This is a qualitative study with a hermeneutic and partially inductive approach. The study?s purpose is to enhance the understanding of young adults experiences of unemployment and the importance of being employed. In this study, eight young adults participate in the project Framtid Kronoberg. The youths are 19-25 years of age.

SUMMARYThere was no previous study in what high level dressage riders had for ideas of how to best prepare for their training sessions with an instructor. Neither any study of how high level dressage riders seemed to be more or less susceptible to the instructions from their instructor during their training sessions. If the sport had more knowledge about this, it might result in more riders on a higher level. The purpose of this study was to find out how high level dressage riders are preparing themselves for the best result for an instructor led training session and how they could bring as much as possible instructions from the Coach. The two questions of the study were: How are high level dressage riders preparing themselves for a training session with an instructor, practically and mentally, and how can they affect their susceptibility to instructions?The study was carried out both by reviewing existing literature and studies in general education and pedagogy in the riding education, and by a qualitative interview study of six dressage riders who rode on a difficult level at the competitions, during the year of 2009.

Uppsägningar och varsel hotar många människor vid nedskärningar i organisationer. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur omställningsCoacher, på outplacementföretag, arbetar med personer i omställning och hur Coacherna upplever detta samt att ta reda på innebörden av omställning/outplacement. En kvalitativ induktiv tematisk analys gjordes och resultatet baserades på halvstrukturerade intervjuer med åtta omställningsCoacher på fyra olika konsultföretag. Resultatet beskriver hur Coacherna upplever viktiga aspekter kring omställningsprocessen och vilka aktiviteter som ingår i ett outplacmentprogram.

Background: At this present moment, one of the largest changes in the Swedish employment market is occurring, as the people born in the 1940's are retiring. The Generation Y, people born in the 1980's, will enter. Will this have an affect on motivation and leadership, and in that case, in what way Aim: The purpose of this essay is to investigate whether or not Generation Y (born in the 1980's) has an effect on the perceptions on how to lead and motivate employees. Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka hur Coachning kan ses som stöd för elevernas lärande på en gymnasieskola i Mellansverige. Studien belyser Coachning utifrån perspektiv på lärande ur ett fenomenologiskt inspirerat angreppssätt. Insamling av data har gjorts med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer. Totalt intervjuades åtta personer varav dessa var 4 lärare och 4 elever i årskurs 3.Undersökningen visar att Coachning kan ses som stöd för elevernas lärande dels genom att det medvetandegör elevens egen potential till att utveckla sig och dels att lärarna blir medvetna om vilka fungerande strategier eleven använder sig utav för att optimera bästa möjliga lärandesituation. Arbetssättet innebär att elever får stor frihet att välja kunskapsinnehåll utifrån kursplan.

Total amount of words: 15 269.In this essay, the purpose is to examine the personalization of Swedish national Coaches during international championships in the Swedish tabloids. Research shows that a leader nowadays is representative for her organization. Therefore it could be assumed that the way the national Coach is portrayed can have some kind of effect on the public opinion about the team as a unit and their sport federation in total. This essay is a quantitative study of the sport tabloids Sportbladet och SPORT-Expressen during three international championships: Euro 2012 in football, WC 2013 in ice hockey and Euro 2014 in handball. We have studied the coverage of the national Coaches Erik Hamrén, Pär Mårts and Ola Lindgren/Staffan Olsson in contrast to the coverage of their teams in total.The main results are that the national Coaches are mentioned in every second article that is written about the national teams during the championships. They are mainly portrayed in a neutral way, even though the coverage of them is affected by the results in the matches.

The purpose of this study is to dig deeper into the perceptions regarding diversity - and the ambition to achieve increased such - among those who have participated in the Swedish Public Service diversity Coach education. Furthermore, the aim is also to problematize, and increase the awareness of, different outlooks on diversity and its practical usage. All in all, ten so called ?Zebra Coaches? have been interviewed for this study. The empirical material has been analysed through a theoretical framework that problematizes the constructs of inequality, based on gender, ethnicity, race, class, etc., on different levels.

