In Sweden has the temporary agency work industry settled in an explosive way since the deregulation of the unemployment agency monopole in 1993. The demand of civil right for the employer that is rented out confronts the entire labour law regulation with new challenges.The purpose with this paper is an investigation of the principle of equal treatment in The Swedish temporary agency work act and also to create a deeper understanding of the effects of labour and employment relationship. An investigation of relevant collective agreements will be done to highlight the difficulties the principal of equal treatment is exposed to. Further on is there a will to gain understanding for the wage concept and what possible can be included in the wage concept in relation to the principal of equal treatment in The temporary agency work directive. By using the dogmatic method, an approach to descriptive identifying relevant sources of law and clarify the legal situation in the area.In the conclusions it will be determined that the principle of equal treatment in The Swedish temporary agency work act have different effects depending on if the temporary agency or if the client corporation is tied to an collective agreement alternative if a collective agreement is completely missing.

Undersökningar visar på att många lärare upplever det svårt att hanterafostransuppdraget, både ur ett tidsmässigt och ett didaktiskt perspektiv. Syftet med denhär studien är att ta del av berättelser av hur de hanterar fostransuppdraget med fokuspå elevernas etik och moral samt att undersöka hur man lär sig hantera uppdraget.Studien har utförts ur ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv och empiriskt material har samlatsin genom intervjuer med gymnasielärare. Resultaten visar på att kursplanernas innehållhar betydelse för hur mycket utrymme läraren ger åt värdegrundsfrågor. Lärarehanterar elevernas etik och moral olika beroende på situation och problemets karaktär.Lärarnas egna mål är bland annat att få lektionerna att fungera, att eleverna kännertrygghet i klassrummet och att öka elevernas förståelse för andra människor. För attlära sig hantera uppdraget krävs att vara där det händer och att våga diskutera etik ochmoral med eleverna.

Jag ska i denna uppsats ta upp tre olika filosofers definitioner och användande av begreppet rationalitet och analysera, tolka och jämföra dessa. De filosofer jag har läst in mig på skiljer sig i det att de argumenterar för olika normativa filosofier. Jag har läst Kant som är deontolog, Singer som är utilitarist och Regan som är rättighetsteoretiker. Jag kommer att introducera och analysera varje enskild filosofs definition och användande för att sedan jämföra och söka efter likheter och skillnader. Jag kommer också att diskutera vad dessa skillnader och likheter kan bero på och vad det kan ge för resultat.

Denna undersökning syftar till att undersöka nationella skillnader i moralutveckling och innehåll i moraliskt resonemang. Studien omfattar 445 svenska och 148 amerikanska ungdomar i åldern 14-19 år. De svenska fpp är hämtade från högstadium och gymnasium i Stockholmsområdet, och de amerikanska från två katolska privatskolor i New York. Dessa tog del av ett moralfrågeformulär av Gibbs (Gibbs & Widaman, 1982; Socio-moral Reflection Measure; SRM) som är en reviderad version av Kohlbergs intervjumetod för bedömning av en individs moralutveckling och kvalitativa, moraliska synsätt i frågor rörande moral. Vid analysen förelåg inga nationella skillnader i moralutvecklingsnivå.

Syftet med denna studie är att synliggöra några lärares uppfattningar kring etik och moral samt hur läraren förmedlar etik och moral till sina elever. Därtill beskrivs några faktorer som dessa lärare uppfattar har betydelse för förmedlingen av etik och moral i skolan.Litteraturdelen består av källor från tidigare forskning, teoriböcker i ämnet samt statliga utgåvor kring skolans samhällsuppdrag. Den empiriska undersökningen bygger på en kvalitativ studie med utgångspunkt i den fenomenografiska ansatsen. Intervjuer från nio stycken lärare på grundskolans olika stadier har blivit underlag för studiens resultat. Studiens resultat visar att lärarens samhällsuppgift som värdegrundsförmedlare är både svår och komplex.

This bachelor's thesis examines three books in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The aim is to increase understanding for what Harry Potter could contribute in terms of morality in religious studies, and how the story about Harry Potter, as a popular literary phenomenon, can be helpful for this. Lawrence Kohlberg's theory of moral development is central to this essay.I have used an hermeneutic method for the analysis of the Harry Potter books. The result shows that the main character, Harry Potter, can be seen as kind of a role model when it comes to moral development. Pupils may benefit by reading this book series because it can open their eyes to life questions and moral values.

