The purpose of the study was from the perspective of young people that has completed a stay at HVB-home. The respondents are between 15-21 years both boys and girls. The basic questions were: How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service process? How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service contents? How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service regarding available information and how the staff is available? What positive and negative experience do they have from their stay at the HVB-home? We also wish to get a picture of what is important to change to improve the quality on this HVB-home. To receive answers to those questions we formed a questionnaire.

Servicekvalité och kultur : skillnaden mellan svenska studenter & kinesiska utbytesstudenter inom servicenäringen

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att analysera skillnader i hur servicekvalitén inom servicenäringen i Sverige uppfattas av svenska studenter och kinesiska utbytesstudenter.Metod: I studien användes en kvantitativ metod med hjälp av enkäter med slutna svarsalternativ och ordinalskala, som distribuerades till totalt 324 svenska studenter och kinesiska utbytesstudenter. Vidare användes dataprogrammet IMB SPSS för att utföra faktoranalyser och klusteranalyser. Resultaten användes sedan för att testa de använda teorierna.Resultat: Genom att analysera de resultat som deducerats från insamlad data har studien bidragit med ytterligare data inom kulturområdet och servicenäringen. Studiens teoretiska referensram har stärkt de slutsatser som gjorts, men har även visat sig vara vag i vissa sammanhang. Studien har visat vissa intressanta skillnader i hur kinesiska utbytesstudenter och svenska studenter uppfattar servicekvalitén inom servicenäringen.Förslag till fortsatta studier: Studiens resultat skulle kunna bidra till förslag till fortsatta studier inom servicenäringsområdet och servicekvalité.

The purpose of this final thesis is to investigate the effects of seasonal changes in the horticulture industry. In this study this includes mainly garden designers, constructors of gardens and parks and horticultural businesses at Österlen. Today the most important issue,both in private and in public environment, is that the winter occupation in this area is not big enough. The consequence of this issue can result in the loss of competence to other industries if educated personnel has to stay employed only over season. The study is trying to identify and rank factors that are contributing to the problem, and propose solutions that means work opportunities for companies in the horticulture industry as well as for their employees, during twelve months of the year..

From an early age kids learn that their good performance and efforts will be rewarded. Unfortunately, not all leaders in the media industry are rewarded or given the same opportunities to exercise their communicative leadership, according to studies in media research. The aim of our study is to highlight female managers' experiences of their communicative leadership in the Swe-dish media industry. This study was based on qualitative interviews with four female respondents in management positions. The core of the study concerns female communicative leadership and interpersonal communication.

Utvärdering gällande implementeringen av System Aircraft Management för Täby Air Maintenance AB

Today we live in a world where the demands increase in the aeronautics industry. This creates a situation where no mistakes are allowed about the regulations and for those who are supposed to follow these. Safety comes first, tracking of components, Service Bulletins which are recommendations from the manufactures and Airworthiness Directives which are demands from the authorities, these need to be updated at all time and everything that is done on a aircraft need to be documented.This creates a situation where today maintenance shops need to have full control of all parts of the organization, which creates a need for a working data system.The goal with this exam work is to evaluate the best way to implicate the new bought data system called "System Aircraft Management" on the basis of the needs of Täby Air Maintenance AB. The system are supposed to get started technically and also be implicated to the users of the system. This work will be focused to create a effective working plan to get SAM implicated with no interruption in the daily work.

Att dela eller inte? Medarbetarnas perspektiv på delat ledarskap inom Human service organisationer

Studiens syfte var att undersöka och sätta ord på medarbetarnas upplevelse och uppfattning av delat ledarskap utifrån två teman: verksamhetsaspekter och personalaspekter. De teorier som det relateras till i uppsatsen är Döös med fleras teori om delat ledarskap, Engquists kommunikationsteori, Hällstens & Tengblads medarbetarskapsteorier samt Thylefors ledarskapsteorier inom Human service organisationer. För att genomföra undersökningen användes en abduktiv, kvalitativ metod med tre strukturerade fokusgruppsintervjuer med medarbetarna samt två individuella intervjuer med två delande chefer på tre verksamheter inom Human service organisationer, där konceptet med delat ledarskap tillämpas eller har tillämpats.Medarbetarnas upplevelser av delat ledarskap har skiftat från nöjd till missnöjd. Resultatet visar att delat ledarskap ger flera fördelar och få nackdelar om rätt förutsättningar finns. Slutsatsen är att delat ledarskap är något alla tjänar på ?om uppdelningen av det delade ledarskapet är väl genomtäkt och personerna som delar ledarskapet passar in i rollerna?.

Butiksupplevelsens påverkan på prestationen - En kvantitativ undersökning av hur en butiks ekonomiska prestation påverkas av konsumenternas upplevelse i butiken

It is important for every store to have a good financial performance which can be affected by the average purchase and the number of customers in the store. Customers shopping experience can affect both of these factors and therefore it is important for retailers to know about how an in-store environment can affect this experience. The purpose of this study is to give retailers an indication of the importance of consumers' shopping experience and how this may affect the store's financial performance. To study this subject an in-store survey was conducted in four grocery stores in Stockholm where a total of 320 consumers answered a total of 41 questions about their shopping experience. By sales data it was possible to conduct a statistical analysis to see which variables regarding consumers shopping experience influenced the average purchase.

Value is therefore variable given its context and cannot be pre-defined without nuances being lost. Despite the Internet's given role in societal development, our understanding of what contributes to customers' intentions to build relationships with online services is yet to mature.As the music industry is well established on the Internet, alongside the change in how music is consumed, it is thus appropriate to examine activities in accordance with a freemium based service that distributes music online, since it still lacks in academic understanding.This study aims to provide insights about virtual relations and how online services that provide cultural content should relate to there users as well as contributing to the ongoing academic discussion regarding value and how it is manifested by highlighting contextual impact on relational activities. For a rapprochement of relations to online services in cultural industries, this study assumed a practice perspective.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine a new music downloading service called Musikwebben, which is now available in many Swedish libraries. It focuses on the differences and similarities between this service and illegal music sharing services. The question is raised, whether the appeal of Musikwebben is high enough for it to be able to ?recruit? users from similar, illegal services. To answer this question, a qualitative content analysis is used, to explore various views on what legal downloading services have to offer and how these differ to illegal alternatives.

Kund eller patient? ? Till kritik mot en marknadsanpassning av patientbemötandet

Syftet med denna uppsats är att, utifrån en analys om läkarprofessionens eventuellt förändrade syn på patientbemötandet - gällande både sin egen och patientens roll - kritisera och kontrastera New Public Management och Service Management angående marknadsanpassning av läkar- och patientrollen. Vi utgår från ett tolkande paradigm och använder oss av en kvalitativ metod. Vi kritiserar New Public Management och Service Management inom svensk sjukvård huvudsakligen utifrån Etienne Wengers teori om sociala grupper i samhället, men även utifrån Michel Foucaults och Jean Baudrillards teorier. Empirisk data presenteras tillsammans med teorin och tolkas utifrån teorin. Empirin härstammar från åtta intervjuer och en observation, men består även av sekundärdata i form av artiklar från läkarfackpress.
