Patienter som lider av svår kronisk njursvikt behandlas ofta med hemodialys ett flertal gånger i veckan. Dessa patienter stöter ofta på en rad problem och får kämpa med att bemästra dessa. Sjuksköterskan har här en viktig roll att identifiera dessa problem för att kunna ge ett gott stöd åt denna patientgrupp. Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt är att undersöka vilka stressorer patienter som behandlas med hemodialys upplever samt vilka copingstrategier de använder sig av. Metoden som valdes var en litteraturstudie baserad på fyra kvalitativa och sex kvantitativa vetenskapliga artiklar som utfördes i enlighet med Friberg.

Långvarig smärta påverkade personernas fysiska, psykiska och sociala tillstånd vilket innebar att personer med långvarig smärta är i stort behov av god omvårdnad. Personer med långvarig smärta använde sig av copingstrategier för att hantera smärtproblematik.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva hur personer upplever att leva med långvarig smärta och vilka copingstrategier som använts. Metod: Litteraturstudien har gjorts med deskriptiv design. Litteraturstudiens resultat baserades på 13 vetenskapliga artiklar som har söktes i databasen Cinahl.                                                  Huvudresultat: Huvudresultat visade att personer med långvarig smärta upplevde både stöd och begränsningar. Detta upplevdes även i mötet med vården och i behandlingar.

Den ökande stressen är ett stort problem bland sjuksköterskor. Stor arbetsbelastning och höga krav leder till allt fler sjukskrivningar vilket är en negativ utveckling i en yrkesgrupp som är viktig för hela samhället. Syftet med denna uppsats är att belysa hur stress påverkar sjuksköterskor fysiskt och psykiskt samt att undersöka i sammanhanget betydelsefulla copingstrategier. Uppstatsen är en litteraturstudie som baseras på tretton vetenskapliga artiklar vilka behandlar ämnena stress, coping, mental och fysisk hälsa bland sjuksköterskor. Resultatet visar att vanliga stressorer bland sjuksköterskor är hög arbetsbelastning, patientnära arbete, administrativa och organisatoriska påfrestningar samt brist på stöd och uppskatting.

The focus of this essay is to further investigate and describe psychological strains experienced by child welfare workers. The method used was qualitative interviews, two group interviews. The research aimed to understand how child welfare workers were affected and handled the psychological strains generated by work through theory of coping and symbolic interactionism where humans are viewed as pragmatic actors. The research showed, as previous studies shown, that the child welfare workers experience a great deal of psychological strains generated by high turnover in staff and pressuring work demands. The child welfare workers felt inadequate and alone in their work tasks and experienced stress and anxiety.

This degree project deals with the concept of creativity and the creative output based on howSwedish upper-secondary design teachers within the Technical Engineering Programexperience this from a student's perspective. The project discusses how the concept creativityis interpreted and how the creative output is regarded by educationalists and professionaldesigners and how this then can be related to literature on the subject and in the steeringdocuments. The purpose of this degree project is to visualize the interviewees' viewpoint oncreativity and the significance of experience, skills, and environment for the creative outputand within the field of design. This in order to, in the pedagogic and didactic situation, enablethe improvement of teaching so that creativity and its output come to show. Moreover, theproject aims to create a ground for discussion of the view of the importance of these skills inthe pedagogic/didactic situation.In order to reach this aim, I have read literature on creativity from several perspectives andcarried out eight qualitative structured interviews: both with three educationalists withoutexperience within the design profession, and with two educationalists who are or have beenactive within the design profession, as well as with three professional designers.

Vidare syftar uppsatsen till att beskriva vilka former av ka?nslo- och problemfokuserad coping som projektledare anva?nder i interna fo?ra?ndringsprojekt inom vinstdrivande organisationer.Utifra?n den teoretiska bakgrunden om att fo?ra?ndringsprojekt a?r komplexa, kra?ver prioriteringar av resurser och dessutom ofta mo?ter motsta?nd, identifierades fem olika problemomra?den inom interna fo?ra?ndringsprojekt. En kvalitativ metod anva?ndes fo?r att besvara uppsatsens syfte, da?rsemistrukturerade intervjuer med sex respondenter a?gde rum pa? olika vinstdrivande organisationer i Va?rmland.

Det finns personer som går till jobbet varje dag och alltid är vid god hälsa, även när deras arbete är krävande. Detta fenomen kan beskrivas som långtidsfriskhet. Syftet med denna kvalitaitva studie var att undersöka vad socialarbetare upplevde påverkade deras långtidsfriskhet. Vi har gjort intervjuer med åtta socialarbetare angående vilka friskfaktorer som hade störst påverkan på deras hälsa. Det empiriska materialet har sammanställts i tre kategorier, vilka är individen, organisationen och fritiden.

