The leadership within healthcare is a constantly discussed subject. The discussion today is evolving around the physicians' lack of strive towards becoming managers within healthcare organizations. Furthermore the leadership that the nurse practice when becoming manager is on the other hand not discussed. The purpose of this study is to describe important factors of the leadership the nurse practice upon physicians in a healthcare organization as well as to explain why that is. To fulfill this purpose, we have used a qualitative case study research design including a private Swedish healthcare company.

Detta är en argumentations- och diskursanalys som syftar till att undersöka en serie debattartiklar angående tvåspråkig undervisning. Debatten uppkom i samband med ett förslag om införande av tvåspråkiga, arabisk-svenska klasser på Möllevångsskolan i Malmö och publicerades i Sydsvenska Dagbladet i januari 2001. Syftet med uppsatsen är att rekonstruera den argumentation som gavs, det vill säga urskilja olika argumentativa grepp samt att försöka blottlägga eventuella bakomliggande diskurser i texten. Detta gjordes genom att anlägga ett argumentationsanalytiskt och diskursanalytiskt perspektiv på samtliga artiklar. Resultatet blev att den sida i som argumenterar för tvåspråkig undervisning kan sägas ha bättre hållbarhet och talar mer till logos; läsarens intellekt.

Syftet för denna uppsats är att utreda och undersöka vad det krävs i ett ledarskap för att få in funktionshindrade på arbetsmarknaden. Fokus för studien är att ur ett kvalitativt perspektiv utreda samspelets betydelse mellan chef och anställd samt vilka faktorer som gör ett samarbete lyckat respektive mindre lyckat i processen med att få in funktionshindrade på arbetsmarknaden.Studien har även i syfte att bidra till den i nuläget begränsade forskningen kring ämnet.Telefonintervjuer med chefer och biträdande chefer har genomförts och resultatet i studien visar att det finns flera behov av att utveckla ledarskapet i denna process. Mer utbildning, öppnare kommunikationsklimat och högre kunskapsnivå behövs för att göra processen effektivare och mer fördelaktig. Utifrån studien har författarna tagit fram olika utvecklingsmöjligheter samt utvecklat en metod i hur man kan effektivisera och förbättra utbildningen för cheferna..

I denna uppsats kommer vi att med utgångspunkt i ett mångkulturellt samhälle lägga vikten på hur elever och barn utan det svenska språket integreras och inkluderas i förskolan och grundskolan. För att tydliggöra arbetet kommer vi att fokusera på det sociokulturella perspektivet. Vi kommer att undersöka hur lärare och skolledare använder sig av, och deras syn på integreringen och inkluderingen av nyanlända elever i förskolan och grundskolan. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer vill vi belysa och undersöka hur skolledare och lärare förhåller sig till integreringen och inkluderingen av elever med ett annat modersmål. Sammanfattnings-vis pekar resultatet på att det finns många vägar till en bra integration och inkludering av barn och elever i förskola och skola.

Syftet med denna studie är att belysa talet om idrottens betydelse för upplevelsen av integration bland ungdomar i 2000-talets Sverige. Studien bygger på tre fokusgruppsintervjuer med ungdomar som är 15 år och spelar fotboll i Assyriska FF, hemmahörande i Södertälje. Centralt har varit att belysa hur pojkarna beskriver sig själva i ljuset av att de ingår i ett etniskt definierat fotbollslag, och vilken roll de tillskriver tillhörigheten till ett sådant lag när det gäller upplevelsen av delaktighet i det svenska samhället. Vår studie knyter teoretiskt an till identitet, etnicitet och integration.Studien visar att en treenighet bestående av Familjen, Föreningen och Församlingen är centrala när det gäller skapandet av dessa ungdomars normer och värderingar. Vi har sett att denna treenighet också spelar en stor roll för ungdomarnas identitetsskapande, både vad gäller synen på sig själva som individer och för hur de ser på assyrier som etnisk grupp.

The increasing competition is proving a challenge for companies to recruit and retain competent, talented staff. To meet these challenges, Talent Management was developed during the 1990s and supplies a new and innovative way to deal with personnel management. Due to Talent Management being a relatively new theory, there is at present no generally accepted definition of the theory.

