SAMMANFATTNING:Syftet med den här studien har varit att belysa och undersöka, utifrån en integrationsenhets lokalkontor i en glesbygdskommun i Norrland, dess integrationshandläggares syn på integration. Begreppet integration är svårdefinierat och det var därför intressant att ta reda på hur just dessa personer tänker och resonerar kring ämnet för att få en inblick av deras bild av integration och om och hur det påverkar deras sätt att arbeta. Resultatet vittnar om att begreppet integration är mångfacetterat och ter sig olika, även för yrkesverksamma inom samma profession, på samma arbetsplats, med samma arbetsuppgifter. Studien är kvalitativ och grundar sig på halvstrukturerad intervju som forskningsmetod. Intervjusvaren har analyserats utifrån meningskategorisering och presenteras under teman kopplade till studiens frågeställningar.

Genom omvårdnadsdokumentationen tydliggör sjuksköterskor sin profession. Dokumentationen har stor betydelse för omvårdnadens kvalitet, förbättrar patientsäkerheten, synliggör omvårdnadsarbetet och är en förutsättning för kvalitetssäkring inom omvårdnad. Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturöversikt var att beskriva faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskors omvårdnadsdokumentation och som senare kan ligga till grund för att utveckla sjuksköterskors omvårdnadsdokumentation i patientjournalen. Sjutton vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades och analysen resulterade i fyra huvudkategorier: standardiserat språk och elektronisk journalföring, kunskap och utbildning, organisatoriska variabler samt motivation och attityder. Elektronisk journalföring och strukturerad dokumentation enligt ett standardiserat språk har visat sig vara ett avgörande verktyg för sjuksköterskors omvårdnadsdokumentation.

Syftet med studien a?r att studera relationen mellan den psykosociala arbetsmiljo?n och det psykologiska va?lbefinnandet, inom en serviceorganisation. Studiens fra?gesta?llning utga?r fra?n att underso?ka arbetets krav, resurser och ett arbetsrelaterat psykologiskt va?lbefinnande. Sex individer intervjuades med hja?lp av semi-strukturerade intervjuer.

With the expansion of the internet, the conditions for the online journalists have changed. Feedback is faster and more blatant than offline. The online abilities of anonymity and dispersion attracts people to both use and misuse. During 2013, the online expressions of hate towards women has been brought to attention in the media more than ever before. Nevertheless, the phenomenon is far from new.Our qualitative research including interviews intends to find out how the afflicted women journalists are affected in their exercise of their profession.

Lärande är enligt forskare centralt för att åstadkomma utveckling och förändring med hjälp av coaching. Av den redan bristande evidensbas som idag finns för coaching, utgörs endast en liten del av forskning om detta lärande. Med anledning av detta gjordes en studie för att undersöka yrkesverksamma coachers uppfattningar om lärandet som sker i coachingprocessen, samt deras uppfattningar om coaching som profession. Urvalet bestod av yrkesverksamma coacher, certifierade av branschorganisationen ICF. Metoden som valdes var kvalitativa intervjuer.

This essay investigates the work situation for teacher educators at a university with focus on the subject areas education, research and administration. The research questions contain the work situation the teacher educators have, how they apprehend it, and how they find their position within the work organisation. Six interviews have been executed at the teacher education at a university. Some of the results from the investigation indicate that the teacher educators find education to be very a very demanding work and that the split of work during the academic year is uneven. The work with administration before and after the education, for example work with syllabuses and descriptions for courses, are activities demanding much time.

Introduktion: Hos hemlösa är behovet av tandvård stort. En frisk mun förknippas med välbefinnande, ökad självkänsla och livskvalité.Syfte: Att beskriva hur tandvårdspersonal, dagcenterpersonal och en socialtjänsteman uppfattar de hemlösas egen syn på sin munhälsa.Material och metod: kvalitativ undersökning där semi-strukturerade intervjuer användes.Urval: Studien baserades på fyra intervjuer. Informanterna i studien var i sin profession tandläkare, tandhygienist, tjänsteman på socialförvaltningen och en person som tjänstgjorde på ett dagcenter.Resultat: Presenterades i fyra kategorier, socialt hinder, tandvårdsrädsla, akut smärta och hopp om förändring. Tandvårdsrädsla har två tillhörande underkategorier, trygghet och tillit och att känna sig utlämnad. Dessa kategorier återger informanternas upplevelse i kontakten med hemlösa.Konklusion: Hemlösa upplever frustration över att det tar lång tid att få hjälp med sin tandvård..