This study departs in a critique issued against the ethics of deconstruction that it does not provide good enough advice for how to turn its ehtics into "real life"-actions. Taking up the concept of moral practices as found in e.g. Alisdain MacIntyre, Stanley Hauerwas, James K.A. Smith, and Roland Spjuth, this study turns to medieval theologian Thomas Aquinas as a potential resource. Combining the teachings in Aquinas' Summa Thologica with a look into his life as a Domninican, a list of moral practices is put forth and analyzed in conjunction with Derrida's ethics.

I detta examensarbete utreds hur sex olika läroböcker framställer och presenterar etik och moral. Studien syftar till att undersöka vad etik och moral är enligt de undersökta läroböckerna och till att se vilket utrymme etik och moral får i förhållande till världsreligionerna och andra livsåskådningar i materialet. För att granska utrymmesaspekterna används en kvantitativ analys, där en sammanställning av antalet sidor och vilken typ av etik som framskrivs fokuseras. I tillägg till detta används en kvalitativ analysmetod för att undersöka vad etik och moral egentligen är enligt läroböckerna samt hur etik och moral framställs och vad denna framställning gör med textens innehåll. Den kvalitativa analysmetoden utgår från en framställningstypologi som Niklas Ammert[1] har framtagit för att granska läroboksinnehåll och denna sätts i kontrast till den rådande etikdidaktiska forskningen och till ämnesplanen för Religionskunskap 1 för gymnasiet och genom detta undersöks också om en selektiv tradition framträder i materialet. Etik och moral får i de undersökta läroböckerna likvärdigt utrymme som världsreligionerna var för sig.  Det totala utrymmet världsreligionerna upptar utgör nästan hälften av antalet sidor i varje lärobok, vilket inte rimmar med ämnesplanens lika stora fokus vid såväl etik och moral som vid världsreligionerna.

Archives are authentic and reliable information and also provides long term accessibility. But the public archives potential isn´t utilized enough at a societal level. The public archives are organized in a decentralised manner, and there are no common accesspoint at a national level. In the thesis this issue of accessibility and use at a societal level, is discussed in terms of collective memory.

Purpose/Aim: To describe likenesses and differences between the personal identity of the common Kalmar nation member and the collective identity of the organization Kalmar nation as described by said members.Material/Method: Collecting data through a quantitative survey, where the members answer questions about themselves and Kalmar nation, and subsequent analysis of said data by means of theories about personal, collective, and brand identity.Main results: After analyzing the data from the survey I conclude that there exists both likenesses and differences between the organization and its members. Some likenesses are more pronounced than others, and the same can be said for the differences. However, within the three areas of study (specific identity traits, politics and music) politics and music showed more similarity between the members and the nation than the specific identity traits did. The most interesting aspect of the analysis show that the members have quite a common view of the organization despite their own widely different descriptions of themselves..

Min slutsats vilken jag lägger fram i avsnitt 5 är att kollektiv mycket väl kan vara autonoma agenter. Jag kommer även kortfattat att utveckla ett resonemang kring skillnader i kollektivs och människors moral. Skillnaden kan anses vara en förutsättning för att kollektivet ska kunna uppnå fullständig autonomi eftersom antropocentrisk moral i ett kollektiv kräver mänsklig påverkan..

Jag har i denna studie valt att undersöka om dockan kan fungera som ett verktyg när man arbetar med frågor kring etik och moral. Mitt syfte med undersökningen blir att se om man med hjälp av dockan kan förmedla insikten om etik och moral till barn i de lägre skolåldrarna. Frågan som jag ställer mig, är hur dockan kan fungera som ett verktyg i arbetet kring etik och moral bland de lägre skolåldrarna och vad som är viktigt att tänka på då jag använder dockan som verktyg i mötet med barnen. Slutligen vill jag även få svar på vilka för och nackdelar det finns det med valet av handdocka. Inledningsvis kommer jag att diskustera kring hur etik och moral presenteras i skolans styrdokument. Vidare kommer jag att diskutera kring valet av handdocka och hur detta kan påverka kommunikationen med barnen. I den andra delen av min uppsats presenterar jag en sammanfattning av de observationer jag gjort i en förskoleklass, där jag har använt mig av en handdocka som verktyg.
