Uppsatsen avser en kvantitativ enkätstudie baserad på BIS/BAS och Brief COPE, med syfte att undersöka olika personlighetsegenskaper genom främst motivationsfaktorer men även copingstrategier. Urvalsgruppen innefattade anställda på en organisation inom förpackningsindustrin. Eventuell påverkan från motivationsfaktorer gällande val av copingstrategi undersöktes samt skillnader mellan tjänstemän och kollektivanställda. Resultatet visade inte på några skillnader mellan tjänstemän och kollektivanställda gällande deras skattning av arbetsmotivation. Dock framkom signifikanta skillnader mellan grupperna i användandet av vissa copingstrategier.

Although Social Democratic Memoirs comprise an extensive material, these texts have not attracted any systematic analysis as a distinct and yet varied form of textual genre. The focus in this MA-paper is the Swedish Social Democratic Memoir as a rhetoric genre. The main primary material is memoirs of the pioneer August Palm (1849?1922), the father of the nation Tage Erlander (1901?1985) and the political leader Göran Persson (1949?), published 1905, 1972?82 and 2007, respectively.The general aim is to find out what is the driving power of the memoirs and, more specifically, to shed light on the images of the party history and the history of the welfare state. The method is a comparative analysis of these texts.

In today?s fast changing environment it is important for knowledge intense companies that want to stay competitive to actively work with their knowledge, knowledge sharing and Knowledge Management (KM). Barriers decrease the efficiency of how knowledge is created, stored and shared, and they are therefore important to reduce or preferably remove making the KM activities result in as much value for the organisation as possible. The movie industry in Sweden is seen as a tight holding cluster where the different entities are being highly dependent on each other. There are also many different barriers to get a movie fully financed, and with the people in charged using arguments such as ?quality?, which is not objective but in fact subjective. The aim of this essay is to investigate how the leadership of five female film producers is being constituted in the film industry, an industry which is both close to the pool art and the pool commerce at the same time at it is male dominant. We have found that female film producers tend to use the strategy to adapt to the surroundings ?shouts? and ?demands?, at the same time as they adapt to their environment by becoming/not becoming entrepreneurs..

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturöversikt var att ur ett sjuksköterskeperspektiv beskriva hur humor kan tillämpas i omvårdnad. Syftet besvarades utifrån fyra frågeställningar; När använder sjuksköterskor humor i omvårdnad och vilka effekter får detta? Hur används humor för att hantera arbetssituationen? Vilka hinder finns till att använda humor i omvårdnad? Vilka risker finns med att använda humor i omvårdnad? Studien baserades på analys av åtta vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet visade att humor är en viktig del i omvårdnaden som skapar goda och tillitsfulla relationer, bevarar patienters värdighet och är en effektiv copingstrategi för sjuksköterskor. Humor stärker samhörighet i arbetslaget.

Stadsmissionen i Stockholm initierade denna studie då personalen uppmärksammat en växande grupp unga bostadslösa föräldrar. Sex unga bostadslösa mammors upplevelse av sitt föräldraskap, relation till sitt barn samt egen psykisk hälsa och stress undersöktes genom halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer samt med enkätinstrumenten CES-D och SPSQ. Intervjumaterialet bearbetades med hjälp av tematisk analys. Åtta teman framkom: Social situation, Egen individuation, De egna föräldrarna, Nätverk, Syn på barnet, Konfliktfyllda eller emotionellt påfrestande situationer mellan mamma och barn, Interaktion med barnet och Coping. Mammorna upplevde att bostadssituationen påverkade föräldraskapet negativt.

Syftet med studien var att ta del av sjukskrivna personers upplevelser av sin rehabilitering. The purpose of this study is to highlight the existence ofpersonalization within Swedish political parties along withhow the parties work with this phenomena in order to achievemore voters.The method used is personal interviews with politiciansfrom four different government parties. MQ is using various celebrities in various campaigns throughout the year and use them in external advertising campaigns. H&M is using interactive marketing with different celebrities in the form of, for example, guest collections for the company.

Syftet var att undersöka omföräldrar som befann sig i en existentiell kris p.g.a. att de fått ett allvarligtsjukt barn skiljde sig från föräldrar till friska barn i variablerna gudstro,förekomst och frekvens av bön samt bönens innehåll/riktning.
