This study?s purpose was to examine which main forms of teaching methods that occurs in the Swedish nine-year compulsory school and how often learning through social collaboration take place. The study contained literature and interviews with eight teachers. Our research-questions were: What is the teacher?s opinion about different teaching methods, their opinion about learning and teaching and if there were any difference between the teachers teaching younger or older students regarding teaching methods? Our conclusions of this study were that ?lecture-methods? is the most common among teachers.

Bakgrund och Problem: Frågor om företags sociala ansvar, eller samhällsansvar är föremål för en alltmer intensiv debatt. I debatten diskuteras frågor om etiska riktlinjer eller koder för företags uppförande, och vikten av att ta ett globalt ansvar. Framväxten av ideella initiativ har varit mycket stark både internationellt och i Sverige och floran av uppförandekoder är idag mycket rik. Fackföreningar, enskilda organisationer, branschorganisationer, privata företag har utvecklat egna regelverk för andra att följa. Det här arbetet benämns ofta som CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility.

In this thesis I based on Fowler?s method of syntax analysis construct a flow scheme which I then use to make a syntax analysis of former State Secretary Lars Danielsson?s statements, in his autobiography, regarding his responsibility in the Swedish government?s management of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami disaster. The focus of the flow scheme is how grammatical constructions can be used in the interest of rhetoric?s to on the syntax (non-explicit) level of the text indicate and place responsibility with or outside of involved individuals. The main conclusion of the syntax analysis performed is that Danielsson in his autobiography in fact does not use very many of the constructions described in the flow scheme, whereby it can be concluded that the syntax analysis in this case wasn?t so ?revealing?.

Corporate Social Responsibility har blivit en allt viktigare del i företags framtidsstrategier. Framförallt riktar sig strategierna bakåt i ett företags produktionskedja, med miljökrav och arbetsvillkor som främsta fokusområden. Det är sällan som företagen tittar på vad som händer efter produkten är såld. Hur påverkas samhället av produkten som företaget säljer? Alkoholen har blivit ett naturligt inslag i det moderna samhället.

En uppförandekod är ett antal riktlinjer som ett företag eller en organisation ställer upp i syfte att tillse att deras verksamhet bedrivs på ett etiskt, socialt och/eller miljömässigt föredömligt sätt. Många företag använder sig av uppförandekoder för att implementera CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)-arbete i den egna organisationen. För att CSR-arbetet ska bli trovärdigt måste uppförandekoderna även implementeras i leverantörs- och distributionskedjorna. När företag söker lägre produktionskostnader och använder sig av underleverantörer i låglöneländer, kan svårigheter med denna implementering uppstå. Svårigheterna beror till stor del på att företagen är separerade geografiskt, vilket i sin tur leder till affärskulturella, sociala, politiska, ekonomiska och legala skillnader.

The aim of this study was to describe how the best interest of the child can be constructed in investigations concerning permission for international adopt, where adequate parenthood is investigated. Qualitative research interviews were used as method. Seven investigators from six different sections of the city of Stockholm were interviewed. The information was analysed on the basis of a sociological approach to law and social constructionism.The result showed that adequate parenthood is a condition in the interest of the child. Adequate parenthood is specified as the parent?s qualities and possibility to care for an adopted child.

The purpose of this research is to examine the implications of the provisions in the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the Code) concerning auditor attestation of the internal control report. We will focus on how the auditors? augmented responsibilities will affect the efficiency in the audit process.Our research indicates that the main benefit from reviewing the internal control report is achieving more reliable internal controls, which results in greater prevention of misstatements in the financial statements. This will affect the efficiency in the audit process since the auditor can place more reliance on internal controls when performing audit procedures. This implies that the benefits of preventing misstatements could outweigh the efforts and resources spent on reviewing the internal control report..

Bakgrund: Många företagsskandaler har drabbat ett flertal länder runt om i världen och det är en av orsakerna till att många länder har skapat koder för bolagsstyrning. Sverige är inte heller förskonat från skandaler och uppmärksamheten kring bolagsstyrningsfrågor har intensifierats på senare tid. Kodgruppen, en grupp tillsatt av regeringen, skapade Svensk Kod för Bolagsstyrning som trädde i kraft den 1 juli 2005. Koden har bl a som syfte att ge riktlinjer för bolagets rapportering till kapitalmarknad och ägare.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att granska 50 bolagsstyrningsrapporter och i dem ta fram de vanligaste avvikelserna från Koden och de mest frekventa förklaringarna till dessa. Vidare undersöks graden av tydlighet i informationen i bolagsstyrningsrapporterna avseende Kodens tillämpning hos de berörda företagen.

