There are a large number of studies on colour and its influence on human feelings, but thereare only a few studies on the association between feelings and colour combinations. Thisstudie investigates the association between colour combinations consisting of three equallysized colours and the feelings they convey. The methodology used in this studie follows theinstructions from the Nippon Colour & Design Research Institute (NCD) in Japan, NCD havestudied consumer psychology towards colour and colour combinations for several decades.This study used semantically differential scales to evaluate existing colour combinations fromNCD to descriptive adjectives and creation of new colour combinations to explore therelationship between colour combinations and conveyed feelings. A total of 69 peopleparticipated in the tests. The main conclusions formed by this study are: (1) the feelingsconnected with the colour combinations differ partly between the Swedish population and theNCD and (2) the Swedish population have similar feeling associations to most colourcombinations, except for trend dependent adjectives such asmodern, Cool etc.

To accomplish my purpose about where bullying is emerging and how bullying utter it is self and if the educationist consideration disposes conform to the students, i chose two classes from two different schools. With the help of the students thought and speculations and with the educationalists answers, I come to a result. I want to add that my results agreed with the early scientists? research. The results also confirmed by literature and by theories that showed in my result.

Vi ville i denna text undersöka vad högstadieelever lyssnar på för musik, varför de lyssnar på musik och hur ofta de lyssnar. Det intresserade oss att både veta hur musik påverkar dem positivt och negativt. För att få reda på hur ungdomar lyssnar på musik och hur de uppfattar att den påverkar dem valde vi att genomföra intervjuer med 14 elever, både tjejer och killar, i högstadiet. Det vi kom fram till i vår intervjustudie var att eleverna lyssnar mycket på musik. Vi kunde tydligt se hur informanterna använder musik på olika sätt.

In my essay I will study the injustice within science in movies, in this particular case: Archaeology. This essay will also examine whether there is reason to believe that there is aconnection between this unfairness and what's being displayed of the archaeologist in popular culture. In my case I have decided to focus on the movie industry because it's a dominant part of our daily life. I have chosen to explore two different groups of students studying an occupation. One is, of course, the archaeological institution at Lund University, and the other is a high school (upper secondary school) program called ?Omvårdnadsprogrammet? at Rönnens in Malmö.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar ungdomsslang och översättningen av den i ungdomslitteratur. Två böcker ur serien Vampire Academy har undersökts: Vampire Academy (2007) och Frostbite (2008) samt deras svenska översättningar Törst (2009) och Fruset blod (2009). Språket i serien är ofta tal- och ungdomsspråkligt, och slang förekommer frekvent. De båda böckerna har översatts till svenska av två olika översättare (Torun Lidfeldt Bager och Ylva Spångberg), vilket möjliggör en jämförelse mellan de två olika översättarnas val och strategier. De slangord som valts ut till analysen är fyra ord som används som direktlån i svensk slang och de har delats in i två grupper: etablerad slang (Cool, bitch) respektive icke-etablerad slang (badass, whatever).

Genusfrågor när det gäller filmer och böcker har varit omdiskuterat i samhället, liksom genusfrågor i förskolan. Forskare har gjort en del studier om hur vuxna ställer sig till detta, men desto mindre om vad barn tänker kring könsroller och könsmönster. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka barns föreställningar kring olika sagokaraktärer utifrån ett könsperspektiv samt synliggöra hur dessa pedagogiskt kan utmanas i förskolans likabehandlingsarbete. De problematiseringar som studien tar sin utgångspunkt är i: Vilka föreställningar uttrycker barnen med koppling till olika sagokaraktärer? Hur kan dessa förstås utifrån ett könsperspektiv? Vad finns det för könsöverskridande utsagor i materialet som kan utmana stereotypa könsrollsmönster i förskolans likabehandlingsarbete? Den empiriska forskningsdelen grundar sig på en kvalitativ studie där vi intervjuat barn.

The aim of this pilotstudy was to compare the plaqueformation during four weeks in individuals using a mouthrinse containing either essential oils (Listerine Cool Mint) or CPC (Colgate Total) as a complement to their ordinary toothbrushing. Another purpose was to evaluate the individual?s experiences regarding taste and sensation in the mouth after rinsing. A semiblind, clinical pilotstudy was conducted in 20 individuals at a university in southern Sweden. According to a screening-plaqueindex the individuals were stratified into two intervention-groups of ten people, one group rinsing with essential oils and one group with CPC twice daily as a complement to their toothbrushing routine.

