay. The reason for choosing a qualitative research was to gain a wider understanding that would represent a big part of the changes of technology development.

Språket är en viktig del i matematikundervisningen. Forskning visar att språket är betydelsefullt för utvecklingen av ny kunskap och man har också kunnat se ett samband mellan språklig och matematisk förmåga. Undersökningar har dock visat att det ökade fokus på kommunikation och samspel inom matematikundervisningen som aktuell läroplan och kursplan förordar inte helt har slagit igenom inom skolan. För att ta reda på lärares syn på språkets betydelse i matematikundervisningen och även få en aktuell bild av undervisningssituationen ur ett språkligt perspektiv har en kvalitativ intervjuundersökning genomförts bland sex mellanstadielärare i en svensk kommun.Undersökningen visar att samtliga intervjuade lärare anser att språket är viktigt i matematikundervisningen. Däremot skiljer det sig åt när det gäller vilken betydelse de anser att det har.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how some teachers work with above-average pupils in mathematics. I have issued three questions based on the purpose of this study:How do teachers define an above-average pupil?In what way the teachers stimulate and challenge the above-average pupils?Has the school done something special for the above-average pupils?The method used to conduct this study was a semi-structured qualitative interview with four teachers in primary school. The method consists of interviews and observations.The study shows that the teachers make an effort to give these pupils extra attention and challenging tasks. A major focus is put on problems solving and to develop the pupil's ability to be able to explain how they think and if necessary, they should be able to explain even to their fellow- pupils.

Skolan är en del av samhället och måste därför följa den utveckling som sker. För att lärarna skall kunna möta detta och erbjuda eleverna möjligheter till lärande är de i ständigt behov av pedagogisk utveckling. Det finns olika metoder och modeller för hur kompetensutveckling kan ske där valet av metod beror på verksamheten och den enskilda läraren. Denna studie syftar till att pröva och utvärdera om och på vilket sätt videodokumentation kan implementeras i en skolas verksamhet och bli ett användbart redskap för lärarnas pedagogiska utveckling. För att pedagogisk utveckling skall vara möjlig krävs det att läraren reflekterar över sitt görande.