I vår studie hade vi som syfte att undersöka hur verksamma pedagoger arbetar för att skapa en god lärandemiljö för andraspråkselever. Studiens fokus ligger på att se hur lärare arbetar för andraspråkelevernas integration, språkutveckling och ämnesinlärning samt att undersöka om dessa arbetar utifrån någon vedertagen undervisningsmodell och således känner till forskning och pedagogik som främjar andraspråksinlärning . För att ta reda på hur pedagoger arbetar med andraspråkselever ute i skolverksamheten valde vi att utföra en intervjustudie där vi intervjuade sex verksamma ämneslärare som undervisar i klasser där andraspråkselever ingår. Vår studie visar att de intervjuade lärarna inte har formell kompetens för andraspråksundervisning då de inte arbetar utifrån någon vedertagen undervisningsmodell som är riktad mot andraspråksinlärare. Vi finner dock att flera av de intervjuade pedagogerna arbetar aktivt för andraspråkselevernas integration och språkutveckling genom diverse stödinsatser..

TitleFactors for success : a study of school libraries at compulsory schools and how to integrate them in the educationAbstractThis Master's thesis aims to identify success factors for the integration of school libraries in the education. The search for factors are concentrated to three areas: control documents for the school and school library, the Principal and organisation and the collaboration of librarians and teachers.The method consists of three parts: a documetary study, a questionnaire survey and interviews. The documentary study aimed to reveal how concrete control documents for schools and school libraries are concerning pupils' information literacy and school libraries. The questionnaire survey gave a general view of the situation of school libraries in Skåne and to help identify two suitable objects for closer examination. Gunnesboskolan and Rönnowskolan were chosen, and the principals, the school librarians and teachers representing different subjects were interviewed.Our results indicate that there are important factors in all three areas examined.

Florence Nightingale focused her attention on preventing cross infections by using good hygiene and as a nurse that is one of your more important tasks. Nurses have guidelines for how hygiene should be implemented in practice. The aim of this study is to investigate factors that influence nurses´ compliance to guidelines regarding hygiene.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether religious behavior or religious identity changes when a person with Muslim background moves to a Christian country and also very secular such as Sweden. I have interviewed five people with Muslim background that have moved from Turkey to Sweden. In this study I have applied Anthony Giddens and Thomas Ziehe's theories about building up an identity but also Nader Ahmadis theory of migration and identity.The results of this study show that there is a change in the practice of religion but also that this differs between these five people who came from the same country. Nevertheless, a change in the practice of religion can on one hand be as a result of modernity and on the other hand, exclusion of family. It also proves that it is not possible to draw general conclusions on this issue instead it should be looked at from an individual perspective..

This study has an integration policy direction as it focuses on the qualification for the new arrivals to quickly establish themselves in the labor market, and how the government's interventions, which in this case is the establishment reform, have affected municipalities and what its role is in this context. The purpose of the establishment reform is to faster the new arrivals integration in to the labor market. The aim of this study is to analyze the interaction factors that is affecting the integration of new arrivals into the labor market by study the professionals opinions on the interplay between involved organizations in two municipalities before and after the establishment reform. Studies have shown that the establishment reform has not achieved its goal and the purpose is to analyze the aspects behind this problem. The results of the study were analyzed with help of the interaction theory and the new institutional theory which is a part of the organization theory. An important aspect in the results of our study is the deficiency with the interaction between the participating organizations that obstruct the new arrivals path to becoming self-contained. In order to identify the problem, the study focuses on the co-operation among two communities in Sweden with the new arrivals way into the labor market.

Our surrounding world is constantly changing and to be able to keep up with the fast pace of change organizations need to be prepared to transform as well. If there is a need for an organization to undergo a change process, the people constituting the organization also need to be prepared to change their behavior. In order for the change process to turn out successful, it is of the utmost importance that all employees are given the chance to take part in the process. The challenge for leaders during a change process is, therefore, to ensure that their employees actively get involved.The purpose of this study is to apply Human Resource (HR) theories on to an organization in order to critically review how leaders in practice, can involve their employees, on the basis of a change process.The study is a qualitative case study, the empirical material has been collected at Falkenbergs Sparbank with the help of one unstructured interview with an employee at the marketing department and four semi structured interviews with the office managers.Relationship oriented leadership is beneficial to use during change since it advocates an open relationship between co-workers and exchange of information and knowledge.
