Titel: En regulativ reforms vandring mellan olika kontexter:revisionskommittéer på ?resande fot?.Bakgrund: Allt fler länder väljer att implementera olika regulativa reformer inom corporate governance från andra länder, oftast från de anglosaxiska. En regulativ reform kan vara en riktlinje, en bestämmelse eller förordning. Då det har påvisats tydliga skillnader mellan olika länders corporate governance system, kan det ifrågasättas om det verkligen fungerar attöverföra regulativa reformer bara för att de har visat sig fungera bra i ettannat land.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och förklara vad som händer meden regulativ reform då den införs i en ny kultur och affärskontext. Som exempel på en regulativ reform har vi i vårt fall studerat införandet av revisionskommitteer i svensk kontext.Metod: För att komma fram till vad som kan hända med en implementeradregulativ reform i en ny kultur och affärskontext, har vi valt att titta närmare på implementeringen av revisionskommittéer i Sverige.Slutsats: Vi har kommit fram till att en regulativ reform som kommer från en annan kultur och affärskontext kommer att omtolkas då den överförs till en ny kontext.

This thesis was performed at Scania?s purchasing department of non-automotive products inSödertälje, Sweden during spring 2007. The management of the purchasing department ofnon-automotive products believe that their internal customers might not have fullunderstanding of what the purchasing department does. This is a problem because the internalcustomers might not use the contracts negotiated by the purchasing department or they mightnot involve the purchasing department when making purchases.The purpose of this thesis is to examine if and how the internal customers? perception deviatesfrom the purchasing department?s perception regarding the task of the purchasing department.And also to create a communication package with the purpose of increasing the internalcustomers understanding of what the purchasing department does.

This will be done by presenting WeSC's key values and investigate whether these are portrayed by the representation of the activists in market campaigns and personal interviews.Material/Method: We have conducted a qualititave study where we interviewed three WeActivists of various age and profession. Furthermore we did a semiotic analysis of 10 images from 7 advertising campaigns.Main results: Our results indicate that WeActivists play a significant role in WeSC?s external communication, and thus signifying that they play a major part in creating WeSC's brand identity.
Arbetsplatsträffars effektivitet och utvecklingsnivåer : En observationsstudie inom en kommunal grundskola
The study aimed to highlight workplace meetings´ benefit and what level of development. The study was done at a school in Lidköping and included two qualitative observations. Most of the groups´ members were women; one man was included in each group, and there was a mixed age structure of the meeting participants. The collection of data was then paired with the scientific literature and scientific articles. .. Our results demonstrate that group 1 spend 59% of the time on information and 41% of communication.

Intresset i denna studie låg i huruvida organisationsstruktur påverkar den interna kommunikationen. Studien utfördes i samarbete med Region Halland. Avgränsningen gjordes till HR-verksamheten centralt, personalchefer och förvaltningschefer, där syftet med undersökningen var att beskriva och analysera upplevelsen av kommunikationen däremellan. Alla organisationer behöver kommunikation för att existera, det är kommunikation som utgör grunden och framgången för en organisation (Falkheimer & Heide, 2007 15-33). Genom kvalitativa samtalsintervjuer och inläsning på teorier om kommunikation besvarades nedanstående frågeställningar: Hur sker kommunikationen mellan HR-verksamheten centralt, personalcheferna och förvaltningscheferna?Hur påverkar organisationsstrukturen kommunikationen och hur upplever medarbetarna att organisationsstrukturen påverkar kommunikationen?Går det att identifiera eventuella kommunikationsproblem och i så fall vilka?Vad upplevs som effektiv kommunikation och vad upplevs fungera bra idag?Vem upplevs ha ansvar för att information skall nå fram till den eller de som är tänkt? Resultatet visade bland annat en upplevd otydlighet gällande information, svårighet med samordning, problematik kring förvaltningarnas storlek samt resurser på varje enskild enhet och svårighet att se organisationen ur ett helhetsperspektiv..

orientations both within corporate governance and control philosophy lay the
foundation for enterprises? more sustainable success. These both modern
orientations are increasingly focusing on the importance of enterprises?
setting of goals and visions on the basis of stake holders? interests and the
employees? more active engagement in and motivation for the goal achievement.
Despite these common inherent characteristics, it is not evident from current
scientific debate how such integration actually emerges
in the control philosophies of the enterprises.

Kommunikationseffektivitet och kommunikationsstrategier för L1- och L2-talare i referentiella problemlösningsuppgifter
This thesis examines and measures differences in effciency between L1- and L2 language use for solving referential problems. Quantitative measures used in the study were time and error frequency. Qualitative measures, such as how the tasks and the participants own performance were experienced, were measured by an post interview and two questionaires. Two different tasks, a sorting task and a construction task, in which each informant was given the role as a constructor or instructor, were used for data gathering. A total of 20 dyads, divided in two language groups (English and Swedish) participated in the study.
Multinationella företag som demokratifrämjare. Illustrerat av H&M:s CSR-arbete i Bangladesh
The main argument of the thesis is that multinational companies (MNCs) can promote democracy through corporate social responsibility (CSR). MNCs hold some prerequisites giving them the means to create positive changes. But they lack one important prerequisite: knowledge about local conditions. Therefore the best CSR result is reached through partnerships with local NGOs.H&M's CSR-work in Bangladesh, including a partnership with the Bangladeshi women's rights organisation Karmojibi Nari, serves as an illustrating case. It is argued that the CSR-work promotes democracy through strengthening the civil society, through indirectly implementing national laws concerning labour legislation and human rights and through raising awareness about rights and legislation among the workers.The CSR process changes the terms for both NGOs and MNCs.

Konkurrensen om kompetent personal ökar och flertalet faktorer används därför för attattrahera och rekrytera kvalificerad arbetskraft. Företag lägger idag stort fokus på corporatesocial recponsibility (CSR) och studier har visat att CSR spelar stor roll för potentiellamedarbetare i sökandet efter arbetsgivare. Syftet med denna uppsats är således att undersöka,beskriva och analysera huruvida studenter på avancerad nivå vid ett svenskt universitet,värderar CSR som en attraktiv faktor hos en framtida arbetsgivare. Den teoretiskareferensramen utgår från tre områden vilka berör CSR, employer branding samt social identitytheory (SIT). Uppsatsen baseras på en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkätundersökningbland 230 studenter på avancerad nivå vid ett av Sveriges största universitet.

Can clothes be an expression of who we are who we want to be and how we look at others? What are the main characteristics in this type of communication and what kind of information can be distributed using this tool?Method/Material: InterviewsMain results: Clothes can work as a tool to show who we are and what we are, mainly on short term. We use clothes for different purposes, sometimes we what to be seen and really show who we are and what we stand for and sometimes we just what to go with the flow and not be seen at all. Problem formulation: The awareness and importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is growing within both corporations and society at large. The corporate progress in sustainable development can be both profitable and essential for the potential to compete globally. The value of sustainability reporting may differ between industries and companies of different sizes. The demands for sustainability reports are expected to increase. By 2010, no previous survey on sustainability reporting practices had been conducted within Swedish corporations. Purpose: The aim of the current study was to examine sustainability reports within Swedish corporations during 2010 and to compare the findings with preceding surveys to determine differences over time and between corporations.
Kommunikation i multiagentsystem
Communication is an important part of any multi-agent system. There are
different ways of communicating and they have different effects on a
multi-agent system. This project describes and evaluates two different ways of
communication, implicit and explicit. To compare the two methods, two
experiments have been executed. The result of the experiments have been
compared and discussed.