Scientists are discussing whether there is a connection between these areas and that the pupils deteriorating math skills may have something to do with their increasingly lower results in terms of reading comprehension. To investigate this possible connection, I conducted a survey among students in ninth grade and have come to the conclusion that the scientists are right: this connection absolutely exist. Students who received a high score on tasks designed to test students' mathematical problem-solving skills, also received high results on the reading comprehension test. And students who received a poor performance on the problem-solving tasks, were also low performers in the reading comprehension test.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka om optimism och val avcopingstrategier påverkar det subjektiva välbefinnandet hosuniversitetsstudenter, samt om graden av optimism har en betydelse.144 studenter deltog i en enkätundersökning via ettbekvämlighetsurval. De väletablerade mätinstrumenten Brief COPE,LOT-R samt SWLS användes. En stegvis multipel regressionsanalyssamt oberoende t-test utfördes i SPSS. Resultatet visade att optimismoch val av copingstrategier påverkade subjektivt välbefinnande, samtatt högre optimism associeras med högre välbefinnande ochemotionsfokuserade copingstrategier. Vidare visade resultatet attdysfunktionella copingstrategier användes i högre utsträckning avstudenter med låg optimism.

The aim of this paper was to contribute to knowledge about how preschool-teachers work with the development of children?s spoken language in preschool.The study was conducted through interviews with four preschool-teachers working at the same preschool with one to five year old children. Through the interviews I came to learn about the preschool teachers experience concerning their work with development of children?s spoken language.The results show that the preschool teachers used pedagogical tools like songs, movements, rimes, jungles and stories in their work to develop the children?s spoken language. They said that conflicts and exclusion among children in a group could be a result of differences in language skills.

This paper is a literature review that examines how good mental calculation skills benefit pupils, which could work as a valuable learning tool for future teachers. The study addresses four key questions: ?What are the advantages of proficient mental calculations??, ?What strategies exist for mental calculation skills??, ?How can teachers accommodate their teaching to develop pupils? mental calculation skills?? and ?What has arithmetic looked like in different eras and what algorithms have been used??. Through literature searches in search engines, scientific articles were found, which formed the basis for the result segment. This was divided into two parts: A historical and a didactic overview.

I want to investigate different preschool teachers' views of their daily work in terms of the diversity of children and learning, and the methods and strategies of preschool teachers use in their everyday lives, to meet every child's individual needs. I also want to investigate preschool teacher?s perceptions of children's social skills as this is included in the pre-school assignments relating to a favorable social environment for all children.To find this out, I have compiled three issues.What are the views interviewed preschool teachers to learning and different lustful methods that make the educational activities meaningful for all children?? What pedagogical strategies do preschool teachers to respond to the diversity of children?? What opinions have interviewed preschool teachers about children's social interaction with other children in preschool?The conclusion is:all children are different and learn in different ways. Teachers have the responsibility to ensure every child's development and adapt the business to the children's level and needs in a way that could inspire children to learn new skills. It is teachers' responsibility to provide children with good opportunities to express their views and feelings.

This project was intended to develop and improve my skills as an artist/designer. I have used inspirational sources and followedmy artist?s intuition to create something that is individual and a reflection of myself.My goal was to design 7-10 compositions and apply them to t-shirts and then create a photo arrangement with these t-shirts to make a strong artistic presentation.I chose to apply my images to t-shirts, because I feel that the tshirt is a perfect median to display pieces of art. My process has been very non-linear in nature. Trial and error,experimentation and my gut feeling have strongly influenced the progression of my design process and guided me to new ideas.I feel that with this project I have succeeded in fulfilling my goals to develop and improve my skills as an artist/designer..

Bakgrund: Varje år dör cirka 95 000 personer i Sverige, de flesta dör efter en längre tids sjukdom och vårdas sin sista tid i livet på särskilt boende eller i det egna hemmet. Sjuksköterskan kommer att stöta på dödsfall i olika situationer under hela sitt yrkesverksamma liv. Sjuksköterskor tillhör en yrkesgrupp som löper stor risk att konfronteras med känsloladdade möten och extrema situationer Kunskap om vad som påverkar sjuksköterskor och hur de förhåller sig till döden och döendet kan främja en mer öppen och medveten attityd i vårdarbetet. Syfte: Att belysa hur sjuksköterskor förhåller sig till döden och döendet i vården, samt vad som påverkar dem i deras förhållningssätt. Metod: Allmän litteraturstudie genom databassökningar.