This thesis concerns to investigate renovations of existing buildings aiming at enabling energy efficiency, from a conservation and restoration perspective. This includes performing case studies of three projects in the Gothenburg area where renovations has been done and an analysis of directives raised by the EU and later implemented by the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning, Boverket. In addition to these, regulations enforced by the Swedish law, related to the topic, have been considered.The investigated projects in this case were the housing cooperative Välten in Brämaregården, the Solar Buildings in Järnbrott and Gårdsten as well as Katjas Gata 119 at Backa Röd. In order to measure and compare the results of these projects a comparison between the pre- and post-restoration energy consumption have been performed. To capture additional perspectives the grading system Operation Kungsörn has been applied.Regarding the comparison of energy consumption the renovation of Katjas Gata 119 was found preferable but showed in my view lacking attention to the cultural heritage of the area.

This thesis was performed as assignment from Fazer Food Services. The aim was to survey which food additives that were present in the products in the quotation list of one of their suppliers to the Education and Nursing segment. The aim also was to perform a theoretical analysis of these food additives and to make recommendations which food additives are acceptable and which should be excluded from the products in the future. The recommendations are not published in this report, for more information Fazer Food Services can be contacted. Food additives which have already been approved are regarded as safe according to the safety evaluation methods available at the time of approval.

The stretch from the riparian zone of a major river, through the mouth and upstream in tributaries forms a range of differing habitats. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of these different habitats on the riparian frog community in primary rain forest in Borneo; i.e. examine whether any gradients could be demonstrated in terms of species composition, diversity and density of frogs, as well as which environmental characteristics that seem to be of most importance in forming habitats of high conservational value. A major river, Segama, and three of its tributaries were investigated. The surveys were carried out at night by searching for frogs visually and acoustically along the streams, from the shore of the Segama river and 400 metres upstream in the tributaries.

The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the history and the current situation of the Church of Sweden. The renovation of Skalljö church in Lerum municipality has been used as an example to enlighten the common changes in the church buildings. The long history of the Church of Sweden as the state church has resulted in the fact that it carries a remarkable part of the Swedish cultural heritage. The reason why the Heritage Conservation Act (1988:950) was altered in January 2000 was due to the change of relations between the State and the Church of Sweden. According to the Act, all church sites owned or managed by the Church of Sweden shall be maintained in such a way that their cultural historic value is not diminished and their appearance and character are not violated.Sweden is today considered to be a secularised country where religion is an individuals? private matter.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether social counselling via chat conversations could meet the criteria for a professional conversation, and how the six social workers who were interviewed felt that it had affected the profession and the clients who are seeking their help.Communication, professionality, power, roles and regions are the key topics of this study. A hermeneutic approach has not only influenced the interviews but also the content analysis that was used to encode the results.The interviews revealed that the chat conversations was a successful tool but not entirely without difficulties. The initial contact making between the client and the social worker favours the client, since she/he remains anonymous and that was the main advantage of the method. The biggest concern however was that in the anonymity it is not possible to report cases that the social worker are obligated to. The changing of forum does not necessarily affect the professionality but due to the faceless chat conversation an entire dimension of communication disappears because the loss of body language.

The following thesis will examine how a smaller library manages the prioritization of media between Swedish and 'minority language'. We are also interested in the challenges and problems that can occur in such work, as well as how the librarians think about their role in the integration process. We have studied this through several qualitative interviews with librarians as well as earlier related research. The results show that librarians display a high propensity of appreciation related to working with minority languages and consider this an important aspect of their profession ? they fully ingratiate and accept the importance of helping the immigrant population in learning Swedish.

Under det senaste årtiondet har 97 % av den totala folkökningen tillkommit inom fem kilometer från kusten, främst kring storstadsregionerna. Tyresö kommun är en av Stockholms förorter. Kommunen har under åren köpt loss tomter i ett kustnära område vid Tyresö strand. Ekologigruppen ab har på uppdrag av kommunen gjort bedömningar av områdets naturvärden såväl som rekreativa värden. Bedömningarna är tänkta att kunna vila som beslutsunderlag för planering såväl som byggnationer i området.

The focus on this essay is derived from an international and national dialogue for sustainable development. The recommendation from international level has been to find solutions for governments to implement strategies for sustainable development between local and regional level. This initiative is to improve and stimulate the dialogue between the local inhabitants, officials, entrepreneurs and stakeholders in the communities together with the authorities on the regional level. The purpose is to share knowledge and find ways to learn about the natural systems and how to co-operate in the work of preserving the natural resources and developing different processes for a sustainable development. Many scientists? today stress the importance that ecosystem resilience is promoted by biodiversity conservation and that we need to find solutions for local ecosystem management practices.This essay aims to find theoretical approaches and perspectives that can be used in a wider framework to study co-operative processes between the local (agent) and regional (structure) level.
