Syftet med studien var att undersöka den fysiska aktivitetsnivån hos de anställda samt ta reda på vilka motivationsfaktorer och barriärer de upplevde till fysisk aktivitet. Syftet innefattade även att se om motiv och barriärer skiljde sig beroende på aktivitetsnivå, ålder och kön. En del av syftet var även att undersöka hur aktiviteten kring företagets erbjudande till fysisk aktivitet såg ut. Undersökningen genomfördes genom att deltagarna (n=139) besvarade en omarbetad form av Motivation Till Upprätthållande Av Motionsvanor (MTUAM), en svensk version av Physical Activity Stages Of Change samt några bakgrundsfrågor. Resultatet visade att 55 procent var tillräckligt fysiskt aktiva enligt Folkhälsoinstitutets rekommendationer.

Responsible production is a subject of increasing importance for companies toadopt and communicate to their environment and many companies choose to implementenvironmental ? and ethic considerations into their brand strategy. There is, however, adividing line between companies according to what extent they choose to implementresponsible production into their brand strategy and to which extent they choose tocommunicate it to their stakeholders and surroundings. It is the hypothesis about a dividingline that is the foundation for this essay and something we believed could be interesting forfurther analysis.The purpose of our essay is to find out how the brand strategy of a company is affected by theresponsible production and in what extent they communicate it to their environment. Byanswering those questions we hope to find out why some companies communicateresponsible production more actively than others.We have conducted in-depth interviews with the Swedish clothing companies; MariaWesterlind, Zion and Dem Collective and we have through our analysis reached interestingconclusions.

Background: Coronary heart disease kills more than 7 million people worldwide each year. High levels of blood fat, cholesterol, contributes significantly to coronary heart disease. Lifestyle changes combined with lipid-lowering drugs, statins, is an effective treatment. But adherence to statins is low, not even a myocardial infarction always contributes to adherence. Adherence requires patient education and good communication between patient and physician.

The post-modern western city is going through two central changes in the organization of paid labour. One is the switch from production of goods to production of services, and the other is the increasing rift between well-paid labour with permanent jobs, and temporarily employed workers with low wages. Both of these processes are rasified and gendered, and strike harder against women, young persons and people of emigrant background. The flexible capitalism creates an informalization of the economy, breaking with earlier regulations of the labour markets, in which workers also need to find informal strategies in their individual and collective struggles. In this paper, I search for these ?new? experiences of living and working in late capitalist society, by doing open interviews with three women of Latin-American origin, working without official permission (without documents) in the informal economy of Stockholm.

This thesis was written by order of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Company, a PR- consultancy firm located in Gothenburg. The assignment was to investigate social media in Pr- activities. The thesis is formed by three main categories:? What is social media?? Who are using social media?? How can you use social media in public relations?The information which is being presented in this thesis is based on academic reports, interviews and research on social media blogs and lectures. It is a qualitative approach since the purpose is to get a deeper understanding for the subject in question.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur en skola för alla framställs i 2011-års skollag jämfört med 1985-års skollag samt i 2011-års läroplan, Lgr11, jämfört med 1994-års läroplan, Lpo94. Empirin har begränsats till de avsnitt som berör grundskolan ur perspektivet en skola för alla och elever i behov av särskilt stöd, i de båda skollagarna och läroplanerna (endast kapitel 1). Analysen gjordes utifrån två av Faircloughs tre diskursdimensio­ner: text och diskursordning. I diskussionen anknyts till den tredje dimensionen: den sociala praktiken. Analysverktyget för diskursordningen var dels inspirerat av Asp-Onsjös (2006) aspekter av inkludering (rumslig, socialt och didaktiskt) dels av Perssons (2010) modell för analys av grundläggande demokrativärden.

Using interviews conducted within the municipality of Nam Dich, Vietnam, this qualitative study explores how ethnic minority parents and children navigate around the state's supervision in order to preserve their traditional practices of child marriages. Moreover, the research explores the roles and expectations between individuals within an ethnic minority family as a collective unit. Using governmentality supported by the concept of state evasion, culture bearers and empowerment, I argue that understanding child marriage as a phenomenon requires analysis of cultural context. The paper starts with an introduction of the ongoing relation between the Vietnamese state and ethnic minority traditions related to child marriage. While the Vietnamese state ?s modernization projects aim to empower individuals by creating more freedom within the process of marriage and increasing the opportunity for education and work, certain ethnic minority groups want to uphold their cultural ways of marriage when parental arrangement occurs from an early age.

Det här examensarbetet är det avslutande momentet i en kandidatexamen inom Industriell ekonomi med inriktning mot Industriell Logistik vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Ämnesområdet för arbetet är logistik och behandlar ruttplanering (vilket fordon skall köra på vilken väg) för halkbekämpning vid vinterväghållning. Examensarbetet har gjorts åt Företag C. Examensarbetets syfte är att kartlägga flödet av halkbekämpningsmedel från täkt till vägnät och se över val av transportsätt samt fordonstyp för halkbekämpning. Vid varje pådrag behövs 22,3 ton halkbekämpningsmedel på de två områden som inom ramarna för examensarbetet valts att studera närmare och en genomsnittsvinter beräknas motsvara 18 pådrag.

