The search terms used were; cholesterol level, beta-glucan, hypercholesterolemia, oat and barley.Selection criteria Articles, written in Swedish and English, on RCT-studies conducted on otherwise healthy adults with hypercholesterolemia (serum cholesterol >5,0 mmol/L) were included. The intervention product must naturally contain beta-glucan, and an equally product should be retailed in Swedish grocery stores. The control group needed to be supplied with a placebo product and the participants could not be on any lipid-lowering medication.

Higher demands of competitiveness and efficiency have led to increasing sizes of farms, with more land, more capital and more comprehensive logistics. The aim is to gain benefits of scale economies that reduce the production cost per unit. However, a greater extent of the business exposes the farm of increased risk where small deviations rapidly can erase the benefits. A modern dairy farm thus put high demands on the farmer?s ability to coordinate, plan and manage the forage production through the whole process until storage to obtain silage of the desired quality and quantity at the right price. What services can an auditor perform besides accounting services so that it does not disturb and threat the auditors? independence?Methodology: To achieve the purpose of the thesis a qualitative study was implemented. We carried out a number of interviews with auditors from different auditing firms.

I vårt arbete har vi bl.a. tittat på hur den grundläggande vuxenutbildningen, i tre kommuner, ser ut idag och vilka arbetsuppgifter studie- och yrkesvägledaren har i denna verksamhet. De studie- och yrkesvägledare vi kommit i kontakt med har jobbat olika länge inom den kommunala vuxenutbildningen och har stor erfarenhet av denna verksamhet. Deras uppdrag av regeringen ligger i läroplanerna Lpf 94 och Lpo 94 vilket vi konstaterat i bakgrunds kapitlet . Det skiljer sig lite mellan de olika orterna i vilken nämnd som den kommunala vuxenutbildningen ligger under.
