The usage of visions and strategies is something that helps an organisation to create an imaginary scenario and guide them of how to realize these goals. During the years of 2006-2008 Region Gotland presented a document that was supposed to show the region's visions. The theoretical framework of this thesis is based on the stakeholder theory, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Management Control Systems Package (MCS). Personal interviews were conducted within the organisation Region Gotland, with individuals whom are directly linked to the visions and strategies of the organisation. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concepts of vision and strategy, and what their impact is on the organisation's work on the operation level.

Forskning om arbetsrelaterad stress och coping är viktig eftersom det påverkar upplevd hälsa. Forskare anser att man bör studera hälsofrämjande faktorer och ge förslag på åtgärder för att minska stress som annars orsakar stort individuellt lidande och kostnader för samhället. Utifrån ett salutogent perspektiv fokuserade denna studie på långtidsfriska undersköterskor på ett akutsjukhus och hur de upplevde stressiga situationer, vilka copingstrategier de använde och förslag på åtgärder för att förbättra arbetssituationen. Åtta halvstrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes, tolkades och bearbetades enligt ett induktivt tematiskt analyssätt. Undersköterskorna beskrev tre övergripande stressorer: tung arbetsbörda, brister i arbetsorganisationen och personalkonflikter vilket är kännetecken för arbetsuppgifter med stora krav och litet kontroll.

Varje år insjuknar i Sverige omkring 50 000 människor i cancer. Det innebär att ungefär var tredje svensk kommer att drabbas av cancer under sitt liv. Ett cancerbesked framkallar starka känslor hos patienten. För att kunna bemästra känslorna samt hantera situationen tillämpar patienten någon form av coping. I svensk forskningslitteratur beskrivs coping som vad en person gör för att handskas med olika stressorer i vardagen samt vilka resurser personen i fråga har för att ta sig an problemen.

On the 12:th of April 2011, the Swedish tabloid magazine Expressen publishes a story, claiming that Ola Lindholm, presenter of critically acclaimed TV-show ?Wild Kids? has been suspected and apprehended on cocaine allegations. The serious allegation called for Ola Lindholm to defend himself against the allegations. His only public response was a blog-post where he claimed his innocence, albeit with some reservations.  The purpose of this paper is to analyze Lindholm?s rhetorical defense.

Begreppen coaching och empowerment har blivit mycket populära. Coaching är att hjälpa människor att lyckas. Empowerment översätts på svenska med egenmakt och maktmobilisering. Syfte med denna studie är att undersöka hur coaching kan hjälpa till att främja empowerment och därmed bidra till att öka människornas hälsa. Frågeställningar är: Vilka samband finns det mellan coaching och empowerment? Hur påverkar empowerment människornas hälsa? Kan man öka individens hälsa med coaching? Sweden is getting an aging population and with this comes an increase in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer?s disease (AD). Bilingualism is also on the rise and this may result in an increase of bilingual people suffering from AD. Due to the linguistic deterioration associated with the illness people with AD, bilingual and monolingual, will be an increasing patient group with speech and language pathologists (SLPs). This study investigates the teaching strategies of four teachers, and determines which teaching strategies give better results in mathematics at the middle school level? Result here means the knowledge level of the students. The result has been measured through leave out a mathematical test, which I leave out designed. Teaching strategies have been assessed through interviews with teachers and observations of their lessons.My study shows that to go through the lessons thoroughly in the traditional way, and open discussions with the whole class are best for students achievements.The information available, however, is too limited to draw some general conclusions, but my study can be seen more like a counter-example to the general praxis that is short lectures and individual assessment with one to one communication when teaching mathematics..

The focus in this study is on the situation of Roma in Sweden. The purpose is to see the integration strategies that are reflected in Swedish politics, considering the inclusion of Roma. Idea analysis has been used as method, and I have analysed the text to find expressions of four different ideal types that represent four different types of integrations processes. The material consists of the government?s strategy plan for the Roma?s inclusion in Sweden between 2012-2032.

When are aerial bombing strategies effective in coercing target states? According to the recent research debate there is a consensus that denial strategies may be an effective instrument for coercing states to change their politics. This study is based on Belkin?s theory which argues that the effectiveness of denial strategies may depend in part on the domestic legitimacy of the target states? regimes. From a political standpoint, aerial denial effectiveness can be considered more likely to coerce when political leaders of target states lack domestic legitimacy rather than when they are legitimate.   The purpose of this study is to contribute an explanation of a condition where denial strategies are more likely to succeed.

My purpose in this paper is to study teachers' work in reading and writing in primary school and special school. I want to find out if they use the same methods, strategies and materials to help students learn to read and write. I will find out the answer to my purpose by performing two qualitative observation and two qualitative interviews. Lundberg (2010) is the researcher I relate to during my study. Through observation, I see how teachers work with students in the classroom during a lesson in the Swedish language. During the interviews, I received answers to how teachers work with language, the materials, methods and strategies they use. I found out that teachers use specific strategies when they help their students. They use a work material that is tailored to curriculum in Swedish language and it is based on the phonics method. .

Det svenska samhället blir alltmer mångkulturellt. I och med den ökade invandringen behöver hälso- och sjukvård uppmärksamma kulturens betydelse för patienters hantering av sin sjukdom. Utan förståelse för individers kulturella värderingar är det svårt för vårdpersonal att förstå hur individers copingmönster påverkas vid ohälsa. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa hur kulturella hälsoövertygelser kan påverka människors copingmönster vid ohälsa. Till resultatet användes 13 artiklar (elva kvalitativa, en kvantitativ samt en som var både kvantitativ och kvalitativ) som granskades och analyserades.

This paper examines interpellations made in the swedish Riksdag and how they are rhetorically structured to effect and hold government officials accountable in climate policy.?The analysis methodology applied is rhetorical analysis, which aims to identify rhetorical argumentative strategies in the opposition's interpellations between three different periods, 2015-2018, 2019-2022 and 2022-2025. These strategies are ethos, pathos and logos, they are used as glasses in which a rhetorical analysis is conducted on the material. The study reveals that the rhetorical strategies differ between the time periods and that the political rhetoric has become more value loaded over time.? .
