Detta kandidatarbete utgår ifrån vilka aspekter som är viktiga att tänka på när
man anpassar av en webbsida till en mobil enhet och de problem som uppstår när
en
webbsida skalas ner till en låg skärmupplösning. Vi har behandlat
användarvänlighet, designprinciper, grafiska element och tekniska aspekter för
att svara på problemformuleringen. Slutsatsen vi kommit fram till är ett antal
punkter inom områdena ovan..
Kommunikation i multiagentsystem
Communication is an important part of any multi-agent system. There are
different ways of communicating and they have different effects on a
multi-agent system. This project describes and evaluates two different ways of
communication, implicit and explicit. To compare the two methods, two
experiments have been executed. The result of the experiments have been
compared and discussed.
Ansökan om körkortstillstånd via Internet
Länsstyrelsen i Stockholms län hade en projektidé som gick ut på att det skulle
skapas en Internetbaserad ansökan för körkortstillstånd med behörighet B,
inklusive hälsodeklaration. Även en optiker skulle kunna fylla i ett
synundersökningsformulär via webben. Dessa skulle sedan knytas ihop för
behandling av den Länsstyrelse där den sökande bor. Alla personer som skall
använda tjänsten måste inneha ett personligt medborgarcertifikat som används
för elektronisk signering av ansökan. Optikern behöver ett företagscertifikat
för att identifiera sig.
Vi utvecklade två interaktiva användargränssnitt samt ett gränssnitt där
administratören kunde hantera all data som inkommit.

This report describes the development of a system for controlling documents.
The report
starts with a problem description which the company wants an intranet-based
solution
for. The report then continues to describe the development phase for the
different parts
of the system which results in a complete system.
The company that wanted this system is called Orbit One and is located in
Ronneby,
Sweden. They have had a problem with old documents circulating in different
versions
and in different binders. Now thanks to their new system they can access their
documents easy and on demand through their intranet..
Chinese Remainder Theorem
Chinese Remainder Theorem is used to solving problems in computing, coding and cryptography. In computing we can compute with shorter numbers instead of large numbers and this will make the computing-process faster and easier. In coding it can be used for error-searching and error-regulating.Cryptography means that we can send a coded message and that no one will be able to read it without the decode-key which is based on prim-numbers. I am writing about the history of mathematics and how the number- and decimal number-system is used in Babylon, Egypt, Greece and in China. Abacus was a very important aid to calculate advanced mathematical problems.

The systems environments of today are often distributed and heterogeneous. These kind of systems have several advantages but also disadvantages. One problem is how to keep them secure.The security problems in these environments are mainly due to the communication between the connected computers. It is relatively easy to tap these communication channels from information. There is also a need for the possibility to secure these channels from modification of sent information and to be able to verify the sender and receiver of information in a secure manner.

Datorspel till nytta eller nöje? En intervjuundersökning utifrån folkbibliotekariers perspektiv
This Masters thesis concerns computer games in Swedish public libraries. We have investigated the opinions of public librarians concerning what they think about computer games, and to what extent they believe it should be a part of the public library. The method we have chosen is qualitative interviews. The theory we have used is a pedagogical literature strategy, which we have reformulated so that it fits our investigation. The results show that the interviewed public librarians think that the library should offer computer games for children and youths to use at the library, and that they should offer computer games for lending, to all the library users.
"The Machine Made Me Do It!" : An Exploration of Ascribing Agency and Responsibility to Decision Support Systems
Are agency and responsibility solely ascribable to humans? The advent of artificial intelligence (AI), including the development of so-called ?affective computing,? appears to be chipping away at the traditional building blocks of moral agency and responsibility. Spurred by the realization that fully autonomous, self-aware, even rational and emotionally-intelligent computer systems may emerge in the future, professionals in engineering and computer science have historically been the most vocal to warn of the ways in which such systems may alter our understanding of computer ethics. Despite the increasing attention of many philosophers and ethicists to the development of AI, there continues to exist a fair amount of conceptual muddiness on the conditions for assigning agency and responsibility to such systems, from both an ethical and a legal perspective. Moral and legal philosophies may overlap to a high degree, but are neither interchangeable nor identical.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate if there are environments that use
some kind of central authentication system within institutions/schools. The
hypothesis is that an institution not using a form of central authentication
service has more need for maintenance and as such is considered a higher cost
for the organization.
The gathering of data has been done through interviews with technical personal
at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and Linköpings Universitet. Based on the

The purpose with my degree project is to investigate the use of computers within the daily activity in three preschools and one preschool class. I have designed a survey that I distributed to the staff. The purpose of my work is to investigate how a number of preschool teachers and children in a few preschools and one preschool class in a medium-sized Swedish town are using the computer in their activities.My study shows that the computer is frequently used, both of the children and teachers, but also together. The children in my study are using the computer to play games, listen to music, and go into the websitewww.youtube.com, but also in order to write and count. The teachers primarily use the computer to document, check their e-mail and listen to music.

Användarupplevelser är en gren inom användbarhetsområdet som på senare år kommit att studeras alltmer. Orsaken till detta är att ny teknik medför andra krav på produkter än att produkter som sådana ska vara lätthanterliga. Produkten kan likväl ha som syfte att vara rolig att använda sig av.Studiens syfte var att studera användarupplevelser beträffande Surface-computing teknologi.Företaget Interactive Institutes innovativa Surface-computing produkt Virtual Autopsy Table fick exemplifiera Surface-computing teknologi i publika miljöer. Genom att använda denna uppmärksammade produkt som underlag är syftet att undersöka vilka designmoment som kan anses vara kritiska för upplevelsebaserad design. Studiens frågeställning blev:Vilka riktlinjer kan tas fram för att vägleda en designprocess att bli mer fokuserad påanvändarupplevelser vad gäller Surface-computing system?Med utgångspunkt från studiens datamaterial, så var en del av studiens syfte att ta fram riktlinjer.

Despite a lot of technological breakthroughs over the last decades and the occurrence of video-conference applications and other tools for communication and collaboration, cultural and geographical issues have so far not yet been completely resolved. In this study I have made a literature study over distributed system development to form a set of central factors that affects the distributed development process.

Cloud computing diskuteras överallt trots det finns det fortfarande ingen gemensam syn på vad det egentligen är. Om tio specialister inom området fick frågan vad cloud computing innebär skulle tio olika svar ges. Om en definition på cloud görs har den inte en likadan betydelse som begreppet cloud computing. Ordet cloud är en vanlig metafor för Internet men när cloud kombineras med computing blir innebörden större och otydligare. Termen cloud i en striktare mening innebär användandet av datorresurser online snarare än över hela Internet.
Systemförvaltning med cloud computing
Syftet med den här undersökningen var att ta reda på vad som händer i en systemförvaltning när Cloud Computing införs. Vilka roller och aktiviteter i systemförvaltningen som påverkas vid byte av IT-lösning. För att få svar på detta har vi utfört en fallstudie på ett företag som utvecklar och levererar tjänster baserade på Cloud Computing, där vi intervjuat två respondenter för att samla in information. En analys har utförts där informationen jämförts mot teoriramen. Därefter har slutsatser dragits utifrån arbetet.