Sammanfattning Mitt syfte med det här arbetet är att utveckla förståelse för hur barn vill att man i skolan ska arbeta mot mobbning. Jag vill även försöka få en förståelse om hur barnen tror att mobbaren samt mobboffret känner sig och vilka känslor som uppstår hos dem när de antingen mobbar eller blir mobbade. Arbetet är skrivet ur barnens perspektiv. Mina frågeställningar är: ? Hur beskriver barnen nätmobbning? ? Hur tror barnen att det känns för mobbaren och mobboffret vid nätmobbning? ? Hur ska skolan arbeta mot nätmobbning? Jag använde mig av kvantitativ metod i form av enkäter. Dessa utfördes på en skola i fem klasser på mellanstadiet i åk 4-6, jag fick in totalt 45 enkäter. Undersökningen visar att barnen har en klar definition av vad mobbning är samt att barnen är mycket medvetna om mobbarens/mobboffrets känslor.

Uppsatsen är en studie i hur samhället och den konsumtionskultur vi lever i speglas i den samtida konsten och den offentliga debatten. Det didaktiska perspektivet tar upp samtidskonsten roll i bildundervisningen och hur frågor som rör konsumtion och identitet visuellt kan bearbetas och gestaltas i en lärandesituation.Utgångspunkten i studien är teorier om modernitet där reflexivitet, görbarhet och individualisering är centrala teman. Människan är idag inbegripen i ett reflexivt arbete för att skapa sig själv och det posttraditionella samhället betecknas av att traditionella normer brutits ner och individen tvingats bli något av en ?sökare?.I senkapitalismen uppstår nya symbolvärden vid sidan av bytesvärden och bruksvärden, symbolvärden som är knutna till livsstil och identitet. Studien beskriver hur människan manifesterar sin vilja att särskilja sig men också att tillhöra genom konsumtion som symbolisk aktivitet, där konsumenten genom att handla konstruerar sitt ?jag?.

Inför det här arbetet hade vi en tes om att det i manliga omklädningsrum skapas en struktur som talar om vilka värderingar och normer som ska råda. Detta var vi intresserade av att undersöka och med tanke på vårt blivande yrke som lärare valde vi att fokusera på skolmiljön. Omklädningsrummet efter skolidrotten är en plats där elever många gånger är avskärmade från vuxenvärlden. Vi hade en tanke om att detta innebär ett fritt spelutrymme vilket resulterar i en hierarkisk rangordning som ibland leder till ren mobbning. Vårt syfte har mer precist varit att undersöka hur klimatet i skolidrottens manliga omklädningsrum påverkade pojkars normer och värderingar i början på 1990-talet.

The objective of the essay was to identify the nursing care required by a dog suffering from heat stroke and how to educate and advice the owners how to start treating their dog and prevent the condition from occurring in the first place. The essay is based on a literature study. Several databases were searched for scientific research to try find answers to the issues. Keywords concerning the subject were used and mixed in different combinations to sort out the suitable studies. The results of the study indicate that the dog should be Cooled by the owner directly after detection. The most crucial issue is to reduce the body temperature as quickly as possible or the morbidity will worsen.

Mental illness in school ? A counselors perspective - The purpose of the study is to examine school counselors work with students (13- 15 years of age) who are struggling with mental illness. Focus on mental illness is discussed in a school context. From the school counselors perspective questions like, what kind of working methods are they using and, how they collaborate are examined. The research design is based on a qualitative approach, with ten Semistructured interviews with ten different informants who work as a counsellor at 10 different schools around Skåne.

This report focuses on the upper slit. The upper slit is located between the impeller andthe drive unit. The slit design depends on pump type and application. Reliability and weight are of crucialimportance in this environment. To improve reliability and lower the weight graphitemay be used for electronics Cooling. The timers also protect indirectly againstoverheating of the starter engine.The transistors used are BTS555, from Infineon.