The aim of this study was to gain insight into how two enterprises work with competence development and thereby study how the relationship between competence development and workers, employees, look like. The focus was on the workers motives and motivation towards a participation in a competence development course, their attitude to education, and how the transfer of skills gained from the course, into the workplace looks like. Further on, the work situations influence on the workers competence development has been taken into account.In the study, six people were interviewed in the role of either manager, Coach or course participant who are employed in two different enterprises in the south of Sweden.The results showed that the participants were motivated by a strive for personal development or that the participants viewed education implementation as a part of the professionalcareer, which has resulted in a positive attitude towards the competence development course. The managers? motive for decisions about education was to change the prevailing attitude among the staff for the better and thereby strengthen the company?s brand. The work situation has encouraged the desire to participate in developmental education as the feeling of control has encouraged the workers to further development.

Sammanfattning Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur eleverna uppfattar det entreprenöriella lärandet. Vår intention med arbetet var också att ta reda på hur eleverna ser på lärarens roll i denna pedagogiska modell, samt belysa vilka de tycker är dem största skillnaderna mellan det entreprenöriella lärandet och traditionell undervisning. Vi har valt att genomföra kvalitativa intervjuer för att finna svar på det vi vill undersöka. Undersökningsgruppen består av åtta personer vilka ändamålsenligt har valts ut av läraren i respektive klass. Respondenterna är jämnt fördelade utifrån särskilda kriterier efter vårt önskemål.

Det här examensarbetet handlar om orkestermusiker tillika instrumentallärare, och hur de ser på samspelet mellan yrkena. Arbetet har två vinklingar; hur musikern påverkas av läraren, och hur läraren påverkas av musikern. Jag har använt mig av kvalitativa intervjuer med sex informanter som alla jobbar både som stråkmusiker och pedagoger. De har olika bakgrund, och olika erfarenhet av undervisning. Som teoretisk bakgrund använder jag ett förhållningssätt där mästarläran, och läraren som Coach står i centrum.

Syftet med studien är att få djupare insikt i sångpedagogers syn på Time och Sväng samt hur de didaktiskt arbetar med dessa aspekter. Det saknas mer omfattande forskning inom området. Med detta i behåll har jag för avsikt att få djupare insikt i frågeställningar som rör olika förhållningssätt till hur sångare kan öva upp Time och Sväng samt vad Time och Sväng innebär, generellt och i ett undervisningsperspektiv. Studien har som sin teoretiska utgångspunkt ett sociokulturellt perspektiv med fokus på hur människor använder olika redskap för att kommunicera med sin omgivning.För att få svar på mina frågor har använt mig av en halvstrukturerad intervjuform när jag samtalat med informanterna. Alla informanter i denna studie arbetar idag som sångpedagoger; två av dessa är mer inriktade på jazz medan de andra två är mer inriktade på populärmusik.

As the occurrence of obesity increases amongst young people, so increases the risk of more people suffering from heart failure as early as during middle age. The aim is to describe the life experiences of middle aged persons living with chronic heart failure. The literature study is based on twelve published, qualitative, and scientifically proved articles derived from MedLine and Cinahl using queries representing the subject, as well as from manual searching in ScienceDirect and LIBRIS. These articles have been analyzed from a life world perspective. Four main themes and four sub themes were identified from the articles' results.

Coaching har kommit att bli trendigt i alla möjliga sammanhang och verksamheter och kallas för en ?ny och fräsch idé?. Vi har ställt oss frågan vad socialt arbete kan ha för användning av Coaching. Då litteraturen om Coaching är mångfacetterad har vi själva först behövt tydliggöra och förstå vad Coaching innebär. Studien handlar om hur Coaching har hamnat i socialt arbete och vad man har fått för användning av Coaching.
