Poolhus

I denna rapport redovisas ett examensarbete av Yvonne Svensson i samarbete med Claes Edman, entreprenör.Projektets mål har varit att designa ett poolhus med inredningsförslag till uppdragsgivarens koncept Poolhus/poolskydd som ska vara så pass flexibel att den passar en bred kundgrupp. Konceptet är sekretessbelagt och kommer därför inte gå närmare in på konstruktionsfrågor gällande poolskyddsdelen. Poolhuset kommer att fungera som en gäststuga och har bastu, utomhusdusch, utomhuskök samt en veranda. Inspirationen till inredningen och formen till poolhuset är ifrån ett marint tema.I faktainsamlingen ges en överblick vem som är målgruppen genom en enkätinsamling och målgruppsanalys även en konkurrentanalys har genomförts. Här presenteras även en funktionsanalys och en diskussion om trender utförs.

Tillgänglighet 2010 ? om implementeringen av tillgänglighet på biblioteken

This thesis studies if public libraries in Sweden have taken part ofinformation regarding the Swedish government policy that publicareas are to be made accessible by 2010. Also studied is thesignificance of information and resources on the execution ofaccessibility adaptations at public libraries.The analysis uses Lennart Lundquist?s theory of implementation ofpublic policies, that the person executing the policy needs tounderstand, be able to and want to in order for the policy to besuccessfully executed. The study was carried out through a surveyand the thesis focuses on the factors of understanding and beingable to.The survey was sent by email to all 290 municipal libraries inSweden with an answering frequency of 65%. The results arepresented in table format with explanations.The thesis finds that a clear majority of respondents have hadaccess to information about accessibility adaptations, but thatmuch fewer consider the information clear enough.

Personalens del i årsredovisningen : En studie på svenska börsföretag

Background: Resources that are hard to put a value on and cannot be classified as assets in the balance sheet as well as the development towards the information society has led to an increasing need and use for voluntary information in the annual reports. The increase of voluntary information can foremost be seen in the field of human resources.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to describe the development of voluntary information about human resources in the annual report of a number of Swedish quoted companies. The purpose is also to see if there is a difference in the development between manufacturing companies and service companies.Method: Six manufacturing companies and six service companies were chosen from the Stockholm exchange A-list. Using both a qualitative and quantitative research method the annual reports of the chosencompanies were studied for the years 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, and 2003. A model consisting of seven categories; health, diversity, recruitment, staff turnover and comfort, benefits and motivation, education and competence development, was developed to clarify were the development took place.Conclusions: After finishing the study one can tell that the amount of voluntary information about human resources in the annual report has increased even though the percentage share of the total annual report only has increased appreciably for manufacturing companies.

Analys av det nordiska kraftnätets påverkan på det svenska elspotpriset.

During the last few years, there has been a lot of debate regarding the price ofelectricity on the Swedish market. According to a recent survey from Sifo, anon-bias governmental institute for consumer research and testing, the priceof electricity is what worries Swedish households the most. An investigationof the eciency of the Nordic power grids inuence on the Swedish spotprice is therefore both relevant and valuable. Three quarters of all electricityproduced in the Nordic region is traded at the Nord Pool Spot power market.This survey examines how much of the variation of the swedish spot pricecan be descried by the variation of the nordic system price and how much iscaused because of ineciencies in the power grid. Primarily, linear regressionwith adjustments for endogeneity and heteroskedasticity has been used in orderto analyze data obtained mainly from Nord Pool Spot and Vattenfall AB.The results show that the variation of the system price can account for all butabout 40% of the variation in the Swedish spot price.

Passage efficiency and migration behavior for adult Atlantic salmon at a Half-Ice Harbor fish ladder

Due to exploitation of the world?s rivers, the upstream migration of anadromous species is frequently delayed or even prevented. To mitigate these problems and allow fish to migrate past obstacles, structures such as fish ladders have been developed. However, recent studies show that many of the present fish passage facilities are deficient. Monitoring and evaluation of passage facilities is therefore crucial to enable necessary adjustments.

Beräkning av intäkter för elproduktion i solceller på Kungliga Tennishallen

I  en värld  med ökande energibehov och stora miljö på frestningarär  förnybar energi en lösning som skulle kunna tillgodose  alla behov.  En sorts  förnybar energi är  solcellsenergi,   men solcellsanläggningar kan  vara  svåra  att  få ekonomiskt  lönsamma  i  Sverige.  Detta del projekt är  en del i  ett större  projekt vars gemensamma  mål är  att utföra  en lönsamhetsalanys  på en tänkt solcellsanläggning  i Stockholm.  Må let med detta delprojekt är  att undersöka hur mycket elsom en solcellsan läggning pa? Kungliga Tennishallen i Stockholm kan producera då anläggningen antas vara 100% tillförlitlig. I delprojektet  undersöks även värdet av elproduktionen om den säljs på Nord Pool Spot eller den summa som sparas genom att förbruka elen. I den ekonomiska analysen studeras möjligheter för  prissäkring, osäkerheter i den framtida elmarknaden  och olika bidrag. För  att uppskatta  produktion  och vinst har en litteraturstudie utförts, och gemensamt  med övriga delprojekthar  en övergripande  lönsamhetsanalys  utförts.

