Syfte och frågeställningar : TidsNätverket i Bergsjön, upprättat i augusti år 2007 i Göteborg, är en verksamhet grundad på time bank-modell. Syftet med undersökningen är ?att studera vilka positiva och negativa erfarenheter av TidsNätverket i Bergsjön som dess deltagare ger uttryck för samt vilka konsekvenser verksamheten har fått för dem med avseende på empowerment och socialt kapital?. Mina frågeställningar är: 1) Vilka positiva och negativa erfarenheter av TidsNätverket i Bergsjön ger dess deltagare uttryck för? 2) Vilka konsekvenser har TidsNätverket i Bergsjön haft för uppkomsten av empowerment och socialt kapital hos deltagarna?Metod och material : Studien använder sig av semi-strukturerade intervjuer med deltagare, ostrukturerade intervjuer med den verksamhetsansvarige, liksom studier av intern dokumentation.

Avsikten är att studenterna ska få insikt i managementaspekter genom praktiskt arbete och genom aktivt deltagande vid olika kursmoment. : - Ökad självinsikt ger större förståelse för det egna beteendet och för andra människors beteenden. Genom ökad självkännedom kan ledning och medarbetare bättre utnyttja ett företags resurser.- I arbetslivet är öppen kommunikation och väl fungerande feedback viktiga element för att hålla samman en organisation och team inom denna.- Motivation är en viktig drivkraft i allt arbete. Faktorer som påverkar motivation är exempelvis ansvar, förtroende och stöd samt rättvisa.- Uppställning av vision och mål är viktigt för att driva arbetet framåt i rätt riktning i en organisation eller i ett team.- Det är viktigt att ha en öppen dialog för att undvika konflikter.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to examine whether some periods of declines in Swedish real credit can be explained by a credit crunch. Is it further possible, with these results, to do any conclusions about the banks behaviour in the on going financial crisis that has shadowed the country since 2007/2008? Method: A credit crunch is here defined as a period of supply-side restrictions on loans which doesn?t reflect the ongoing interest rates. By estimating a supply and demand function with a disequilibrium model the excess demand- and supply for credit due to different periods can be calculated. Conclusion: A credit crunch has been present during a period after the banking crisis of early 1990?s.

Background: All the students in the University College of Södertörn in Sweden who are studying to become a teacher, are attending practice education.Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to illuminate and analyze how the students experienced their practice education. My intent was to investigate if the students by their experiences have been affected in their own self-esteem.Method: This is a qualitative study that has been responded by 60 teacher students. The students attended in an internet- survey that included ten different questions.Result: The result of the interviews shows that the self-esteem has been affected, mostly in a positive way.Conclusion: The most common reason that affected the student self-esteem depended on how their supervisor has been treating them during their practice.

The global financial crisis hit hard on banking operations worldwide and the sector fell under considerable scrutiny, with particular criticism directed against the banks' own trading practices. A bank owned by the Swedish financial corporation HQ seemed to go without serious financial damage duringthe crisis.In 2008 Finansinspektionen began a review of HQ's activities and a number of shortcomings were identified. Among other things, HQ's risk management was questioned by Finansinspektionen and further how this potentially affected the valuation of complex financial products.In our paper we have chosen to highlight both national and international laws and guidelines that HQ used for their operations and study if HQ followed those laws and guidelines. We also want topresent the theoretical model used by HQ for the valuation of its European options and how HQ calculated their capital requirements ratio. Our purpose is to show how the valuation affected the capitalrequirement ratio and whether HQ followed the necessary laws and guidelines for the valuation of complex financial products.We have chosen to carry out a case study from a deductive approach.

This empirical study aims to determine whether Linnaeus University's formation in 2010 and subsequent reorganization has affected the employees' perceived motivation and job satisfaction.A combined approach was used in which both quantitative and qualitative questions were asked in the survey form. 101 survey responses is the basis for the analysis and these have been associated with SDT-theory in order to draw further conclusions.The study shows that among the respondents, there is a frustration that is possibly related to the two organizational changes. They feel that they have lost confidence in management as a result of not being part of decision making. The study also conveys a very fragmented picture, members of the organization perceive that they have very different possibilities to peform well, participate and have clear goals to work towards..

The concept of IT has developed into ICT (Information- and Communication Technology) over the years. ICT has an increasing impact in society and the Swedish curriculum (Lpo 94) highlights the importance of school to convey lasting knowledge that constitutes the general frame of reference that everyone in society is in need of. The purpose of this study was to find out how teachers perceive and use ICT in secondary school and discover the teachers? vision concerning ICT.The used approach for the study is a qualitative research with a basis of interviews. Four interviews are made with teachers from the early years of secondary school, at two different schools.

The purpose of my study is to investigate teachers? opinions about learning difficulties in mathematics.I have read relevant literature on this subject. I have conducted interviews with seven class teachers, one special-needs teacher, a psychologist and one special-needs teachers who specifically worked with investigations concerning pupils with difficulties in mathematics.The result of my study shows that learning difficulties in mathematics can/might be prevented if children in pre-school are introduced to mathematics as early as possible. This should be done in a delightful way in their daily activities and while there are playing. I didn?t find any complete method to help children with mathematics difficulties in compulsory school.

Vårt syfte med uppsatsen var att beskriva, analysera och ange förutsättningarna för, och den praktiska utformningen av Balanced Scorecard på Nordea Kundcenter Privat i Malmö. Vi har genomfört en fallstudie med målet att utveckla och ge förslag på förbättringar för det befintliga styrkortet i syfte att utveckla verksamheten inom samtliga perspektiv. Vi har genom vår studie genomfört den första externa utvärderingen av Balanced Scorecard på Nordea Kundcenter Privat i Malmö. Utifrån den kan vi konstatera att styrkortet är väl implementerat i organisationen och fungerar idag som ett bra verktyg för strukturering, planering och utvärderingen av verksamheten. Genom studien har vi också kunnat konstatera att de viktigaste faktorerna till att styrkortet har nått/når framgång är ledningens och medarbetarnas förtroende för det.

This essay analyzes the scripts of the swedish plays Jösses flickor! Befrielsen är nära (Jeez girls! Liberation is at hand) from 1974 and Jösses flickor ? återkomsten (Jeez girls ? the return) from 2006. The analysis is done within the theoretical framework of political and feministic theatre. The essay also includes a discourse analysis of the reviews that were written about the plays and the debates that followed.The result shows that the feministic discourse has changed primarily in two ways. In the 1970's there was a large confidence in the collective, in the 2000's focus has shifted to the individual and tointersectional perspectives.
