The Swedish Armed Force is one of the largest authorities in Sweden and has as its primary mission to be responsible for Sweden's military defence. Their unique activity - to participate in armed combat ? requires leaders who can make quick and rational decisions in uncertain and conflicted environments. This study aims to gain an understanding of how individuals with leadership roles in the Swedish Armed Forces are experiencing their leadership in relation to the organization's structure and culture. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the following research question was created: How do individuals with leadership roles experience the influences of the organization's structure and culture on their formal leadership? The theoretical starting point is Weber's organization theory, Schein's organizational culture theory, and different definitions of leadership.

The social network services (SNS) on the Internet are becoming more common, and are starting to have a higher range of users, which is affecting Internet marketing. We (the authors) have a feelingthat a growing online marketing within social networks could interrupt the order of social standards. That is why we in this paper have tried to figure out what position marketing has ? and might have ? within SNS, and what impact it will have on social relations.During qualitative interviews along with both representatives of public relation offices as well as with SNS users, we became aware of the occurring strategies of online marketing, and the usersunderstanding of it. In the information from the interviews, we found some interesting contradictions on which this paper underlies.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att undervisa i musik och ensemblespel på en anstalt och studera vilka effekter undervisningen har på internernas aggressiva beteende och destruktiva tänkande. Aktionsforskningen baseras på teorin om att ensemblespel även är en utmanande och effektiv gruppsykologisk övning. Situationen tvingar dig att ta ansvar för din uppgift i gruppen i realtid. Den negativa, kollektiva konsekvensen av en persons misstag är snabb och konkret. Studien vill se om musik och ensembleundervisning kan användas i såväl träningen av interners samarbetsförmåga och tolerans som ett verktyg för interners utveckling inom kognitivt beteendeterapi.

Hotel and restaurant industry have always been seen as an industry with low status and poorworking conditions. Low wages, temporary contracts, illegal work, and sexual harassment are the rule rather than the exception when the employee?s working conditions discusses. By using the right dogmatic approach together with a social science perspective the purpose of the study has been answered. The purpose has been to contribute to a greater understanding of how it is that the hotel and restaurant industry?s poor working conditions can be maintained, the extent to which the working conditions of the employees is ensured and why mostly young people, women and people with foreign backgrounds are employed in the industry.

The following thesis concerns the conceptualization of openness within the open access movement. Open accesscan be understood as a phenomenon or a movement that aims at changing the current system of scholarly communication.Consequentially, the movements goals arose in relation to the escalating serials crisis in scholarly communicationand the increasing power of commercial publishers. The purpose of the thesis is to study three centralopen access declarations with the aim of uncovering the different conceptualizations of openness found withinthese texts. Leaning on the theoretical position known as actor-network theory, the declarations role within a surroundingnetwork is explored by focusing on how openness as a concept has been produced and reproduced bycentral actors. Two overarching questions frames the study: How is openness conceptualized within the declarations?And how can openness, as a concept, be understood as an effect generated by a larger network?The first part of the study focuses on the first question.

Den nya regleringen instiftades efter de senasteredovisningsskandalerna. Modellen tillämpas vid prövning av revisorns oberoende iaktiebolag.Revisorns oberoende är en hörnsten inom revision. Revisorns uppgift är att granskaårsredovisning, bokföring samt förvaltning. Granskningen skall följa god revisionssed ienlighet med FAR: s yrkesetiska regler.

Syftet med vår uppsats är att göra en probleminventering av bokföringsbrott. Vi kommer att kartlägga de huvudsakliga anledningarna utifrån kontrollväsendets perspektiv till varför människan begår bokföringsbrott för att kunna ge förslag på möjliga åtgärder. Eftersom det inte finns mycket teori inom ämnet har det varit svårt att sätta den teoretiska referensramen. Dock har vi tagit med den information vi tyckt varit relevant för ämnet där vi använder oss av institutionell teori och rättviseteori.. Vi har valt att använda oss av en induktiv metod där vi utgår ifrån empirin för att finna våra slutsatser.

