SyfteSyftet är att skapa förståelse för affärssystemets roll för att skapa en centraliserad beslutsprocess och utforma strategisk ekonomistyrning. BakgrundOrganisationer är konkurrensutsatta och behöver därmed anpassa mål, strategi och organisationsstruktur till en omvärld i förändring. Om organisationen tror på sin strategi måste de utveckla en ekonomistyrning som påverkar de anställda att tänka och agera i den riktning som strategin utstakar. En förutsättning för att kunna utforma strategisk ekonomistyrning är att strukturera informationssflödet vilket kan göras möjligt av ett affärssystem.Ett affärssystems viktigaste egenskaper på organisationen i övrigt är dess förmåga att knyta samman och integrera organisationens enheter i samma informationssystem. Vidare skapar val av organisationsstruktur olika förutsättningar att utnyttja ekonomistyrningen och kräver olika slags informationsflödeshantering, som i sin tur måste stödjas av affärssystemet.MetodUndersökningen har utförts genom en fallstudie på ett välkänt svenskt företag inom detaljhandeln.

Background: Sweden and the rest of the world went through the biggest financial crisis at the end of 2008 since the 1930s. The major Swedish banks have goodwill related to their acquisitions inside and outside Scandinavia. Swedbank, SEB and Nordea has acquired in the Baltic countries and Russia, however Handelsbanken has established itself in Great Britain. The crisis in the Baltic countries led that real wages fell, unemployment rose, real estate prices collapsed and the number of borrowers who had trouble repaying their loans increased rapidly. All this led to the problem of impairment of goodwill in the Swedish banks that had expanded rapidly in the Baltic countries.Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the application of IFRS 3 in Swedish banks before, during and after the financial crisis, and to investigate the low-downs in the four majorSwedish banks in 2006-2010.Completion: The study is primarily based on the case studies by the examination of the annual reports from all banks as well as evaluation of the interviews.The authors have chosen to makea strategic choice of a small number of cases through the concentration on the impairment of goodwill in the bank sector of Sweden.Results: The result of this study is that there are problems for banks in implementation of IFRS 3 in practice because of insufficient information in the banks' financial statements.Generous estimates used in the calculation of impairment testing.

In this essay, I have interviewed six young women about their views on body image and how their views are affected by their surroundings, massmedia and social media. Also the relationship between body image and eating disorders is relevant in this context and has a part in the study. The purpose of this study is to build an understanding of how young women relate to the body ideal that exists around them. Theoretical auxiliary tools used are George Herbert Mead's theory of the generalized other, Erving Goffman's theory of dramaturgical perspective and impression management, and Du Bois's theory of double consciousness. I have also used two scientific articles to get a deeper understanding of the subject.

Koncentrationssvårigheter är något som förskollärare bör ha kännedom om för att kunna möta barnen i förskolan. En pedagogisk filosofi som är aktuell är Reggio Emilia. Därför var syftet med studien att ta reda hur förskollärare på fyra Reggio Emilia-inspirerade förskolor, säger sig arbeta med och förhålla sig till barns koncentrationssvårigheter. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod och valt intervju med halvstrukturerade frågor som datainsamlingsmetod. Vi har intervjuat fyra förskollärare som alla arbetar på Reggio Emilia-inspirerade förskolor.

Abstract Children with neuropsychiatric disorders often require special arrangements from the society. These measures could target the child itself, its parents, or other parts of the social network surrounding the child. Parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders are often deeply engaged both in their child and in these measures.Three parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and four counselors in different habilitation centers, were interviewed. The purpose of this qualitative interview study was to describe the methods with which the counselors worked to support parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and to understand how the parents experienced this support offered by the counselors.The qualitative interviews with counselors and parents followed a thematic interview guide. A structured interview form was used.

The concentration and storage of organic chlorine and chloride were determined in soil, to a depth of 40 cm, in a coniferous forest in the Stubbetorp catchment area in south-east Sweden. Also, the spatial distribution of the two forms of chlorine was determined. Soil samples were collected at 49 of the nodes in a grid with approximately 105 m between the nodes. The analysis of spatial variability suggested that no spatial autocorrelation was present either within the variable organic chlorine or chloride. This means that no sample was more influenced by another nearby sample, as compared to other samples further away.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att synliggöra hur pedagoger uppfattar sitt eget genusarbete, deras tankar och synsätt kring hur de arbetar mot en jämställd förskola.I forskningsbakgrunden fokuseras det på att förklara begreppet genus närmre. Det definieras vad skollagen säger om genus och jämställdhetsarbete och vad det innebär för dem som arbetar som pedagoger inom förskolan i dag. Sedan beskrivs även hur pedagogers arbete med genus kan se ut på förskolan och pedagogernas arbete berörs genom relevant litteratur. Metoden som valdes för att synliggöra pedagogerns tankar kring sitt eget arbetssätt var kvalitativa intervjuer med semistrukturerade frågor. Vid intervjuerna användes inte en ljudupptagare utan stödpunkter antecknades under intervjuns gång.Resultatet visade att de flesta pedagoger inte tyckte att de uppnådde målen enligt läroplanen och att de inte finns tillräckligt med kunskap inom arbetslaget för att det skall ske.