Welcome to the Web 2.0 world!Social media is a collective name for the communication channels that allow users to communicate directly with each other in real time through text, image or sound. Examples of social media are blogs, SMS, Skype, Facebook, Flickr, Youtube, Linkedin and Myspace.The purpose of this essay is to explore social media's role and opportunities in terms of being able to influence companies and organizations marketing communication. We have used a qualitative approach and our thesis is based on a qualitative text analysis study where we have analyzed 13 articles (the articles are from scholarly journals, magazines and trade/professional) from 2007 to 2009.

Through the lenses of religion?s role in society, the purpose of this thesis is to examine, the role of the Church of Sweden in providing support to people at the end of life. Questions asked are:  "What types of spiritual support is offered by the Church of Sweden during terminal care provided in patients' homes and how is this support expressed in church orders, assembly instructions, plans of operations and congregation letters?" and " How can the work of the Church of Sweden be understood, based on theories of religion's role in society? The method used is a content analysis of the Church Order, assembly instructions, plans of operations and congregation letters in 17 different congregations within the diocese of Lund. I then engage in a discussion with theories on differentiation and the privatization of religion as a means to interpret my results.

ABSTRACTPurpose: The purpose of the study was threefold. Firstly, to investigate if a four week program in pain rehabilitation had any effect on how much individuals with persistent pain worked and their degree of kinesiophobia. Secondly, to study if there was a correlation between how much these individuals worked and their degree of kinesiophobia. Thirdly, to study if there was a correlation between the change in these variables.Method: 112 patients who had participated in a four week rehabilitation program took part in the study. The study had a retrospective design, which was based on a review on medical records and consisted of three minor parts.

Metso Paper in Karlstad is acquiring Kvaerner Pulping and Kvaerner Kamfab, also located in Karlstad. Following this acquisition, there are going to be changes in the organizational structure and some employees might even loose their jobs. There are guidelines from the European Union how to handle situations like this, the purpose of these are to protect the employees. There are also Swedish laws that regulate the protection of the employees when a company is acquired, who is going to keep their job and who is to be made redundant.The transaction between the companies is large why they need an approval from the European Union. The European Union has certain demands for the approval.

Under 1990-talet implementerades i Sverige en metod för behandling av aggressivitethos barn och unga, som kallas Aggression Replacement Training (ART). Metoden ärutvecklad i USA av Arnold P. Goldstein och hans kollegor. Metoden har sin teoretiskagrund inom den sociala inlärningsteorin och bygger till stor del på behandlingsprinciperinspirerade av kognitiv beteendeterapi. ART som behandlingsmetod för aggressiva barnoch unga har fått stor spridning i Sverige och en av de kommuner som erbjuder ARTsom öppenvårdsinsats inom socialtjänsten är Västerås.

Introduktion/bakgrund: Ridterapi har använts som behandlingsform sedan 1950- talet. Ridterapi är en medicinsk behandling med hjälp av hästar och dess rörelser som innefattar allt från att rida och umgås med hästen till att utföra stallsysslor. Det är även en träningsform som tränar patientens motoriska kontroll och balans. Förutom att vara en medicinsk behandling har ridterapi visat sig kunna vara effektivt för att öka patienters självkänsla, självförtroende och self- efficacy. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka diagnoser som skulle kunna ha effekt av ridterapi samt att undersöka vilken evidens som finns för användandet av ridterapi inom det sjukgymnastiska verksamhetsområdet.

Föreliggande studie syftar till att, med fokus på den kollektiva arenan, ge en fördjupad kunskap om hedersrelaterat våld genom unga kvinnors subjektiva, kvalitativa skildringar, vilka präglats av kollektivistiska hederskulturer. Sju semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med unga kvinnor vilka blivit föremål för hedersrelaterat våld och således har en insikt i den kollektiva arenan. Resultatet visar att ryktesspridning används medvetet av kollektivmedlemmar likt ett maktmedel och rykten florerande inom kollektivet har resulterat i direkta hedersvåldshandlingar riktade mot respondenterna. Vidare visar resultatet på att de unga kvinnorna porträtterar kollektivet som en mekanism vilken straffar normavvikande och potentiellt normavvikande individer. Rädslan för att uppfattas som oppositionell delas av många i kollektivet, däribland de som utfärdat hedersvåldshandlingar mot respondenterna och således tycks offerskapet i det kollektiva hedersrelaterade sammanhanget vara bilateralt i den bemärkelsen att de förtryckande och hedersvåldshandlande individerna även de är förtryckta.
