Arbetet har anva?nt sig av en triangulering i tva? elitfo?reningar i fotboll, inkluderat tva? intervjuer med akademichefer, fyra intervjuer med akademitra?nare, samt en observation. Fo?r att besvara arbetets syfte och fra?gesta?llningar har en egen intervju- och observationsguide arbetats fram med achievement goal theory, och self-determination theory som grund.

Barley is one of the most important cereals cultivated in the Nordic countries. Climate change brings warmer and moisture climate which favors fungal diseases. In the cropland barley can be seriously infested with hard fungus attack. Since it is important that the yield bears a high quality it is of great importance to find varieties more resistant to attacks.Pathogenesis-related (PR) proteins are stress proteins induced in the plant in response to infection and abiotic stress (van Loon, 1997). PRs are shown to have antimicrobial activity differing between bacteria, fungi and oomycetes (Tandrup Poulsen, 2001).

Under hösten 2012 och våren 2013 har jag analyserat och skapat ?otajt? musik inom genren hiphop/R&B. Jag har undersökt hur man kan gå tillväga för att flytta anslag från sina noterade ursprungslägen med syftet att skapa nya sväng och förhållningssätt till timing. Arbetet resulterade i ett framtagande av några olika sätt att tillämpa vad jag kallar för ?modifierade notvärden?.

The coproduct, dried distillers grains + solubles (DDGS) from ethanol production based on wheat contains much rumen degradable protein and fiber with low digestibility. To compliment this quality in an effective way a grass silage low in protein and much digestible fiber is needed. The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of adjusting the crude-protein concentration and fiber quality of the silage when feeding DDGS and of varying the inclusion level of DDGS, when feeding the adjusted grass silage, on intake, milk yield and composition, faecal traits and feed efficiency. Four different total mixed rations were compared. The normal grass-clover silage had a crude protein content of 17,8 % and an NDF content of 46,2 % of dry matter. The adapted grass silage had a crude protein content of 14,6 % and an NDF content of 52,9 % of dry matter. The diets were formulated to have similar nutritional content except for A + 4 which had a higher content of rumen degradable crude protein and a lower concentration of NDF.

As the actors inside them music industry find themselves in an ever changing climate where traditional supply chains are threatened by new technology, the record labels need to change the way they work in order to maintain their existence in the music industry. The study has been conducted by interviewing a number of people involved in the music industry, by using a qualitative method approach. The conclusion of the study shows that the traditional way of doing business by treating music as a product that makes revenue is gone. Instead the labels have to take on new roles formerly run by third parties in order to survive and be profitable, especially since artists can now in control of activities that used to be controlled by the record label..

Intresset för smarta hem ökar kraftigt. Efterhand som smarta hem-konceptet utvecklats och trådlös kommunikation blivit normen har komplexiteten hos systemen ökat och nya säkerhets- och integritetsproblem uppdagats. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om någon information kan utvinnas ur kommunikationen hos ett smart dörrlås som finns ute på marknaden i dagsläget. Detta har undersökts i form av experiment genom avlyssning av dörrlåsets kommunikation följt av automatiserad och manuell analys av den insamlade datan. Resultatet av studien visar att avlyssning kan användas för att kategorisera kommunikationen och kartlägga interaktionen med det uppkopplade dörrlåset..

Denna rapport undersöker hur en grafiker kan förstå, analysera och skapa nyagrafikstilar. Hur grafikstilar kan påverka produktionen, samt hur man kanstandardisera en grafik pipeline för att producera liknande material. En analys av ett par populära grafikstilar inom dataspelsgrafik utfördes för att hitta hur dessa stilar kom till och att jämföra likheter och fördelar emellan de olika stilarna. Ett experiment utfördes för att hitta moment att förbättra i en grafisk pipeline.Resultat pekar på att olika grafikstilar har en påverkan på utvecklingstid och kostnader, samt mottagande beroende på kultur och målgrupp. Ett extra fokus på planering av grafikstil och dess pipeline i produktionen rekommenderas, för att både underlätta för grafikerns arbete och att dra ner på utvecklingskostnaderna..

This thesis examines Swedish composers' modes of work and production within the Swedish film industry. It starts off with a historical overview treating live music in early silent film, the conversion to sound and the Swedish production climate until present time. The analysis consists of contemporary empirical studies; interviews with people writing music for film, TV and commercials. The musician's perspective is in focus but directors and other film workers are heard as well. The situation for female composers in a male-dominated industry is also discussed.

However, there are problems in focusing on adults because it is difficult to influence people when they already have created a lifestyle. We have instead chosen to focus on teaching children about changes in the climate and the consequences of this.Many of the toys available on the market today encourage children to consume. Luxury cars and dolls with hundreds of accessories are often made of materials that has have a negative effect on the environment.Another problem we often encountered during the year is the declining interest in technology and science.

In my project I worked with fluorescent color and fear as a theme together. It was based on my question for what happens when you take all the lights out and highlight a fear or phobia. I wanted to experiment and explore the course of event within the surface of a picture by using this kind of paint.I worked with illustration and pattern to bind the two pictures together. The aim was to investigate what is possible with the picture as a medium and work with contrast to make it as effective as possible. My goal was to make one poster of each fear and to make them work together as a series as it?s best.I asked myself many questions such as;? What happens to the surface, image and room when you use this color?? Will a new quality appear?? What happens when you mix two pictures together on a parallel level that only show in different kind of light?.
