This bachelor thesis includes two different manuals and design of an interface box between a test object and a general test station (computer) with ARINC429 communication.There are three different purposes with this project:The first is to setup a general test station with ARINC429 communication using a Communications card from DDC (DD-42916i3-300) and software from Ampol Technologies (dataSIMS).The second is to design a new interface between the test computer and the test object. As well as implementing two components in the equipment.The third is to write two separate manuals to guide the users of this equipment. There are two different kinds of users of this equipment, technicians and system engineers. Technicians use the equipment to test and repair flight components. System engineers will implement new components in the equipment.The result of this project is a working test station with a new interface and two manuals..

Discussions started on how to handle liquidity problems crises in credit institutions and investment with the financial in 2008 as a research background. This led to the establishment of a new legislation regarding the current managing of liquidity risks which involves major changes in organizations. The changes will address the problems on how a successful implementation work could be completed and what is required of the organizations. Good communication is essential in order to have a successful changing process when everything an organization undergoes requires clear and ongoing communication.The purpose of this paper was to examine if Organization X application Communications to the same extent as a deployment model shows. Organization X was the company we chose to investigate as they are one of many banks that are facing the upcoming change.Communication Concepts such as understanding, dialogue, discussion, open mindness, transparency and participation, have been key words during our work.

The purpose of this study is to investigate two Handelsbanken offices and how they work in similar ways when dealing with internal communication. The goal is to answer if and in what way the managers` and the employes perceive their internal communication at the two bank officies. By a comparation between the two decentralisized officies the aim is also to study what differences and/or similarities that exists in internal Communications?Are managers and employees satisfied with the communication that flows in the organization? I find it interesting to investigate in wheather there exist a similarity in the internal communication between the managers and the employees since it is a decentralized organization.I have made five semi-structured interviews with two managers at two different Handelsbanken offices. Additionally two interviews with two employes at one of the offices and also one interview at the other Handelsbanken office.By the study I have found that all respondents have a positive impression according the internal communication.

The information broker is still quite an unknown actor but the future seems to hold a prosperous outcome for this kind of alternative information service. The information broker has many definitions but can generally be described as an intermediary between information sources and users. The Swedish market for this kind of information professionals has not yet developed into a big, well-established and lucrative branch as for example the one in the USA. Stortorget i Karlskrona är ett centralt beläget offentligt rum som idag förlorat sin funktion som en plats med ett rikt offentligt liv och en trivsam plats i staden. Detta arbete tar tag i den problematiken och presenterar ett sätt på vilket man kan förändra torget och göra det attraktivare för stadens befolkning. Förslaget går ut på att göra torget mer anpassat för oskyddade trafikanter genom att bilarna får ta ett steg åt sidan men samtidigt göra det lättillgängligt med en ny kollektivtrafiklösning för Trossö. För att göra torget attraktivare har dess storlek försökt tonas ner och därmed göra det mer anpassat till den mänskliga skalan. The aim of this essay is to examine how the Internet functions as a communication channel to Event Marketing. We have investigated what makes the Internet unique as a communication channel for events and how Internet has been used for event marketing. We have mapped fundamental theories within marketing, media, Communications and human-computer interaction, which together describe event marketing. We have carried out case studies on two event-marketing projects where the Internet has played a major role. The first project was XCT which is a project developed by the company Eventum AB.

Inom kommunikationsbranschen råder det hög konkurrens om arbeten för både nyutexaminerade arbetssökande och de med erfarenhet. En viktig del i ansök-ningshandlingarna är en portfolio som visuellt visar personens kompetens och talang.Denna kvantitativa studie har genom en webbenkät med 50 byråer inom kom-munikationsbranschen undersökt hur de rekryterar ny personal samt deras per-spektiv kring portfolion i samband med detta. Studien har även syftat till att belysa skillnader i svaren beroende på byråernas storlek.Resultaten från enkäten visade att den vanligaste kanalen vid anställning inom kommunikationsbranschen är via personliga kontakter och att det är portfolions kvalité som väger tyngst vid anställning. Vid ansökan föredrog byråerna en digital portfolio men vid en arbetsintervju såg de helst en kombination av en fysisk och digital portfolio. Folkhälsoarbete är ett systematiskt, målinriktat, hälsofrämjande och sjukdomsförebyggande arbete för att åstadkomma en god, jämlik hälsa för hela befolkningen genom samhällsinsatser som främjar exempelvis fysisk aktivitet. Studiens syfte var att studera hur folkhälsoarbetet avspeglas inom målområde fysisk aktivitet i Växjö kommuns Grönstrukturprogram. Metoden som användes vid den kvalitativa analysen var en etnografisk innehållsanalys. Analysen gjordes av Växjö kommuns Grönstrukturprogram (2012), Budget för Växjö kommun (2013) samt intervjuer. Växjö kommun arbetar aktivt med folkhälsofrågor för att främja fysisk aktivitet genom beskrivande dokument. Kommunen har en holistisk bild av verksamheten för att säkerställa goda levnadsvillkor och för att främja folkhälsan hos medborgarna. Strategiskt arbete, genom kommunikation och delaktighet, är påverkande faktorer som kommunen arbetar med.

Examensarbetet tar upp frågan om hur mellanstaden, stadens moderna delar som vuxit fram under 1900-talet, ska utvecklas. Mellanstaden består av isolerade öar av funktioner med kraftiga trafikleder som löper kors och tvärs och försörjer öarna med trafik. I mellanstaden kan två grupper med olika behov urskiljas. Personer med lokala intressen är de som dagligen vistas i mellanstaden t.ex boende. De har behov av en bra bostadsmiljö med god tillgänglighet till viktiga målpunkter med gena och trygga vägar.

Studien är avgränsad till mekanikorganisationen inom företagets FoU-del och hänsyn till finansiella data har ej tagits. Voice over IP (VoIP) is a relatively new technology that enables voice calls over data networks.With VoIP it is possible to lower expenses, and increase functionality and flexibility. FromSwedish Armed Forces point of view, the security issue is of great importance, why the focus inthis report is on the security aspect of the two most common open-source VoIP-protocols H.323and SIP, some of the most common attacks, and counter-measures for those attacks.Because of the level of complexity with a network running H.323 or SIP, and the fact that it hasyet to stand the same level of trial as of traditional telephony, a VoIP-system includes manyknown security-issues, and probably at present many unknown security flaws.The conclusion is that it takes great knowledge and insight about a VoIP-network based onH.323 or SIP to make the network satisfyingly safe as it is today, and is therefore perhaps not asuitable solution for the Swedish Armed Forces today for their more sensitive Communications..

This report describes the development of a sample loader for my diploma work at Q-linea AB in Uppsala. The sample loader will replace the process of loading fluid samples into Q-linea?s instrument for biomolecule analysis. The earlier process was done by hand and was a time consuming and inefficient task.The work was initiated with a design phase where an overview of the system was created. The sample loader will be receiving text commands from a PC that coordinates all the subsystems like pumps and lasers on the analysis instrument.
