Vi har gjort en kvalitativ intervjustudie av hur de anställda på Svensk Kassaservice upplever att deras arbetssituation har förändrats efter omorganiseringen av Posten. Vi har intervjuat nio stycken kvinnor från olika kontor i fackförbundet SEKO:s Värmlandsdistrikt med hjälp av en halvstrukturerad intervjuguide. Vår teoretiska grund bygger på Karaseks krav- och kontrollmodell samt ett antal andra modeller för arbetstillfredsställelse. Vi har även använt oss av några psykologiska teorier för att förklara de aspekter som inte inryms i de tidigare nämnda modellerna. Intervjuerna genomfördes under oktober månad 2005 och analyserades sedan med hjälp av öppen kodning, där cirka sjuttio koncept bildades och sedan delades in i fem kategorier.

Arbetskraven på kvinnor och män är idag högre än tidigare och gränsen mellan arbete och privatliv har mer eller mindre suddats ut, vilket kan påverka hälsan negativt. Tack vare dagens teknik kan anställda vara tillgängliga i en större grad, och arbetet går att utföra på fler ställen än på själva arbetsplatsen. Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka hur individer med aktiva arbeten hanterar balansen mellan arbete och privatliv, och om de med aktiva arbeten kan drabbas av ohälsa på grund av arbetet. Aktiva arbeten innebär de arbeten med hög kontroll och höga krav som enligt Karaseks krav/kontrollmodell är de arbeten som sägs vara de "bästa" arbetena, för att prestera högt utan att drabbas av ohälsa. I den här studien har en kvalitativ undersökning genomförts, i form av intervjuer med sju respondenter som går inom de aktiva arbetena.

The aim of this study is to, from a child?s family relations, describe the usage of terms relating to factors of risk and safety in science and in investigations concerning children in need of protection. It is also of importance in what way the terms are used when the Social Services suggest that measures should be taken, and in which way the children have been heard in the investigations.The issues raised in this study are: (a) How is the current life situation and life quality of the children discussed? (b) The value of factors concerning risks and protection. (c) How is the children?s own descriptions taken in to consideration? (d) Is gender issues considered? (e) How is Lagerberg?s model (Lagerberg, 1998) useful in investigations?The method of analysis is mainly qualitative however it is combined with analysis of literature relevant to the study.

Background/Literature: Workplace environment has a significant influence on the livelihood of many in today?s world. In Sweden one million employees feel the effects of ill-health due to a dissatisfactory workplace environment. Consequently there has been a recent focus on the promotion of health in the workplace with an emphasis on physical activities. However scientific research has shown that psychological and social aspects need to be addressed in addition to the physical aspects.

Our purpose of this paper is to seek an understanding of which service quality factors that affects customers in their decision making progress regarding purchasing financial services such as pension products. We also seek to evaluate the different service quality factors by compare their relative strength against each other. The study aim to investigate if there are any connections between customer behavior variables such as gender, age and income in comparison to these service quality factors related to pension products.The findings aim to help a small financial institute such as our case company Plain Capital to understand how their customers experience service quality regarding pension products.In order to find empirical results we conducted a qualitative research as well a quantitative research. The qualitative research employed both a focus group interview with pension savers and an interview with our case company Plain Capital. We were able to identify the service quality factors for pension?s products with help from the focus group interview.

In this paper we explore the relations between context and feedback generated in three user-centered evaluations of a flash-based game. Whether it?s the social context, the physical context or the degree of intrusion from the evaluator, they all contribute to the quality of the feedback received. The selection of test subjects is a narrow process, which gives the above mentioned factors different meaning. Contextual factors have shown to influence the feedback given within both usability and user-experience.

Background:IT development has in recent decades been fast progressing. In Sweden many schools have begun to invest in IT and new technologies. What happens at the schools that are investing in IT equipment and modern technology?Purpose:The purpose of this study is to elucidate the conditions for and the success factors and barriers that principals and teachers will experience in IT. Principals' experiences are complemented and mirrored against the teachers.

