A qualitative survey has been carried out in a manning company whose business concept was to employ pensioners. Six pensioners have been interviewed regarding their views on resumed employment. The results of these interviews have been analysed supported by analytic induc-tion. Areas investigated cover: promotion of better health through work, motivation factors, groupings and control, experience and learning, work and spare time and finally strategies that appeal to an older workforce.The purpose of the survey was to investigate whether the manning company utilizes pension-ers? experience and work skills from their former working life.

This report is the result of a sub-project of a larger project to create a platform formathematical education. The sub-project focuses on authentication with associ-ated security, where security is emphasized. The project environment is Java EE 6where GlassFish 4.0 acts as the server. The project has been divided into threeparts; password encryption, Java EE authentication and brute force attack. Thepassword encryption part focuses on examining different hash functions executionspeed, the result shows that none of the examined hash algorithms is suitable fordirect use.

The purpose of this study was to examine two medium-sized municipalities are working to people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to go from daily activities to a paid employment in the regular labor. Work is seen as a civil right and is a measure of participa-tion in society. The Swedish government believes that the work must be available to all that includes people with intellectual disabilities. Even so, daily activities, the contribution of LSS is increases the most. The daily activities will offer incentives, development, and community and shall contribute to people get access to work or studies.

A company reconstruction is an alternative procedure, for companies in payment difficulty, to receivership. Those in any kind of relationship with the ailing company ends up in a dif- ficult situation at a company reconstruction, as in any case when someone is in financial difficulties. Not only is there a risk for the providers not to get paid, the costumers are also at risk if the reconstruction company does not fulfil their agreement. These kinds of rela- tionships are controlled by a contractual relationship. Therefore the regulation has to con- tain how to deal with these contracts when the ailing company no longer can fulfil its obli- gations of the contract.

Organizations over the world increasingly start to realize the possibilities of the use of a social intranet, also known as Enterprise 2.0. The social intranets can be used to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in the workplace. Both Cook (2008) and Coope (Barnett, 2011) say that Enterprise 2.0 is about to fundamentally change the way organizations communicate. But do companies know how these tools can be used?The study emanates from three questions:How can social intranets be used in business?How can internal communication and collaboration get easier through the use of a social intranet?What are the possible risks with the use of social intranets?In this study we have in a qualitative manner been interviewing two companies that currently use social intranets in their daily activities ? Securitas and Skåneme-jerier.

Systemutveckling påverkas till viss del av olika former av processtyrning. Det kan handla om rena systemutvecklingsmetoder men kan även innefatta mer subtila former av styrningar som till exempel tidspress, ekonomiska styrningar och styrningar i termer av tekniska verktyg. Styrande faktorer som nämns ovan påverkar individens förutsättningar för att verka kreativt i sitt arbete och olika typer av styrande faktorer påverkar individens kreativitet på olika sätt. De mer individnära processtyrningarna som främst påverkar individens arbetsglädje och motiva-tion vilket i sin tur påverkar kreativiteten går att sätta i en kategori. Dessutom existerar en annan kategori som innefattar de styrningar som i större utsträckning rör verksamhetens hel-het och är något svårare att påverka.

This report is a description of a developed educational simulator over rail vehicles and its components. The simulator is a hardware-based prototype over a door system on rail vehi- cles. System specialists and technicians will use the prototype. The Simulator should give the user a technical demonstration on how components work in a door system. The proto- type consists of motor, switch, relay and sensor.

När en person insjuknar i stroke påverkas även de närståendes livssitua- tion. Det är viktigt att sjuksköterskan förstår vilka problem närstående ställs inför för att kunna stödja dem genom hela vårdkedjan. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva upplevelser hos närstående till personer som drabbats av stroke från insjuknandet och under de första åren i hemmet. Artiklarna i studien identifierades via referensdatabaser samt analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats. Ana-lysen resulterade i fem kategorier: Att förstå vad som har hänt, Att vilja vara involverad och bli sedd, Att upptäcka och inte känna sig förberedd för de nya krav man ställs inför, Att inse och anpassa sig till att livet förändras, Att behöva men sakna stöd för att orka fortsätta.

I den här uppsatsen undersöks sju texter om den svenska författarinnan Karin Boye (1900?1941), publicerade mellan åren 1989 och 2013. Utifrån feministisk litteratur- och bio­grafi­forsk­ning av Gunilla Domellöf och Lisbeth Larsson diskuteras att och hur perso­nen Boye och biografiska läsningar av hennes skönlitterära produk­tion fort­farande int­resserar.Bland resultaten finns slutsatsen att Boyes texter fortfarande ofta läses som själv­bio­grafiska, men att bilden av henne omarbetats; Boye betraktas inte längre som sjuk, till skillnad från 1950-talets sexualisering och patologisering av kvinnliga författare. Istäl­let benämns hon lesbisk och den direkta kopplingen mellan hennes sexualitet och hennes självmord är borta. Avsikten i hennes själv­mord ifrågasätts dessutom, vilket ytterligare för­ändrar bilden av Boye.En övergripande slutsats är att samma teman som var aktuella under mitten av 1900-talet, såsom sexualitet, psyke och självmord, återkommer i omvärderad form när Boye blir läst och biograferad idag.

The aim of this thesis in Archival Science was to explore the concept of electronic archives and the challenges that might be encountered when attempting to move archives into a new digital age, as well as having a closer look at the term e-archive itself. Another aim was to explore how the OAIS reference model works in practice.To explore these questions I decided to do a case study on E-Arkiv Stockholm, a functioning e-archive. I decided to do a study on several documents that were created throughout the project, these included documents related to the planning of the archive, as well as the final report. My reason for this method was that these docu-ments came straight from reality and would give a clear and unbiased view of the project and it?s many aspects.Examination of the documents showed that the OAIS reference model and its concepts had been the foun-dation of much of the planning.

For this reason we have been given the mission from the commune of Sotenäs to study the character of these women's health. Objective: To study the health among permanent employed women in the commune of Sotenäs. Method: Quantitative method. The data have been collected through question-naire survey.

Mitt arbete behandlar skrivande hos ett antal studerande som deltar i en webbaserad svensklärarutbildning på distans. Jag beskri-ver vår användning av webben och vilken roll den spelar för vårt gemensamma lärande. Jag undersöker hur undervisningen är upplagd, vilka utmaningar som erbjuds, hur dessa upplevs och utförs och vilka olika strategier vi väljer för olika typer av kunskapskonstruktion. Jag analyserar skriftliga inlämningsuppgifter, längre texter i den vetenskapliga genren och olika typer av inlägg på WebBoard, där våra diskussioner och vårt samarbete konstituerar en grund för vårt lärande. Allt lärande är si-tuerat. Inom ramen för vår utbildning skapar vi en skriftlig praxisgemenskap.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the parent training The Incredible Years in clinical settings. The study included 33 families in clinical practice. There were two parts to the study; a main part with a before and after measurement, and a follow-up study on 12 children one year later. On baseline the children (3-9 years) as a group were on the borderline clinical range, (M = 61.8), with 70 % of the children in the borderline or clinical range. The childrens emotional and behavioral problems were measured with Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL).
