This survey tries to find out if and how we can be influenced of extreme low and strong frequencies in the area 0-40 Hz. A group of 52 teachers/musicstudents and non musicstudents was trying to assess what they thought, experiences and tried to describe why they thought as they did, when they listen on three different versions of same musical piece. Without low frequent bass, original and strengthened bass, randomly mixed. Several different musical pieces was used in same survey. The work also makes a Commitment to theories about the people's hearing and the will of ?selfmotion?.

Anorexia nervosa är ett allvarligt tillstånd med hög dödlighet i långtidsuppföljningar. Trots detta finns i dagsläget ingen tydlig evidens vad gäller val av metod eller effektivitet när det gäller behandling för denna problematik. Föreliggande uppsats rapporterar preliminära resultat från en randomiserad kontrollerad studie av självhjälp med e-poststöd för individer med full och partiell anorexia nervosa. Syftet var att undersöka huruvida en behandling i självhjälpsformat som bygger på rekommenderade riktlinjer för vård av anorexia nervosa samt acceptance and Commitment therapy är effektiv med avseende på beteende-, attityd- ochpersonlighetsvariabler relaterade till ätstörningsproblematik samt generella variabler som depression, självkänsla, tillfredställelse med livet och social anpassning. Under tidsperioden inkluderades 15 deltagare i studien och randomiserades till behandling(N=7) eller väntelista (N=8).

The aim of this thesis is to describe the customer?s attitudes toward the contracting for availability, i.e., which factors are from the customer?s perspective necessary for the fulfilment of a supplier-customer agreement? Furthermore, the objective is to describe and analyse a supplier-customer relation in the Defence Industrial sphere.The present study has been carried out as a case study using an abductive approach. The thesis is based on a practical problem, i.e. which factors will be important to the customer when a contractor in the Defence Industry wants to increase its Commitment of service, and how will their relationship change? The thesis is above all focused on generating knowledge that can lead to rapid and concrete measures and that can be used in the analysis of an increased industrial Commitment but also as a case study of a problem of a more general nature in the Defence Industry.

In this thesis I have investigated four housing corporation?s information about garbage disposal for their tenants (primarily immigrants who just arrived to Sweden).   Interviews with renters, employees of the housing corporations and employees of Eskilstuna Energi och Miljö indicates that the garbage information need to be improved to be better adapted to the target group.    To solve this information problem I decided to create an information chart, consisting of illustrations and legible text which informs the renters of how and, above all why it is important to recycle.   The aim of the project is also to increase the renters? Commitment and motivation in recycling and also; make the housing corporations, other organizations and authorities aware of how important it is to adapt information to different kind of groups. The concept of sustainable development has been pervasive in recent years and many organizations choose to implement sustainability and adapt their activities accordingly. The purpose of this study have been to explore how a collaboration on the use of waste materials may look to analyze what influences cooperation. A case study has been carried out examining a Swedish state regional project aimed at creating partnerships between actors and utilizing textile waste with the help of design. The study was conducted using qualitative methods and the collection of data has been done through interviews and by examining documents. The results show that there are seven key factors that affect cooperation: expectations, Commitment, internal communication, a strong non-profit actor, individual treatment, personal networks and the diversity of actors.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka arbetsklimatet på arbetsplatser där lagermedarbetare arbetar för ackordslöner. Forskningsfrågan var vilken inverkan KASAM, organisationsengagemang och inställning till ackordslönesystemet har på psykosomatisk stress hos lagermedarbetare. Detta har empiriskt undersökts genom att medarbetarna (n = 99) har fått besvara enkäter i en av Sveriges största distributionsenheter för detaljhandel. Genom en multipel regressionsanalys påvisades en signifikant modell för psykosomatisk stress där KASAM och ackordsinställning tillsammans förklarade upp till hälften av den totala variansen..

From interviews with biology teachers and pupils, some important factors are presented that motivates and interests pupils in biology. Some of these are varied education, Commitment of the teacher, narrative skill and individually reachable goals. Other important factors are practical application and connection to daily life, as well as actuality of the subject and pupils experience of the use of learning.Circumstance around teacher and pupils will influence which factors that has the most impact. It´s up to each teacher to make a decision which factors to be used based on his or her own qualities and depending on the group they will teach.Teachers and pupils agreed about factors that will cause an interesting lesson. The pupils emphasize that variation is the most important factor.

Syftet med studien var att ta reda på om det går att predicera medarbetares organisationsengagemang utifrån organisationskommunikation, såväl mellan chef och medarbetare som medarbetare emellan. Detta gjordes genom att 118 medarbetare fick besvara en enkät bestående av delar från Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (Downs & Adrian, 2004). Studiens huvudresultat visade att organisationskommunikation delvis kunde förklara variansen i organisationsengagemang. Resultaten diskuteras i termer av hur och varför organisationer som har en upplevd god organisationskommunikation, både mellan medarbetare och chefer och medarbetare emellan, skapar ett starkare organisationsengagemang hos sina medarbetare..

I föreliggande tvärsnittsstudie undersöktes 61 grundskolelärarei Göteborgs Stad, med hjälp av the Investment Model, angående upplevt engagemang tillsitt arbete via ett frågeformulär. Studien visade att grundskolelärare med längre anställningstidupplever att de investerat mer i sitt arbete än vad de med kortare anställningstid angav..

Tre organisatoriska (inflytande, karriärsutveckling, organisationsstorlek) och tre individuella (anställningsotrygghet, utbildningsnivå, anställningstid) variablers samband med organisationssamhörighet undersöktes i studien. Syftet var att utveckla kunskapen kring vad som påverkar organisationssamhörighet på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Befintliga data (N=2295) i form av svar från telefonintervju samt enkät från yrkesverksamma individer i Sverige mellan 25 och 50 år, varav 51 % män, analyserades. Resultatet visade på signifikant samband för inflytande och karriärsutveckling gentemot organisationssamhörighet, men inte för de övriga variablerna. Förklarad varians för studien var 11 %.

The Swedish way to organize sport has a long tradition and the parents play an important role in ways to organize sport. Without the thousands of adults who voluntary work the sport associations would have problems to survive. However, there are tendencies to that Commitment is reduced, which means that the activity is exposed. The purpose of this study was to examine parents opinions about a nonprofit children´s sport respective professional children´s sport. The study was based on questionnaires which were distributed to 83 parents in four different sports; equestrian sport, track and field sports, ice hockey and soccer.