The main objective of this research was to study how increased arterial oxygenation by the use of Pulsed Inhaled Nitric-Oxide (PiNO) influenced the metabolic and cardiovascular parameters on horses undergoing acute abdominal surgery because of colic. The parameters blood lactate, blood glucose, pH and heart rate were evaluated before and during anesthesia and closely after recovery. The study showed that blood lactate concentrations decreased significantly during anaesthesia in horses treated with PiNO compared to non-treated horses. It was also seen that the lactate concentration decreased most in horses with the highest levels before PiNO treatment. Since enhanced oxygen extraction ratio was evident in the PiNO group, improved oxygen delivery to the tissue may be a possible explanation for the improved situation.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) är en av skolans vanligaste diagnoser och det uppskattas att omkring 2-3 procent av den svenska skolans elever tillhör denna kategori. Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka vilka tolkningar som finns för begreppet ADHD. Det har även varit ett syfte att undersökt hur en kommun i Stockholms län, en grundskola i den valda kommunen och grundskolans idrottslärare arbetar utifrån styrdokumenten för att skapa en individualiserad undervisning för elever med diagnosen ADHD.Intervjuer har genomförts med en kommunanställd specialpedagog, rektorn på den valda grundskolan samt tre av grundskolans idrottslärare för att spegla arbetet i den dagliga verksamheten.Det studien har kommit fram till är att begreppet ADHD är ett väldigt komplicerat begrepp som skolan, kommunen och forskare har svårt att enas om gemensamma förklaringar till. Enligt grundskolans styrdokument är diagnoser inte nödvändiga, men de kan ses som en stor hjälp för skolan och skolans lärare när det kommer till deras förståelse för elevens beteende. Diagnosen ADHD kan ses som ett fenomen i sig för att ge förståelse för personer runt omkring eleven.

Every day a large numbers of transactions occur by people with different backgrounds. Insiders? are a part of them and are considered to have an insight in companies that is not accessible to outsiders. This affects the market conditions for the participants when trading stocks, where individual participants regularly have the possibility to earn abnormal returns at the expense of others. Although Sweden, Germany and the United States continually keep developing the insider trading regulation, research shows that insiders? still have the ability to earn abnormal returns.

Bakgrund: Fysisk aktivitet har i studier kopplats till lindring av psykiska symtom som depression, oro, ångest samt en ökning av självupplevd livskvalitet. Vid insjuknande i psykossjukdom är det vanligt att drabbas av just ångest och depression. Dessa symtom i kombination med biverkningar från läkemedel ökar risken för en mindre hälsosam livsstil och fysisk inaktivitet, vilket kan leda till en ond cirkel och allt sämre fysisk och psykisk hälsa.Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka om det finns några skillnader mellan fysiskt hög- och lågaktiva personer med psykossjukdom avseende livskvalitet samt förekomst av depression och ångest. Syftet med studien var även att undersöka hur deltagarnas motionsvanor ser ut när det befinner sig på en sluten psykiatrisk vårdavdelning.Metod: Föreliggande studie är en kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie. En enkät bestående av demografiska frågor, två skalor om fysisk aktivitet, en fråga om motionsform, en ångest- och depressionsskala samt en skala om livskvalitet, delades ut.

Summary                                                               Overweight and obesity in Sweden and in the rest of the industrialized world continues to increase. This results in increased costs both to society and the healthcare system. Part of this development is the increasing consumption of sugar and that is what should be restricted to tackle this growing social problem. Part of the increased consumption of sugar in Sweden was the launch of pick and mix ingrocery stores.  This study aims to examine how store managers look at their public health responsibilities, and investigate how managers of grocery stores think about health and health aspects in general and about the sugar consumption in particular. Semi-structured "face to face" interviews was used to collect data and seven grocery store managers participated in the study.