Populism has been an integral part of the Finnish political system since the late 1950's. At that time the Agrarian Populist Party, better known as The Rural Party, emerged and thrived for decades until the party financially broke down in the 1990's. Reemerging on the political scene as the True Finns, the party is more radical and more influential than ever, gaining enough support to be the third largest party of the 2011 parliamentary election. Sweden, Finland?s neighbor, in contrast has a history with very little populist presence or radical right populist parties (RRP-parties).

The purpose of this report was to investigate what characterizes a good psychosocialwork environment, and whether it may have impact on a vessel's safe voyage. Thisreport is proposed to increase the understanding of what creates a good psychosocialwork environment and its potential effect on safety at sea. In order to find out thesuccess factors for a good work environment group interviews were conducted in socalledunstructured focus groups. During these conversations, the participants discussedfreely by the question "what is a good psychosocial work environment for you?? Thesuccess factors were thereafter applied on selected accident reports, to investigate theextent to which they were represented and taken into account.The results of the study show three categories of factors: colleagues, communicationand competence, where colleagues are the main contribution to a good psychosocialwork environment.

By understanding which factors that affect individuals´ will to share knowledge with others within an organization, companies can successfully develop a knowledge-based culture by influencing individuals´ attitudes and behaviour concerning knowledge sharing. Several researchers claim that intrinsic motivational factors can consistently facilitate knowledge sharing between individuals within an organization. Other researchers also assert that extrinsic motivational factors, such as reward systems, might affect individuals? motivation to share knowledge. However, extrinsic motivational factors´ impact on knowledge sharing is a relatively unexplored field and more empirical studies are sought after.

There are over 1,5 billion Muslims living on earth and the religion is one of the world´s most increasing. Sweden is a country with a cultural diversity where about 300 000 Muslims lived in 1999. Today, the requirement for knowledge about caring for Muslims and the need of culturally competent nursing care are increasing.The aim of this study was to define cultural factors which the nurse has to recognize to be able to give culturally competent care to the Muslim patient. The method that has been used was a The Sunrise Model, which illustrates Leininger´s theory of culture care diversity and universality, provides a theoretical framework for the study. The results are presented on the basis of Leininger´s three cultural factors; cultural values, beliefs and lifeways.

Varje år drabbas många unga vuxna av en cancersjukdom. Den stora incidensen av cancersjukdomar i vårt samhälle medför att möten med patienter med cancer sker i hela hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisationen. Med tanke på de starka känslomässiga reaktioner som följer av en cancerdiagnos och hur ungas livssituation påverkas, ligger det hos sjuksköterskor en utmaning i att kunna ge emotionellt stöd som leder till att patienten kan uppleva större hanterbarhet.  Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa hur unga vuxna hanterar tankar och känslor vid en cancersjukdom och hur sjuksköterskan kan ge emotionellt stöd relaterat till att bättre kunna hantera krissituationen. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie och baserades på 29 vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet visade på tankar och känslor relaterat till cancerdiagnosen, olika strategier för att hantera diagnosen, samt hur erhållet stöd från sjuksköterskan kan leda till bättre hanterbarhet.

When single-family lots are valued for development of new residential areas,the valuation is influenced by several factors. The valuation is a matter ofdefinition that varies according to its interpreter. Previous research conductedin other countries, has identified a number of value-influencing factors. Thesefactors are the basis for this study.The study's purpose is to highlight the value-influencing factors thatcustomers value and are looking for in the choice of single-family lots. Thestudy also seeks to determine if there is an unknown difference between howprofessionals and clients value single-family lots.The study showed that the value factors considered important for customersand also professionals are consistent and applicable with the factors reportedfrom previous research.

Bakgrund: Hjärtinfarkt har tidigare ansetts vara en sjukdom som främst drabbar män. Forskning har på senare år indikerat att även kvinnor i stor utsträckning drabbas av akut hjärtinfarkt med symtom som ofta skiljer sig från de ?klassiska? symtom som många män uppvisar. Detta har fört med sig att kvinnor fått en felaktig diagnos eller inte tagits på allvar när de sökt sjukvård. Detta för även med sig att många kvinnor negligerar sina symtom.
