The Circle is a strong form that influences the landscape. It also has symbolic value which influences our feelings and experiences. This Thesis project examines the Circles? characteristics and its significance in various connections. The goal of this Thesis is to examine what role the Circle plays in various situations and what motives there are for using it is landscape architecture. The basis for this Thesis work is a proposal which has been drawn up for development of the rural area between the villages of Hofterup and Löddeköping in the municipality of Kävlinge.

This report is the result of a questionnaire survey done in cooperation with the company Sydved and their contractors. The investigation concerned all their ordinary contractors. The main goal with the study was to find out the contractors opinion about the current cooperation conditions with Sydved, their opinion about the future and how to improve the cooperation. All contractors got a questionnaire to fill in and return within a given date. The percentage of answers was 48 % at the first stage and further 11 % answered after reminder. The result of the investigation indicated that the contractors in general have a positive attitude to Sydved and the way that the company acts.

Det finns flera tillvägagångssätt för att förhindra dessa problem med olika typer av samtidighetskontroller som kan ske i applikationen eller redan på databasnivå via lagrade procedurer.Metoden som används för att undersöka problemområdet har utgått från ett praktiskt arbete med en utökning av en existerande applikation, webbutiken RoyalDesign, skriven i ASP.NET (ASP-dotnet) Web Forms. Utökningen kräver samtidighetskontroll där användaren ska informeras av eventuella konflikter. Undersökningen avser att granska hur samtidighetskontroll implementeras och hanteras i applikationen.

By studying the forms of work and methods teachers choose for their teaching on the Business and Administration Programme and by examining the experiences gained by these teachers, I hope to gain a clearer insight into how the demands of national policy/governing documents are met in the actual teaching of the courses within the programme. In my qualitative study,teachers in a team from a Business and Administrative Programme have been my informants. The team combines multiple forms of work and methods in line with the intentions of the national policy/governing documents. Students usually have an unbroken school day with block teaching where they work with case studies and interdisciplinary  work. Morals and ethics are integrated in class.

AbstractUppsatsen har som syfte att ta reda på om hävningsrätt på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott utgör en allmän avtalsrättslig princip i Sverige, samt vilka prognoskrav som i så fall kan ställas för att hävningsrätt på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott skall föreligga utanför lagreglerat område.Genom att studera och jämföra olika rättskällor har jag kommit fram till att hävningsrätt på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott troligen föreligger även utanför lagreglerat område. Jag har funnit stöd för en sådan hävningsrätt i doktrin, standardavtal, Principles of European Contract Law och UNIDROIT Principles. I doktrin föreslås en analog tolkning av köplagens reglering av hävning på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott. I fyra av de fem standardavtal jag valt att analysera regleras hävningsrätt på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott. Även i Principles of European Contract Law och i UNIDROIT Principles finns en reglering av hävningsrätt på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott.Svensk praxis som behandlar hävningsrätt på grund av anteciperat kontraktsbrott rör uteslutande köp och bekräftar inte hävningsrätt utanför lagreglerat område.

Min föreställning om veckotidningarär dock lite mer komplex än så. Trots att de ger mig diverse skönhetstips och råd samt ger migen stunds avkoppling så anser jag att många veckotidningar kan ge unga tjejer sämresjälvförtroende.