Orientering i biblioteket? : en fallstudie om möjligheterna att vägleda besökarna på Hammarö bibliotek

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate how a public library should sign and organize their resources to make them as accessible as possible to the users of the library. Our theory, Paul Arthur?s and Romedi Passini?s wayfinding theory, is about how people search through information loaded environments. Our empirical material consists mainly of three parts: an inventory of the resources and guiding at Hammarö bibliotek, eight interviews with visitors at Hammarö bibliotek and observations of how visitors use and interact with the library, its resources and guiding.

Riskpremier på den nordiska elmarknaden : En explorativ studie av riskpremien för Electricity Price Area Differentials (EPADs)

Uppsatsens explorativa syfte är att utforska samt beskriva riskpremiens storlek och utveckling för de EPADs som handlas för olika elprisområden på den nordiska elmarknaden. Riskpremien har definierats enligt de prissättningsteorier som ursprungligen formulerats av Fama & French (1987) och beräknats ur ett ex post-perspektiv. Studien omfattar drygt 700 EPAD-kontrakt från perioden 2006 till 2014Tillämpning av deskriptiv statistik visar existensen av betydande riskpremier vars tecken och storlek varierar mellan områden och tidsperioder. Detta är i linje med tidigare resultat av Kristiansen (2004) samt Marckhoff & Wimschulte (2009). Några långsiktiga trender har inte kunnat säkerställas statistiskt.

The thoughts of a common school for all children have been around since the 1800?s but was something that was introduced in Sweden first in 1962. When the curriculum for primary school came in 1980 there was a new concept, a school for all. With a school for all it was aimed that all children should have the right to participation and a common education no matter what needs they could have.During my education I have come across the concept a school for all and that is something that interested me. Today?s curricula and school laws aim to ensure that all children have the right to equal education and inclusion whatever needs you have.The purpose of this study is to find out some pedagogues? thoughts and work around the concept a school for all.

Metadata för språkresurser : en Application Profile inom området kulturarv

The EU-funded project European Cultural Heritage Online (ECHO) aims to integrateresources from various domains within the field of cultural heritage, and make them availableon the Internet. To accomplish this integration it is necessary to describe the various resourcesin a way that will achieve cross-domain interoperability. This description of digital resourcesis commonly referred to as metadata. The most well known and used metadata standard is theDublin Core Metadata Element Set, a general standard developed for the purpose ofdescribing all types of digital resources. Since the mid-1990's a large number of specializedstandards have emerged in different communities, for example IMDI, designed for detaileddescription of language resources.This thesis aims to examine the possibility of combining a general and a specialized metadatastandard to achieve cross-domain interoperability and at the same time provide a sufficientlydetailed description of language resources for researchers within the field of linguistics.

I Europas hjärta; Det brittiska ordförandeskapet under förhandlingarna om EU:s långtidsbudget 2007-2013

This thesis analyses the 2005 UK presidency of the Council, and more particularly the negotiations on the future financing of the European Union. The purpose of the study is to discuss whether the holding of the presidency implies political influence for the member state. To analyse the power of the country holding the chair the thesis focuses on the presidency functions of brokering and leadership. The theory suggests that the influence of the presidency is derived from informational and procedural power resources, as well as some leadership resources, such as coercion and reward. A case study was used to analyse whether these power resources were used by the British presidency.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and identify a selected number of key factors in successfully implementing open innovation. More precisely, it looks at how value is maximized using open innovation practices. The scientific approach taken is based largely on the network perspective, which puts relations to other companies in focus. An extended view of the resource based view (RBV), different from the traditional one by taking also external resources into account, is in addition central to understanding the use of external resources to create internal value. The two main research questions strive to look at how the company locates relevant partners and what the relations that are established with these partners should look like to get the most of open innovation.

Talent Management : Möjlighet eller hot? Sett ur HR-anställdas perspektiv.

The purpose of this study is to contribute with new knowledge of  how Talent Management can be seen as a an opportunity or threat for organizational development, concerning competence, on the basis of HR. The research questions asked are: Out of wich aspects can Talent Management be seen as an opportunity or threat on the basis of HR-employees? How can it affect the work of HR? To answer these questions qualitative interviews with five employees within HR from four different companies has been executed. The essay has been investigated on the basis of an explorative aim and with a qualitative method. The empirical results has indicated common themes such as director support, HRs view of Talent Management, HRs development and shifts of generations.
