During the last decade millions of people have migrated to Europe. Parallel to this
development, we see that many Countries are becoming more hostile towards immigration.
The success of radical right-wing parties (RHP) has been accredited to natives within the
receiving Countries turning to RHP to reduce their perceived threat from immigrants.
Paradoxically, the RHP-support has also increased significantly among the immigrant
population given the common assumption that immigrants are in solidarity with regards to
shared experiences of immigration. In this dissertation, I argue for the importance of
considering the increased RHP-support amongst immigrants, something that has been
neglected in contemporary research.

Lagval vid utomobligatoriskt skadestånd - Särskilt vid upphovsrättsintrång
This essay seeks to explore which country´s laws should be applied when a dispute concerning damages in non-contractual obligations arises från illegal copying. In Europe today we have merely a few documented laws regarding choice of law concerning illegal copying. Thus, a proposition regarding a regulation which shall control the choice of laws applied on disputes in non-contractual obligations has been prepared. Another main reason for the existence of such a regulation is the need for a united set of laws to enable recognition of other Countries´ judgments in Europe. This proposal will be called the Rome II-regulation.

Den anglosaxiska trusten : En analys av en förmånstagares beskattningskonsekvenser av trustegendom som utgörs av aktier
The Anglo-Saxon trust is not a new phenomenon, but existed as early as in the Middle Ages. The concept is customary among common-law Countries, such as England the US,but unfamiliar to civil-law Countries like Sweden. The person who creates the trust is called a settlor, the one who holds and administer the property is a trustee and the person who benefits from the settlement is called a beneficiary. In Sweden there is no legislation of how the trust ought to be assessed, but the need to understand it has probably increased with the internationalization. The Swedish Supreme Administrative Court has had a few opportunities to elucidate some of the uncertainties regarding trusts, but chose to abstain. With this The Swedish Tax Panel has very limited guidance from the court when they receive an application of an advance notice.A trust is not a legal entity nor a tax subject. This differs the trust from a foundation and they can not be placed on an equality from a Swedish tax perspective. In an advance notice, 2010-03-23 (dnr 103-09/D) om Inkomstskatt: Inkomst av tjänst ? värdepappersförmån, the Swedish Tax Panel equalizes the trust property with shares when determining how to tax the assets.

Bogbladssår hos suggor : är höjden på tuber spina scapulae en riskfaktor för utveckling av bogbladssår?
Sow shoulder lesions are a common form of decubital ulcers in sows. The wounds are often bilateral and affect both loose housed and restrained sows. In most cases shoulder lesions develop after farrowing and heal after weaning. Sows that once have had decubital ulcera are however more proned to develop new wounds after the next farrowing. The problem is multifactorial and a number of risk factors have been described, including body condition, body size, parity, time spent lying down, flooring, moisture, breed, body temperature and some herd factors.
The aim of this study was to investigate whether the height of the tuber spina scapulae is a risk factor for the development of decubital ulcers.
