Syftet med denna uppsats a?r att underso?ka vilka stressorer som fo?rekommer hos projektledare i interna fo?ra?ndringsprojekt. Vidare syftar uppsatsen till att beskriva vilka former av ka?nslo- och problemfokuserad coping som projektledare anva?nder i interna fo?ra?ndringsprojekt inom vinstdrivande organisationer.Utifra?n den teoretiska bakgrunden om att fo?ra?ndringsprojekt a?r komplexa, kra?ver prioriteringar av resurser och dessutom ofta mo?ter motsta?nd, identifierades fem olika problemomra?den inom interna fo?ra?ndringsprojekt. En kvalitativ metod anva?ndes fo?r att besvara uppsatsens syfte, da?rsemistrukturerade intervjuer med sex respondenter a?gde rum pa? olika vinstdrivande organisationer i Va?rmland.

Det finns personer som går till jobbet varje dag och alltid är vid god hälsa, även när deras arbete är krävande. Detta fenomen kan beskrivas som långtidsfriskhet. Syftet med denna kvalitaitva studie var att undersöka vad socialarbetare upplevde påverkade deras långtidsfriskhet. Vi har gjort intervjuer med åtta socialarbetare angående vilka friskfaktorer som hade störst påverkan på deras hälsa. Det empiriska materialet har sammanställts i tre kategorier, vilka är individen, organisationen och fritiden.

I want to investigate this by interviewing a number of employees within a working team, including a manager.  My hope is that my thesis will interest managers in working teams, future managers and co-workers that want to learn more about motivation.Problem statement: What factors are important to individual motivation in a working team?   Methodology: I conducted a qualitative study where I gathered data from five persons.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka om optimism och val avcopingstrategier påverkar det subjektiva välbefinnandet hosuniversitetsstudenter, samt om graden av optimism har en betydelse.144 studenter deltog i en enkätundersökning via ettbekvämlighetsurval. De väletablerade mätinstrumenten Brief COPE,LOT-R samt SWLS användes. En stegvis multipel regressionsanalyssamt oberoende t-test utfördes i SPSS. Resultatet visade att optimismoch val av copingstrategier påverkade subjektivt välbefinnande, samtatt högre optimism associeras med högre välbefinnande ochemotionsfokuserade copingstrategier. Vidare visade resultatet attdysfunktionella copingstrategier användes i högre utsträckning avstudenter med låg optimism.

The aim of this literature study was to find out how nurses experience their work-situation and work environment and which the risk factors where. We also wanted to examine what kind of influence those risk factors had on nurses work satisfaction. This was done by the following question: What are the risk factors that can lead to burnout in work environment of nurses? The method was by critical examination of ten scientifically articles. The articles were critically studied by the criterions of Polit, Beck & Hungler.

Sjuksköterskor tillhör en yrkesgrupp som löper stor risk att konfronteras med känsloladdade möten och extrema situationer Kunskap om vad som påverkar sjuksköterskor och hur de förhåller sig till döden och döendet kan främja en mer öppen och medveten attityd i vårdarbetet. Syfte: Att belysa hur sjuksköterskor förhåller sig till döden och döendet i vården, samt vad som påverkar dem i deras förhållningssätt. Metod: Allmän litteraturstudie genom databassökningar.

Through an examination on a Telemarketing company this paper aim to investigate which relations there is between the level of motivation and performance and how these are related to the factors that are included in Herzbergs two-factor-theory.In this essay we have been using a questionnaire and interview. We have also been able to collect statistics on employees from the Telemarketing company we examine. On the basis of these data we have analyzed which relations there is.The examination shows on relations who mean that the factors Performance and Acknowledgement are the ones that affect the motivation the most, and therefore the level of Performance. The rest of the Motivation factors don?t show any clear relations.

An information system is something that evolves over time to enhance the company that is using it. The technology for building an information system is also evolving. The study was aimed to investigating the factors that create a successful sporting event. One person from each of the six largest children's and youth football tournaments, participated in this qualitative interview study. The results showed that factors such as; possessing a good knowledge of the organization, its external market environment and its stakeholders, proved significant. Att arbeta som sjuksköterska/distriktssköterska (SSK/DSK) innebär arbetsuppgifter som varierar mycket. Denna arbetsmiljö kan vara väldigt krävande och kan påverka SSK/DSK på ett negativt sätt vilket kan leda till fysisk och psykisk påverkan. Copingstrategier är hur personer hanterar krävande situationer, utan effektiva copingstrategier finns risk att personen drabbas av utbrändhet. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva graden av skattad utbrändhet och vilka copingstrategier SSK/DSK använder sig av i sitt arbete inom hemsjukvården (HSV). Studien undersökte också om det fanns några skillnader gällande grad av utbrändhet och förekomst av copingstrategier beroende på vilket län SSK/DSK arbetade i samt om det fanns samband mellan copingstrategier och grad av utbrändhet hos SSK/DSK.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the experience transfer at the rotation of the missions. This is to identify the respective influences are inhibitory factor, which contributes to a less efficient transfer, or if it contributes to a more efficient handover. The method used for the production of this paper is a qualitative case study of squad leaders who have done service in Kosovo or Afghanistan. Through interviews with focus on the transfer of experience, both on individual and organizational level, the factors that affect are being identified. The model used is expressed in a general perspective, where each factor is categorized as inhibitory or contributing to success, and if it appears on an organizational or individual level.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva vilka copingstrategier kvinnan använder sig av när hon har bröstcancer. Metoden som användes för denna litteraturstudie var Goodmans modell med sju steg för ett systematiskt tillvägagångssätt. Litteratursökningen utfördes i databaserna PsycInfo, Cinahl, PubMed Cochrane, SveMed+ och Medline. Oberoende av varandra har 10 artiklar kvalitetsgranskats enligt Carlsson & Eimans (2003) bedömningsmall som modifierades till den population som undersöktes. Resultatet av tio inkluderade studier visade att det fanns ett flertal olika copingstrategier som kvinnor använder sig av när de har bröstcancer.

Over the last decade the conversation on entrepreneurship has been both worldwide and intense. In Sweden, as in many other countries, this conversation has also concerned women?s entrepreneurship. Parallel with this conversation has been the debate on women in leading position in large corporations. This thesis aims to find out why and how women use entrepreneurship to handle existing conditions in life (such as the hardship of combining a traditional career with a traditional family life) and to create new conditions that suit them better.