This essay focuses on the construction of so called "computer game addiction" or "computer game abuse" in the Swedish press during 2000-2006. During this period computer game addiction went from an obscure phenomenon to a legit reason for the involuntary commitment of a fourteen-year-old.The study's theory is based on several social constructionist ideas. Kitsuse and Spector's theories about constructing social problems as claims-making activities are used for understanding the actions of the individual and groups involved. Hewitt and Hall's article about quasi-theory is used to explain the construction of explainations for the new social phenomenon. Blumer's five-stage model is used for categorizing the construction of the new social problem.

I takt med den ökade uppmärksamheten för värdegrundsfrågor i samhället har också förskolan och skolan skyldighet att utveckla arbetsplaner och åtgärdsprogram för att motverka mobbning, utanförskap och diskriminering. I styrdokumenten för förskola och skola står att det är en viktig uppgift att till barn/elever förmedla och förankra de grundläggande värden som vårt samhällsliv vilar på. Utifrån dessa aspekter har studiens syfte varit att försöka definiera specifika värdegrundsfrågor som rör bemötande och fördomar. Genom observation och intervjuer har undersökningen genomförts utifrån frågeställningar om hur barnen kunde relatera den egna verkligheten och sitt agerande till det som skedde i en berättelse, och hur barnen förstått bokens budskap samt om de kunnat formulera värdegrunden däri. Vidare beskrevs ett exempel på en arbetsmodell om hur pedagoger i förskolan/skolan skulle kunna arbeta med dessa frågor utifrån barnlitteratur genom en estetisk praktisk metod.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka införandet av Nollvisionen i Södermanlands fotbollsdistrikt. För att uppnå syftet valde vi att utgå från följande frågeställningar: Vilken var bakgrunden till införandet av Nollvisionen? Vad ville Södermanlands fotbollförbund uppnå med införandet av Nollvisionen? Hur såg de involverade, det vill säga förtroendevalda och tjänstemän inom Södermanlands fotbollförbund, på beslutet att införa Nollvisionen? Hur har Södermanlands fotbollförbund informerat om Nollvisionen? Hur såg fotbollsföreningarna och domarna på införandet av Nollvisionen?MetodVi har arbetat både med en kvalitativ metod och en kvantitativ metod. Fyra intervjuer genomfördes där intervjupersonerna valdes utifrån ett strategiskt urval i samråd med Södermanlands fotbollförbund. Två enkätundersökningar delades ut genom ett tillfälligt urval till föreningsrepresentanter och domare.ResultatBakgrunden till införandet av Nollvisionen var en kraftig ökning av disciplinärenden i distriktet och influenser från andra distrikt.

The subject for this paper is the Class Action against Skandia Association, a civil organization formed in 2003 with the aim of claiming compensation for some 1.2 million life insurance customers. The background to its formation was one of the largest financial scandals in Sweden in recent times, involving a number of questionable affairs within the insurance corporation Skandia and its subsidiaries, most notably the life insurance company Skandia Liv. The interests of both the stake- and stockholders of the company seem, in certain ways, to have been grossly misrepresented. The scandal, as well as the reaction it spawned, pose a number of questions. In this study, we focus on two: a possible, and in many ways apparent crisis in the representation of interests in Swedish society, and the role of civil society in upholding the balance between these interests.We argue that what is often held to be the ?greed? or ?immorality? of individuals in scandals such as Skandia is, to a great extent, a mere reflection of the ?rational? underpinnings of modern-day capitalism.We find that trust has been a key mechanism of control in the relationships between consumers and agents in pension and life insurance markets, and that ?the Swedish model? that distinguished post-WWII Swedish society was a model heavily based on trust towards existing models of bureaucratic governance.

Inom det politiska området har Public Relations (PR) fått ett allt större utrymme genom dess arbete med organisationer, politiska organ/ aktörer, journalister och media och så vidare. PR-bolagen arbetar i det ?dolda? och det framgår inte alltid för mottagaren att det är en PR-byrå som konstruerat meddelandet. Eftersom PR-byråerna har ett stort nätverk har de således många kontakter, vilket ger dem en viss makt när det gäller olika sakfrågor eftersom de använder sig i hög grad av lobbning för att åstadkomma opinionsbildning och annan påverkan.