De etiska frågorna får en alltmer central roll då den uppmärksamhet som idag finns kring arbetsförhållanden har lett till att allt fler företag vill arbeta med deras sociala ansvar. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) är ett begrepp som ofta översätts till företagens sociala ansvar. Konsumenterna ställer även krav på företagen vilket påverkar företagens kontroller och val av leverantörer och produkter. För att veta vart ett företag är på väg, är en god förståelse för sitt företagsmål viktigt för att kunna uppnå det som förväntas av företaget. För att uppnå sina företagsmål används ofta olika mätningar och nyckeltal.

Humanity faces a major challenge with the climate and environmental crisis, largely driven by reckless recourse use and greenhouse gas emissions by corporations. The EU?s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) aims to standardise corporate sustainability reporting, making practices more transparent and comparable. This directive seeks to enhance sustainability practices and guide market forces towards sustainability, supporting the EU?s goal of net-zero emissions by 2050.

Social hållbarhet är ett högaktuellt ämne. Delegationen för hållbara städer presenterade år 2012 sin slutrapport och bara ett år senare presenterade Malmökommissionen sin slutrapport för ett social hållbart Malmö. Syftet med uppsatsen är att bredda kunskapen om social konsekvensbeskrivning samt att undersöka dess potentiella effekt på social hållbarhet, eftersom det är av största vikt att hitta konkreta arbetssätt för att uppnå ökad social hållbarhet. Genom en litteraturstudie undersöks i uppsatsens första del vad begreppet social konsekvensbeskrivning har för bakgrund, varför det förespråkas, hur en metod för genomförande skulle kunna se ut samt vilka utmaningar som finns. I uppsatsens andra del studeras tre artiklar som utvärderat effekten av att utföra social konsekvensbeskrivning. Litteraturstudiet resulterar i slutsatsen att social konsekvensbeskrivning har stor effekt på social hållbarhet, på flera olika sätt. Trots att metoden medför en hel del komplexa frågor att förhålla sig till finns det därmed god anledning att utveckla arbetet med social konsekvensbeskrivning, för att vi tillsammans ska nå en mer socialt hållbar framtid..

In this bachelor thesis we have used a case study to examine the potential opportunities and obstacles an organization may have to internally implement a code of conduct with regard to the environmental guidelines. To succeed with the implementation of codes of conduct, companies need to ensure that what is provided to be implemented do this according to scheduled time targets, but also that is to be implemented in the organization actually is what is intended to be implemented, and that those that are involved in the implementation will be satisfied with result, this is because it is the employees who will follow the guidelines contained in the Code. Heide & Grönhaug (2002) argues that lack of communication is the main reason why the implementation in the business strategies fails. In this case study we have used primary data from interviews in the case company as well as secondary data from earlier research and information from the case company itself to develop our conclusions. The case study shows that the existing environmental awareness in an organization often is founded in common sense about how to act.

The intension of this study is to investigate the interaction between teachers and social workers in two diffrent countys. The study is focused on how teachers act upon suspicions when there are children at risk and what kind of support the teacher gets from social workers. Another importent question is if the teachers know what kind of rules regarding to confidentiality and if it would be better for the pupils if there were no confidentiality.To get answers to my questions, i have interviewed teachers and social workers in both countys.In this study I assume that the power has three dimensions and that there are four levels of interaction.Due to the law about confidentiality the social worker has the power over the teachers. Because the law about confidentiality it is difficult for teachers and social workers to interact.If the teacher want help from social services, she or he must call the social worker because the social worker will not call the teacher. If the social worker want to help the teacher and give her advice, the social worker can do that without breaking confidentiality.

This study has a double purpose. First, it explores and maps out the use of quantitative key indicators in social performance reporting within a microfinance portfolio. This was done on behalf of Storebrand Asset Management, who would like to aggregate and report the social results of their microfinance investments to their customers. The study concludes that the extent of social reporting and types of indicators used varies, meaning that it is hard to aggregate data for use in further reporting. Thus, the work towards the goal of social reporting has only just begun.

Syfte: Att öka kunskapen kring fenomenet företagskedjor med synlig produktionsprocess, specifikt coffee shop branschen. Detta genom att analysera hur väl budskapet från ledning når fram till konsumenten i just denna typ av organisation. Även hur god fallföretagets corporate reputation är, dvs. kopplingen från identitet till image, kommer vidare att framkomma samt vad detta kan innebär för företaget. Metod: Den valda metoden för denna uppsats är en kvalitativ undersökning av ett fallföretag, Espresso House, som ska vara ett gott exempel på en kedja med synlig produktionsprocess.
